My 2021 Honda Accord car vandalized with bullet holes. On September 7th my car got towed to this collision center and today is October 15. I still have not gotten my car back. I been told without my car for a month and a half. They claimed they had to wait 3 weeks for a biohazard company they hired to clean out my car because someone got shot in my vehicle. I’m disappointed because there was lack of communication. I had to keep calling everyday to check the status because right now I don’t have a car and I live far from the collision center so I have to make arrangements for someone to come get me! Then I have to pay them a deductible on the spot (no payment plan). I get no compensation due to them being short staffed. This is very frustrating and it’s hard to speak to John. The women at the front desk will tell him to call me and I wouldn’t get a call. It’s so messy. Now there’s an issue with my airbag that was never an issue before it was brought to the dealership. So now I have to wait additional time for my car. Oh by the way all they had to do was replace my rear driver window and there were three bullet holes in the passenger rear door and they took almost two months to fix. Very disappointing. I’m not personally upset with Michelle or Ronda it’s just it’s hard to do things without having your car and having to wait two months to get it back is frustrating…

Super clean, very friendly, short wait time, easy to get ahold of. Little more on the pricey side for quotes but considering its a dealership its very reasonable. I will returning to have service done here. Feeling of Techs, Mechanics and Customer Service seems honest forthcoming and trusting.

John and his team exceeded my expectations. They even offered to vacuum out my rental car once my vehicle was finished as a courtesy. I cant say enough about how great their work was. I would highly recommend them and will definitely use them in the future.

Only because my car stayed for 2 weeks just for a broken window. BUT I understand that it happened due to COVID and them switching locations. But they were super friendly and easy to communicate with. Will be going back

I took my vehicle here after hail damage did a number on it. Deacon Jones did a GREAT job on my car. It looked brand new when they were done with it. One thing I really appreciate about Deacon Jones Collision Center is that the office staff are wonderful! They are very friendly and helpful when you walk in the door. They are professional and they take care of you. Michelle, at the front desk, is organized and goes above and beyond to make sure everything is done correctly. I also appreciate that everyone in that office, including Michelle, always called me back when they said they would. I would give them ten stars if I could. I recommend them and I will only use them in the future.

Great work an service they did a excellent job on repairing the bent rim on my car thought I would have to get new rims yet they worked a miracle and repaired it havent had any problems since then I recommend them to all my family and friends

Absolute worse place to take a vehicle to get work done. Keep my truck a week never touched it. Took my truck to another location and never called to tell me they moved it. Caught the manager in several lies. Stay away from this place and all Deacon Jones dealerships.

Larry very nice. Understood my concern as to why work done had not been inspected prior to return to customer. Agreed that when he is not there, someone should inspect repair quality.Says they will repair and replace parts with new and he will supervise himself. Will also provide loaner for time in shop.Hate to see business lose time and money having to redo work that should have been done right first time. My biggest concern still is why was it not inpected before returning to customer?Larry has assured a proper and quality repair. I will trust he follows through ...

I was rear ended and decided to come here since I bought my car at deacon Jones. Everyone I spoke to was extremely helpful as this was my first time dealing with this kind of situation with insurance. I am very picky and had a few issues and they were taken care of! My car has never looked so clean and I’m glad to have her rear end looking the way I bought her! So thankful for the team for being amazing and fixing my car. I hope I do not need to but if I do I will be back to them. I will be recommending to anyone who needs it!

I had a horrible experience at deacon jones collision center and mechanic shop. My car was hit at the state fair which messed up my body work I put a claim in through insurance, and two days later after getting hit my transmission went. Took deacon jones FOUR WEEKS barley returning calls or keeping me updated in what was going on before my bumper was replaced and could be plugged in to see what was wrong with transmission. They said it wasn’t from the accident they don’t know what’s wrong with it but it’s not from the accident and didn’t even give me an estimate for how much it would cost. Two days later after I complain they tell me it might be around 4K but not really sure and we’re rude when I expressed my disappointment with deacon jones! Literally take your car anywhere but here. Extremely disappointed
