Person I think was the manager was rude and condescending. Not helpful at all and ripped of and didn’t do anything to correct it.

New manager Hazel, is Amazing. Completely dedicated to customer service while working with a skeleton crew. Store is now closed nights until 6am.

The manager (update) Hazel is the worst!!! Was texting on her phone while Im at the counter asking about prices for tobacco and while texting she tells me idk!?! I asked her to stop texting and check and told me Im very RUDE?!? Shes always standing outside at a car with her bf. Always rude and acts like Im an inconvenient to her life when she has to stop texting or talking to her friend/ bf whatever he is to help me at the counter. Let alone the quality of the store things are either not stocked or broken and there no management by her or what seems to be by the owner letting a person like her still run this gas station Tin cup a mom and pop shop is ran better than a Circle K franchise?? Im gonna stop coming here and go to better place where the staff at least has motivation to do good for a customer.

People are giving the one cashier Desiree bad reviews, but I would say she is pretty cool. I like the snacks here. Honestly I would probably give this place a worst review if I were an adult, but Im just a pre-teen living the life.

Gas stations and convenience stores that have broken restrooms should provide a porta potty or be fined until their bathroom is fixed.

I have been shopping there for nine years. The manager is wonderful but the place is a shambles and the gas pump did not work this morning. I rarely stop there and being late for work this morning, I will not shop there again. Circle K very much a five and dime operation with huge markups. Buyer beware!!!

This place would get 5 stars if it wasnt for V. Desiree edit* AND THE MANAGER/ASIAN LADY IS ALMOST EVEN WORSE! Every single other employee is awesome and Im spacing her name but when I get it I will update review because she deserves a promotion she works nights, white, maybe mid 40s with blonde hair. She ROCKS. Anyways I live right across the street so I go here easily 4 times a week. So yea, V. Desiree (like other reviewers have mentioned) is absolutely TERRIBLE. Easily the most disrespectful, unwelcoming, no help, barely even talks, doesnt give correct change, doesnt apologize for ANYTHING she does wrong literally the opposite of customer service while working a customer service only job.

The ladies here in the morning are very nice. My daughter loves their selection of snacks.Hmmm... The oriental lady in the morning is RUDE!!! I always say hi and and she acts like she cant even see me!! Other people come in and she just as nice as can be.-2 stars for her funky attitude!

I love the price of their 44oz. Soda machine drinks. But for the past 2weeks or so, the EBT machine has been out of order... Very inconvenient& annoying...😕😤

So RUDE . The cashier Desiree just tossed change at my friend and rolled her eyes at him. This is so not OK. More then once I have had my co-workers come back and say how mean and rude the employees are. Not all But some. This needs to be addressed. The manager (The Asian lady) is the most rude of all. Its time to rethink who you are hiring

I read some reviews before writing this to make sure it wasnt just me who always has weird experiences with Desiree. Tonight was my 5th or 6th. Maybe management wont copy and paste the same response this time.The night was cold. A front had just crossed the mountains this summer solstice and the moon was oddly large. I was in the mood for a fountain drink, so I went to the nearby Circle K. Upon entering, I say Hello. to the clerk, Desiree. She looks up, drops the mop, walks to the counter, crosses her arms and stares. I shrugged it off thinking, Oh, well. This was until I stood at the fountain machine.If you know anything about this machine, it loves to pour foam, so you cant fill your drink fast. Im over here pouring some foam, minding my own business when I feel like someones watching me. I look over my shoulder...BAM! From across the gas station, Desiree is piercing my heart with her glare. I thought, Its taken me nearly two minutes to fill this thing and shes still staring at me?Slowly, I approached the counter, not wanting to further anger the lurking night cashier. Nice and gently I set the drink down. Like an awkward scene from Curb Your Enthusiasm, my gaze slowly rises and meets Desirees. 2 seconds...then 5 seconds pass. Desiree is stone cold. Like a statue, she stands frozen until the lines around her mouth crack and from it I hear...Eighty four cents.I gave that cashier a buck and got out of there like it was the last day of school. The daytime employees are great, but buyer beware, dont enter after sundown.

Desiree who works evening shifts is extremely rude I had over paid for gas and she refused to give me my change, and throws away my reciepts even when I ask for them. I Hope management does something about her soon. I will go the extra half mile to loaf and jug then this joke of a place.

Desiree is one of the stupidest people Ive ever met. When I stop in and see her working I leave and go to the store 500 up the street. So bad for business

Whenever I see Desiree there, I walk right back out and drive to another gas station. She just makes the whole experience so weird and uncomfortable.

I just tried to go here. The sign says 24 hours but he just kept saying they are closed. He wouldnt say why but people were buying gas and they were getting a delivery. Guess break time is more important than customer service or sales.

I have used my debit card once in the last year getting gas at the pump here. 2 weeks later someone stole my credit card #. Dont pay at the pump here folks.

Sketchy clientele. Zoom out a notch or two on the map and you will know why.

Like the new coffee machine just a problem i was here on Monday 2:am this cashier was rude and making fun of me like I did a stupid question I just wanted to make sure I was using the right cup trying not to make a Miss

I was attended by a super friendly lady, the store very clean and in general everything excellent, highly recommended
