A bit overpriced for what we got. The coffee was ok but the Mediterranean style toast was yummy. Very small portions though.

Such a FIND! I stumbled onto this coffee shop and was thrilled to find it. It’s very spacious with cozy an updated decor. You can sit inside to work or sit outside with friends and family. They also have a very very extensive menu to choose from! The drink I got that is in the picture is a s’more‘s latte! It was such a treat, especially for a Tuesday afternoon. I will definitely be back, oh I loved this café

Cafe sandwiches, salads, charcuterie boards, acai and breakfast, coffee and tea, and boutique area with local artist-made goods. Great place near the dino lots and convenient to headed up I-70. Patio outdoor seating with ample shade and spacious interior with both large and small tables. They offer local small batch sodas, a variety of CBD sparkling water, kombucha, and their loose leaf tea is stellar.The customer service and staffs understanding of the menu was lacking today, and Im hopeful there will be more training for future visits, but I like it enough to try a second time despite the staffing today. The music is inconsistent and changes mid song and also goes quiet for a time then starts back. The music is great when it does play.

The breakfast was delicious and the presentation was phenomenal. My wife said it was like eating art.The staff is super friendly and even though it was busy they were incredibly nice to each other and to the patrons.The young man serving was friendly and educated me on the wonderful world of coffee (I am not a coffee drinker).100% recommend.

Tried the raspberry cream cold brew and it was fantastic. Great atmosphere inside with a great variety in their food menu. Gluten free and vegan options. We were staying at the hotel across the street, the origin, and this was a very cool find when we needed a little escape to get some work done and get caffeinated.

The coffee / espresso was pretty good. They made my mocha at kids temp which I like, but almost too cold. Music was so loud I could hardly hear myself think. Forget working on projects here. Food was good and reasonable price. Bathrooms pretty dirty.

May’s coffee special was Honey something Latte, very delicious. Carmel latte was very good. Delicious breakfast burritos. Friendly staff. They were busy and we didn’t even wait long. Glad we found this place when we were passing through. They got our order wrong but we were hungry and in a hurry so just went with it. Ordered one burrito and one sandwich but they gave us two burritos instead. Didn’t make a fuss since they were very busy.

Awsm.Worth the detour!!Come down off I-70, and have coffee, brekkie, or lunch.Different menu(NOT just warmed up Sysco food as so many restaurants do nowadays).Fabulous food, Bloody Marys like no other.Imagine flavor,come on down n get some!

I ordered a cold brew coffee and an Avocado egg sandwich. The bread was great and had lots of avocado. They ran out of cold brew so I only recieved half a cup. They offered me the option to either order another beverage and still get the half cup of cold brew for free, or take the cold brew and get a coupon for a free drink on my next visit. The coffee and the sandwich were tasty. They have a decent amount of seating inside and out and they have a drive through. On a side note they sell alcohol here as well.

Food and coffee is great but beware if you place online order - food was ready but coffee took 20 minutes to get.

This was a really cool breakfast spot with great burritos now they only make small burritos that is all bread no egg definitely won’t be coming back until they bring back the large burritos

I stopped in and found a gem of a business here. Located next to the new Origin Hotel and near Harley Davidson (Morrison Exit off I-70). Their hours are 6am-8pm and they serve espresso, sandwiches and drinks including healthy smoothies, beer, wine and cocktails. Great place to gather with friends around the fire place, grab your coffee to go in the drive-thru, meet family for hand crafted local ingredients, a meeting point before a Red Rocks show or hike, stay warm during your kids soccer practice, and/or get some work done with free wifi. Plenty of parking, quality ingredients, casual and comfortable atmosphere, and an onsite involved owner. Excited to see their success.

Launch is exactly what this convenient location needed - great atmosphere, food, drink and a place to meet up before or after your next adventure! The owners have taken a lot of time to source the best coffee and food to start your day right. They also have local beer, wine and delicious appetizer trays for the afternoon refueling to enjoy by their fireplace or out on the porch. Also inside is an assortment of quick fixes with bars and other items if youre in a hurry. Huge hurry? Go through the drive up window lane... even on your bike.So many great outdoor locations and venues are close by including Red Rocks, numerous Jeffco trails, and of course the large Dinosaur lots for heading to the hills.I am impressed with Launch and appreciate the location.

