Very pushy. Went in because I was interested in looking at a vehicle and they brought me a car I expressly said that didnt interest me. Kept asking Whats it going to take to get you into this vehicle? Told them repeatedly I was just there to look and wasnt willing to let me think about it. After running my credit and my telling them the payments were too high for my budget, I had to make an excuse to leave. In total, three people tag teamed the sale.They gave false amounts and said they were state regulated prices. When I checked those regulations at home they were $680 less than what they were claiming. The fees were almost $1500. They dropped the price of the car to $500 under MSRP, but would have made out over $2000 on the sale.The main dealer was personable and likeable. The finance department and general manager were overly pushy. Have paperwork for the vehicle you are interested in and other fees with you when you go in. I was a salesperson for 15 years. I recognize some of the ploys they were implementing. They are too thirsty here.

At first everything was great we bought our new car a couple weeks ago. Then It came not detailed they didn’t fix the scratch just painted over it. We had to make an appointment the next week to get it fixed they “fixed” it but didn’t clean my seats or detail my car but want highly satisfactory on the survey. They haven’t called us back to get us a courtesy vehicle so they can fix our brand new one but they called us to remind us of the survey so they get a high score. This is my first vehicle we should’ve just walked away instead of buying it. I’m very unhappy with this Chevy dealership.

Several months and $4000 later I still have the popping noise and am once again told something different that might only cost $300 to fix it. Great place to buy a vehicle Devon did a amazing job getting me what I wanted and went above and beyond a great experience all the way around.

I found it very interesting to take my 2015 vehicle in for a routine oil change. It was completely paid off approximately 2 weeks before this service and all was well with the vehicle. NO issues when I dropped it off; radio console working, rear camera display showing; however, once I picked the vehicle up after a routine oil change, the display console was NOT showing anything!! I took the vehicle back to the dealership a few hours later to see what could have possibly happened. They looked at, but couldnt determine what could possibly have happened. I was asked to bring the vehicle back a few days later, so I did. I dropped it off and received a text a few hours later with the diagnostic report of what needed to be fixed and a price tag of $1300+!! I was told it was a shorted HUMAN INTERFACE MODULE. They would be able to fix it, but the part would need to be ordered and it would be about 4 days before it arrived. I said let me think about it. Took the car to another dealership. They kept the vehicle a few hours and called to say it was fixed for $119!!!!REALLY, TEAM CHEVROLET?!?!?ALSO, very interesting, I NEVER got a survey OR a call to see how my service was at Team Chevrolet.I think its safe to say, I most likely will not return or recommend to anyone.

Alright so boom, I bought my 2010 camaro RS package from these guys for around 12.5k. My mistake already the engine turned on within a week of having the car and I had to get a new converter. Fast forward a few months and I can’t really keep up with payments so I take back to them and of course they don’t remember me, so they look at the car and say its worth 8k, but they sold it to me for 12.5k and I had to hassle them for 12.5 because they were going to charge me 17k!!! Highly don’t recommend them they will make the deal seem so sweet til you actually get those numbers. Also they put GAP on my car when I said I didn’t want it I set it up somewhere else and until he said how much I was paying I had to tell them to take it off! It’s insane.
