Finally got my phone back after my 6th trip and they fixed most problems. Wouldnt recommend letting these guys fix your phone.

Absolutely terrible!! Went for a new backglass, broke that within a week. Got another and thet broke my glass screnprotector. Sold me a knockoff Otterbox (looked and priced real). Turns out they use all cheap sh!t and charge regular price. I believe they work/owned by EAI Repairs.

I was looking for AirPods and was told by Greg that the ones he had worked better than Apple. I told him that if they didn’t work that I would be bringing them back he again said that he promise that these are better. Well they didn’t work they kept freezing my iPhone I returned those they gave me two more they didn’t work. So I bought them back and so now all of a sudden they have a no return policy. So please please please do not purchase anything from them. They are not professional and they do not stand by their word or products.

I purchased a privacy screen protector for an iPhone from this store and the screen immediately made my screen look fuzzy and I could barely see through it. I asked to get a regular screen and to be refunded the additional $10 you have to pay for a privacy screen since the quality was so bad. I was told since they are throwing a product away that it wasn’t possible. I do not recommend these products to anyone and I do not recommend shopping with them. Most of the staff is rude. They do not offer good products or customer service.

I paid 500$ for a phone 7 plus which I thought was crazy. The phone also had a bad battery when I bought it the man told me it was brand new which was a lie. This phone isn’t even a month old yet! I wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone!!!

Tried to charge me for a diagnostic I didnt receive all because they already ordered the part. To look into it. Very vague and sketchy, they pad their reviews just to try and get your money. Do not go here under any circumstances.

These people are pretty cool and real quick to make random conversation about anything with you while you wait for your stuff to get finished. Had my iPhone 7 battery replaced and talked video games with two of the guys while they worked.

Hands down the most pleasant people to work with! i went to get my screen repaired, they had me in and out in 30 minuets. i was in a hurry so i didnt really look over the phone. when i arrived home i noticed the colors were a little off, so i called. with zero hesitation they said bring it back in. no questions asked they agreed with me that the color was off and swapped the screen out free of charge! Highly Highly Highly recommend these awesome electronic masters!

This was a very horrible experience I took my phone to get the screen fixed and ended up with a messed up speaker so I ended up taking it back and then ended up having to pay an extra 45$ and now I am having issues with my phone worse than before no one can hear me when I speak on the phone and my phone keeps restarting all this after I let them fix it. It was perfectly fine before I let them fix the screen. I will not ever go to this place for a repair anymore! And I would not recommend others do either.

No lie, I have a collection of 38 watches my grandpa left me when he passed. All of them didnt work and about half were really big on me. I brought them in and between the owner and the two guys with glasses, I didnt have to wait very long to get them all back working and fitting how I wanted them.Really great service, awesome turn around time.

They always give me the best deals here, cases or repairs. Their customer service is really good too. They let you know they appreciate you coming to them and will take care of you.

The people that work at the big store beside Sears and the little booth down in the center by the pretzel place are all some of the coolest. I hurt my legs in March, so its hard for me to walk long distances and the last time I came to the mall I went to their booth for a new case but they had ran out, and instead of me having to walk all the way down the opposite side of the mall the guy with long hair called down to the big store so they could run down what I was looking for.

Thanks for getting me in and out so fast. You didnt lie when you said 30 minutes for my phone to be fixed. Great job.

This is a good store to go to for all kinds of phone stuff. My phone stopped charging and they got it to work in about an hour. They also checked the charger I brought in and saw it was bent and most likely broke my charger in the first place, then sold me a new charger that charges a lot faster than my old one. They are a couple of good guys.

Went to the jewelry care/ electronics store for a screen protector. After the MANAGER installed and damaged 3 of his own products while attempting to install it, he said Id HAVE TO PAY HIM AGAIN IF I WANTED IT RIGHT. you heard that right. This man got dirt, or smudged 3 different screen protectors while installing them. And wanted me to pay double for his mistake. I never even touched the thing. Lol. This place is ridiculous. NEVER EVER GO THERE.

The best repair service Ive received in Goldsboro, for sure. I had a few Samsung tablets that needed battery and port stuff done to them and they had it all done before they closed and even stayed open a little after closing time for me to pick them up. Great people.

I dont recommend taking your cell phone for repair due to the fact every since the day I have them replace my screen satisfactorily and each time that was an excuse that I did not receive and I will not be going back and I dont recommend until they learn how to listen to the customer and remember they are not perfect and they need to be real and accept criticism if theyre going to stay in business and now my next move is to see if theyre part of the Better Business Bureau cuz Im pretty sure they are not😢

Went in to get a quote for a repair on a Note4 screen replacement. They gave me a price that was more than what the phone was worth. I left and went to Batteries Plus across the street and got a price almost half what these clowns quoted me! Beware of this place! The guy couldnt even give me a breakdown of what the parts cost or what parts were needed!!! 😂. This place is by far the worst cellular repair shop in Goldsboro...

I suggest people call the better business bureau on these people. Im only giving them 1 star because I cant give them zero. I took my zte blade max 3 get to the screen fixed, the young woman behind the counter took all the info about the phone and what happened (water damage) . the phone would turn on I could answer call and hear everything fine, it would turn on and off just fine, but I couldnt see the screen. They told us to leave it overnight, we paid I think it was 37.00, then came by the next day and they said they didnt have the parts to fix it that it was too new of a phone. You would think they would have told us to start that they didnt have the parts. We did not get our money back. scheisters!

This people are HORRIBLE! Their customer service is a joke! Asked to buy 2 otterboxes and they sold me fakes that were cracked!!! The next day I brought them back they wouldnt let me return them! A male named Steven argued with me stating that there was no law that they had to tell me about their no return policy! He also said that I was ignorant for thinking I could buy otterboxes for $30.00 a piece when actually I had just purchased them online at Amazon for $40 shipping included. I am super unsatisfied and will be tell long everyone I know to never return there!

Its expensive 😫 and not worth it. Took my tablet to get a cracked screen fixed. $95 and they fried the circuits. Its a paper weight now.

Went in for a quote for my broken iPhone screen. They were rude and the customer service was not friendly. They even quoted me 85-120 depending on the damage to the screen. WHAT DOES THAT EVEN MEAN?!

Do not go to this place they will cheat you out for your money .. i sure hope this business isnt opened for long .. but I recommend going across the street to battery plus store to get a deal 50% for screen repairs .

There was one guy who I spoke to yesterday he was a white chunky male. He was extremely rude to me and my friend. I didn’t like his attitude so I left. Won’t be going there again that’s not the first time either.
