Cameron did an amazing job with getting me the exact car I was looking for. He worked with my price range and got me the best deal available. I felt like a celebrity how they rolled out the red carpet for my family and I. He was patient and extremely helpful during the entire process, he answered every question I had and gave me honest feedback. I felt comfortable the entire process. They filled my gas tank and detailed the car, even transferred my belongings from my trade in! Everyone was very friendly and accommodating. I purchased a 2017 Lexus. I was so excited! I test drove the car to check the mechanics, brakes, steering,ect because I have driven many. Loved it, bought it. Drove 2 hours home. So only had one key didnt have a front plate holder and was told they would mail it. . a few days later no key, surprise they dont have one. A $270.cost. Almost 30 days later still no registration not to mention the car had very few of the standard amenities no book for the car, its not been very good purchase, oh yes the gentleman were very nice and didnt lie, just by omission. Oh well another learning experience. I am looking to trade for a Lexus not stripped down. !

I had a great experience with Deacon Jones Kia. I encountered an A/C issue with my 2019 Kia Rio S, so I contacted them and scheduled an appointment. They discovered that my condenser was damaged, got the needed part, and replaced my condenser all in one day. They were very urgent with getting my vehicle functioning properly. The cost for repair was also reasonable. The staff kelp me updated and were some very nice people. I highly recommend their services.

I would definitely recommend this dealership. Jake was the sales rep that helped me with purchasing my first Kia. What I appreciated most about Jake, was his transparency. He was honest, highly informative, and he kept the buying process simple. I was pleased with how smooth the transaction went. At that time we set up an appointment for the next morning at 9:30 AM to look at the vehicle. Jermaine was prompt to meet with me, knowledgeable, polite and professional throughout the entire sales experience.In addition to Jermaine, Sales Manager Aaron Arthur was directly involved in the sales transaction. I had the pleasure of speaking directly to Aaron several times throughout the process. Aaron was also knowledgeable, professional and a pleasure to deal with. It was almost..well...FUN.. playing the purchase game with the both of them.Finishing up the sale was Philip Rhodes in the finance department. Philip was informative on warranty and other protection plans Kia had to offer in addition to warranty. We got a new car that wasnt a new car and now they want take it back was supposed to have 300 miles on it oil was very dirty and all the spark plugs were fouled out. Our payments were supposed to be in the 300 range well that wasnt true and now we cant get rid of it. I would not recommend this place we got took to the cleaners .

Outstanding service department! Timely, courteous, very thorough. Browsed the car lot while waiting. The new KIAs are loaded with lane assist, AWD, comfort and all of the tech bells and whistles. New colors for 2021 are very eye catching and youthful. If I was in the market for a newer car, I would start with this dealership. Lesa and Barry in the Service Dept. are very honest and take care of your vehicle. They get the job done right the first time. Really appreciate them, definitely makes you consider this dealership.

If you go to this dealership, look for Melvin. He will take good care of you and will value you as a customer. Even on his day off, he took my husband’s call and went to the dealership to find out for himself what’s the holdup.Melvin did all he can to help fix the issues we had earlier this week and kept his word. My son finally got his car today, with everything that were promised to him done!!Also, Barry and Lesa helped facilitate the entire process of getting the car ready for my son. My service appt went really well. The advisor took good care of me and made sure that I was comfortable during my wait. I was also asked if I needed a ride anywhere because the service on my car might be a few hours. Things went faster than expected and I was happily on my way. Great experience overall. Maurine was a dream to work with. She went above and beyond to find my Telluride, all in ONE WEEKS TIME! I travel a lot and called the dealership to see if I could come in for an alignment that day since I would be gone the rest of the week. Lesa has always taken good care of me and fit me right in. While waiting for the alignment to be completed, Barry came out and told me I had a much bigger issue. He should me a picture of my tire tread literally splitting off my tire. No wonder my car was pulling to the right! I was so thankful that not only did they make time to see me that day but also that the service team discovered a larger issue. I really appreciate that entire service department and continue to stay with Kia due to them.

Lisa at the service desk is superb. She was very helpful and accommodating . Per their recommendation, I had the 100,000 mile service/tune up done when I went in to have new brakes put on. Well anyway, in a couple of days I began having trouble with my car. I took it back to Kia and explained that I just had the 100,000 mile tune up and was not having problems with my car until this (AT ALL). With some discussion, they replaced 2 of the coil packs on my car ( really should have all been changed out with the spark plugs were changed). No charge for this as I had already spent over $1000 from the week before. Less than a month later, began to have same problem with my car---it was the other 2 coil packs needing changing on my car. Lisa took my car in and called in the afternoon saying the car was ready---again free of charge (of course, remember I spent over $1000 the month before. With all this being said, not too comfortable with them working on my car but Lisa (and Im rating her only) was absolutely wonderful.....should I buy another Kia at anytime.....it will be because she backs the work up. Thanks Lisa!

