Ok. So as with the majority of customers that show up in store, I was frustrated when I showed up. Phone was not working properly and I just wanted it fixed.I had called into customer service the night before with no help 🙄. She advised me after 35min to go to a Biost store to replace my SIM card. Drive to the location nearest me and he has apparently closed 🤦🏽♀️ Drive to the 2nd closest store, CLOSED. Drive to the 3rd location, We dont keep SIM cards here. Your best bet is to go to the location located in the mall. 😡 Show up at the suggested location, tired, frustrated and not wanting to beat around the bush. The agent greets me and I immediately go into my issue, what I have done already, what customer service did and did not do over the phone, blah blah blah. I wasnt rude but she knew I was frustrated and not in the mood to run in circles.The agent at this location stay pleasant, professional, and FIXED MY PHONE!Not generally an experience I get normally with this provider. In fact, after almost 7 yrs with Boost was considering going back to a regular provider direct. She saved me. For a bit longer anyway. 😁 I cant remember her name but yall need to keep her. Very knowledgeable and professional. And Im not easy to please or fool being that I worked as a customer service rep for the 3 letter retailer that stars with an A 😉
