Had a simple fix even had the part ... but due to my car breaking down on the road. I had them tow my car was told would be done the next day or first thing on second day. Tried calling the 2nd day with no answer (all day). Went following Monday to find out they wanted to do things not needed and hadnt even touched my car

Took my Saleen to these guys for a door ding and was ready to pay out $500 to fix it. Precision called their friend McArthur Specialty (Bruce) who specializes in dent repair which was a fraction of the cost I expected to pay. These guys are Precision are a class act who care about their customers needs vs trying to make a more money off them. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!

Was quoted a suspension repair with front bumper replacement for $1300. The turn around time was good, but the service quality was poor. they replaced the headlight compartments (which isnt the same price as replacing the suspension), fixing the fender( left a huge gap between the front door and the fender), and re-utilize the front tire, which flattened after 3 hours. Due to work schedule, I left the car to be repaired and paid up front. Here are my list of complaints:1. Overprice2. Providing non agreeable service (replacing front headlight compartments instead of the suspension)3. Poor work - I found out my car tire has a leaky hole in it, which slowly leak out air over time and prompted me to replace the tire completely. The shop either knew the problem and ignored it, or did not care to provide me any detail on my leaky tire.Recommendation for future customers: unless you can not find any auto body shop within 100 miles from your location, avoid this place. Yes, it will worth driving 100 miles and find a better deal than paying expensive money for lousy job. After all it is your money.

The man at the desk was awesome. However, they put a silver door handle on my car inside, my door wouldnt open from the outside and I had to get my child out from the other side. And my driver side door handle protrudes beyond the door now and there is a knock inside my window. I feel they rushed the job instead of doing quality work.

Precision Body Works in my opinion, is one of the best automotive businesses I have ever had the pleasure to attend. The service was very friendly and they educated me on issues with my vehicle. I stopped by after calling and being told they do complete paint jobs. I was told before he started the estimate they do their Insurance customers first! Than he told me they had a car they were working on for another customer and its been over two weeks and not close to being completed. I have a 00 Expedition which only needs very minor bodywork. The estimate I was quoted was crazy high! Almost $300 a panel. Im sure they might do a good job but they dont want anything but insurance jobs.