When we decided to shop for a new vehicle, we set up an appointment with Chretien to see about getting a new-to-us used car. Chretien was able to set an appointment with us very quickly with the date and time that best fit our schedule. After we talked for a little while and told him what we were looking for, he came back with a brand new 2019 Soul that he was able to get us into. We were shocked and amazed! After our purchase he has been there to answer any questions we thought of after the fact. Chretien has gone above and beyond! We will for sure be repeat customers when the time comes! I ordered a used car from this dealership on Monday (during Hurricane Isaias). It was dirty and unpresentable because they had received the car very recently, but it was on their website for purchase. I liked it, it ran well, so I bought it. Around 1:30pm Monday, I bought the car. The dealership does not close until 8pm, and the service center closes at 6pm. We were promised that the car would be ready late afternoon the next day on Tuesday. This would most likely be some time before 6pm. A mere change of tires, wipers, and a weather strip for the doors was needed to be done, along with a full detail to make the car as “brand new” and presentable as possible. Tuesday comes along and the pick up date was moved to Wednesday at noon. Upon calling on Wednesday around 12:30pm, we were told that it’ll be about another hour or so. We actually gave them until 2pm. We arrived to find that the car had been sitting in their lot UNTOUCHED. Leaves and dirt everywhere, the seats and flooring were just as dirty as when we saw it Monday. If they had done ANY sort of work on it, it didn’t show. And the employees there back up that statement, specifically the general sales manager: Aaron Arthur. He had the audacity to question why we need to see the car when my mother (in a raging fit) mentioned that we don’t even want this car anymore. His attitude of nonchalantly brushing complaints aside and not getting to an level of understanding, not to mention the disrespect he showed my mother, are terms for immediate termination (not to mention that despite COVID-19, this “man” wasn’t wearing a mask). The service advisor was confused because she had never heard that the car needed to be looked at and worked on. Meanwhile, they continue to push that the car would be ready tomorrow morning (Thursday) when their auto service worker isn’t even there today on this Wednesday. There was a part that the worker needed to order for the car; it arrived Tuesday morning, and he was present at the service center. But nothing was done to the car all day Tuesday. Firing Aaron Arthur needs to be implemented, a new or extended service coverage and warranty needs to be laid out for us by Deacon Jones Kia, and the great communication and customer at that dealership needs to somewhat exist. Because it’s apparently clear that there is no effective communication happening whatsoever. Miscommunications left and right, empty promises, and uncertain tasks or issues at hand. And the disrespect. This happened in a time frame of 2-3:15pm (1400-1515 for any military personnel). And we’re still waiting for my car to be completely cleaned and presentable to me.

This dealership is one of the best dealerships i have ever dealt with. I have purchased 3 vehicles from them, they work in a timely manner and are very attentive to all my questions and needs. The service department is also great, while sometimes they are booked up, they always try to get me an appointment as soon as they can and when the time comes I never wait long for service. Although, they do have a new service adviser who is still learning, they have another service adviser and 2 master techs that have been with Deacon Jones Kia for 9+ years. Both lube techs are quick and keep me updated on the status of my brakes, tires, hoses, etc. LOVE the sales department and LOVE service and parts departments! 10/10 would recommend this dealership to all family and friends!

They need to be more efficient with their service department. I was made to wait two weeks for my car to be fix because of personal reasons of one of their employees (who wasnt even able to finish my car and missed to be able to fix my car. Customer should have go in a financial hardship in expenses because of situation of employees not able to make it to work to do their job. It is the company responsibility to cover for when an employee is not able to perform for personal reasons. I will not recommend anyone to get their car fix at this location.

Bought a suburban from them a 6 months ago with new tires. Even though most sales men we saw there seemed pretty nice, ours was a head ache from start to finish. Both my wife and I had to get higher ups involved so we could get what was promised, and to redo the detailing of the vehicle. Then it took several months for the salesmen we dealt with to get the second pair of keys made. Now we just noticed the tires were wore down faster than they should because the vehicle was never aligned in the first place. If they were, it would have never wore down to the cords like they have.

We just purchased a used Kia Sorento! We worked with salesman named, Bruce. He was very nice, respectful, helpful, and outgoing. We came in to look at a 2015 Sorento, but were told as soon as we walked in the door that the one we came to look at had sold the night before. Bruce asked what our price range was for monthly payment, and searched online and found another one he thought wed be interested in. Three rows seats and backup camera! Excellent! Bruce did what he could to come to an agreed upon price that we felt comfortable with! The other fellow in the financing department also helped a huge bit so that we could still do a warranty deal but stay within our budget. They all worked with us to get what we wanted for the price that we wanted. I really appreciate all they did for us, and we love our new ride! Im a little weary about others touching my baby but being that I work full time have 2 kids and a husband who works most nights and weekends my freetime to do the work is limited. I called as soon as I got my recall notice was scheduled for an appointment that same week. I didnt have to wait long for them to come and give me a plan of action for my vehicle and I had a laundry list of concerns. Their amenities are above and beyond the normal coffee... They include coffee a snack free WiFi a comfortable waiting area as well as a separate area if you have children. Staff is friendly and knowledgable with a low pressure mindset. Prices are fair value and some of the services were cheaper than other quotes I had received. I even drove an hour for here compared to another dealer that was closer to my home!.
