Quick and easy, friendly staff and around 12 flavors of yogurt with many toppings. Definitely a good place to get something cold for a hot day!

Terrible customer service will not come again. My friend and i where there and we got to the counter to pay and i realized that I didn’t have my wallet, the lady would not let my friend and i leave to look for it. My info and all my cards are in that wallet and I was in the middle of a panic attack I remember where I had left it and asked her to set the yogurt to the side we left i found my wallet and came back not even 5 minutes later she had thrown it away so my friend and i remade our yogurt and checked out she was very rude and disrespectful. The yogurt was also terrible and tasted old.

Good little Turkish ice cream place. They have Turkish coffee. The inside seating is nice and they also have outside seating during COVID. Plastic gloves for people to wear while pouring ice cream.There is plenty of variety in flavors and some sorbet and non-lactose ones.

Soooooo many choices for toppings! A bit pricey.

The staff here were super nice and the yogurt was delicious, but we were shocked when we got to the counter and our two cups (one small with one topping, one medium with two toppings) totaled $20. I wish I could come here more often because of the service and quality but at that price I probably won’t be coming back.

Self-serve! A ton of tasty flavors! Play area for kids. Turkish coffee for adults. The toppings bar is well-stacked with a variety of soft candies, chocolates, cereals, and crunchy candies. Outdoor seating foe nice weather. Its the place to be for people watching during the summer. They also sell very cool Turkish bracelets, purses, rucksacks, lamps, and good luck charms. Highly recommended.

We got to the counter to pay and it was $18 for two yogurts with one topping. They provide only large cups to fill and when you go to pay they tell you it is per oz. Ridiculously expensive for frozen yogurt!

This place is absolutely amazing! It was so clean and has wonderful staff! One of the staff members particularly stood out. I think she said her name was Getili. She truly made my day:)

We visited on a cold evening at 8:30pm. The sign said they were open until 9pm. We went in and I noticed the 2 staff members seemed busy- I thought there had been a spill on a table or something. After getting a sense of the place, I decided I wanted a hot chocolate and my husband wanted a yogurt. We went different directions in the store. As I waited at the counter, I realized that the staff had been putting away some center table, was now stacking chairs. One girl came towards me while the other started sweeping the floor. I asked for a drink and she told me no drinks at this hour. I was confused because it was cold out and they werent closing for 30 more minutes, so I asked again and confirmed, even hot chocolate? (which isnt exactly a difficult drink to prep). And she repeated, No drinks at this hour. I would have left, but my husband already grabbed some yogurt. I would have preferred he hadnt since the girl was sweeping up dust while he was getting his food, but we paid and left. I wish they had simply closed early rather than pretend to open and be rude to us. I was very unhappy with our visit. The yogurt was otherwise okay, though the fixings bar looked like it had seen better days and had been left out too long. We will not be back.

Goozell is a family friendly place full of cheerful people who often go out of their way to help. I have often turned up just before closing and they have been kind enough to let me in and sit with my froyo. Their flavors may not be strange and unusual but they are dependable and delicious.

Its an interesting looking place that does sell coffee and self served frozen yogurt. Has a small play area for little kids. Very colorful inside. Many different flavors & toppings to choose from.

They have amazing yogurt and coffee. And their staff is the most helpful and friendly. I definitely would recommend it to my friends and family.

Dont waste your money. The staff were rude and the place wasnt very clean. It seems like a nice place with a great location but thats really where the fun ends. Is too expensive and it really kind of wasnt a great experience. I guess can we expect from frozen yogurt.

Easily the best Froyo in Colorado. Very inexpensive, as well as offering a discount for Mines students. If you want a (relatively) healthy sweet treat, this is the place to go.

Only giving this place a 2 star because the yogurt was yummy and the seating outside is great, but the girl working there was absolutely atrocious in terms of any type of customer service or actually doing her job. The management and owners need to reflect on their employees. Almost all the toppings were out, so my husband and I asked if they could refill them. We were met with serious attitude and the employee said “um can you give me a minute” as she proceeded to continue to do nothing. She then slammed the two toppings she filled into the containers, like she was a toddler throwing a tantrum.Then, we sat at the front waiting to check out while the two girls working just sat in the back talking.On top of this, there was a DEAD FLY right next to all the toppings.This place would be great if the employees had any pride in their work or any type of work ethic at all.

Absolute rip off!!!!! We only got two of the smallest sized bowls they offered and got a modest amount of yogurt and toppings. When they rung it up our two small bowls came out to $22 !!!! The yogurt wasn’t even very good. I will never come here again and others should avoid here!!!

WAY over priced. Blended coffee my husband ordered was wrong. I was then asked to purchase icecream for them to make his coffee right. Was charged another $3. The drink he received with the icecream was inedible. They refunded us our money for what turned into an almost $10 coffee. Wont be back.

The much advertised Turkish coffee was a burnt roast thrown together in a automatic coffee maker. Thoroughly unimpressed.

This place hates homeless people. They let certain people play music there on the corner but if you have a dog and a backpack and are homeless they dont want you on thier corner. Im a pretty clean person and I play an accordion and have two wonderful dogs. Im also a veteran and a very nice person who just happens to be down on his luck. I dont drink smoke or do drugs.But ive got a backpack so im beneath them and cant be in thier presence.People like this are the problem as to why we have homeless people. They like to sweep the problem underneath the rug rather than give someone a chance.The guy there told me they take private auditions to play on their corner.No thank you. I prefer to play in areas that I can uphold my dignity and class.