Arguably the best coffee shop Ive been to for overall experience. Coffee is A+ | Atmosphere is A+ | Internet is very fast | A wide variety of food selections | Location is a perfect getaway if youre heading to the mountains for a day on the slopes | Staff is extremely nice | Met the owner Todd who fits the prototype for a Coloradoan. The coffee shop is right across the street from The Origin Hotel. This place will be a huge hit especially during the summer time when Red Rocks concerts are bumping. Looking forward to my next visit! 🙃

We absolutely love this place. The lavender matcha latte is literally the best drink I’ve ever had. Launch is a bit out of our way but after trying the lavender matcha here, nothing else compares so we always make the drive. The atmosphere is so cozy, the music is great, and it’s always super clean!Update: since I’ve written this review, we’ve had 5 bad experiences and will not be coming back. They’ve run out of ingredients on two separate occasions. We once ordered ahead since we were in a hurry and they didn’t start our drinks until we got there (20 min after we ordered, when they told us they’d be ready in 15 min). We still had to wait in line to let them know we were there to pick up our ordered ahead drinks and they still made them in order as if we’d just walked in. There was another time that we ordered food and they didn’t ask our name, and then couldn’t figure out who the food belonged to so they wouldn’t give it to us. We eventually got the food but it was cold because it took 15-20 before they believed us that it was in fact our food.

Drive thru attendant dropped my burrito on the ground (it was wrapped in foil, not a catastrophe, but...), order was wrong (they fixed it), and it took forever to get it drinks even though wed ordered ahead for pickup.They were nice about everything and may just have been having a bad morning, but I should not have to exercise that much patience before Ive had coffee....

I love this place, I had a raspberry cream cold brew IT WAS AMAZING, nachos and chips and guac. The food was great too.. The staff is so nice and friendly, I worked with a couple of friends inside all day and they brought us more nachos just to be nice! I didnt feel like we were pushed out when we stopped purchasing things which was a breath of fresh air since a lot of coffee shops around Denver are flipping tables when people are done spending.

The coffee was great and the special with cayenne pepper was outstanding. The sandwich I had was pretty tasty but a little pricey for what you get. Overall it was good and Id go again.

I really love this place because the coffee is amazing and the food is great. Over the last few months the proactive improvements in the drive through service have been so so much better. The staff is outstanding and makes this cafe feel like home. I’ve never had an oat milk latte taste so good. This is the go to place for anyone looking for supreme tasting espresso and outstanding customer service. They make you feel like a friend. Stayed at the Origin Hotel and walked over to this place every morning/afternoon. The coffee is amazing. Lots of dairy-free options and the vegan chili is delicious. My husband loved the burrito and ordered it four days in a row.

No expectations before arriving as Launch was picked by a co-worker. Comfortable place very near I-70 and HWY 40 with a pretty good menu for breakfast/lunch. Many healthy choices, and lots of coffee type beverages(if that is your thing). I had a plate of Bison chili nachos that was great. Will definitely give this place a second try.

This was my second visit to Launch and I was not disappointed. LOTS of gluten free options. I got a Turkey, egg and avocado than added prosciutto! Oat milk mocha (dark Ghirardelli chocolate) with Kaladi coffee. A couple of muffins and a cookie and I was back across the street at Origin Hotel enjoying my morning with an excellent drink and food. Courteous, very clean, COVID conscience were all appreciated. If Red Rocks or blasting into the mountains from Denver on I-70 is on your agenda, put Launch on your list to fuel up.

Wow, I cannot say enough about this place! My husband and I had our wedding welcome party at Launch the evening before our wedding and Cindy and the staff went above and beyond in every way. Cindy was extremely friendly, responsive and helpful throughout the entire planning process and we received so many compliments the night of the event about how cool the location was and how great the food and drinks were. I HIGHLY recommend Launch for your next private event or even just to stop by for food and a drink!

Awesome place! Went 6 AM to get coffee and a burrito before a ski day and service was so friendly and so efficient. Nice that they are opening 5:30 during weekends in ski season. I enjoyed how they had plants and local products for sale and it looked like a great beer and wine selection at night.

This is a new restaurant that is easily accessed from I-70 at the Morrison (Exit 259) exit. It is in the shopping center with Harley Davidson and the Origin Hotel.We had the breakfast burritos which were very tasty and coffee and tea. Their teas are unique with a variety of loose-leaf specialties from different worldly places.The prices are good and the atmosphere is fantastic with original local artwork gracing the walls. Cindy and Todd, the local owners, were on-site making sure everything ran smoothly -- and it did.Our next trip there, which will be soon, I am getting the cinnamon roll with maple syrup. Life is too short for anything else.

I went there for my birthday and they kindly gave me my (delicious) mocha for free as a gift! And a peanut butter cookie too... yum.The vibe was really open, friendly, respectful and kind. One of the baristas and I had a really amazing conversation, her kindness almost moved me to tears! Go here for great coffee, wonderful food, and super kind, generous people :)

We happen to stumble across this place while on vacation. We were greeted with smiles and a friendly helpful staff. Everything was great, so glad we decided to go inside!

I really love this place..it is very good because of surrounding view of mountain and snow over it...and in side it is well planned for all the seasons... different type of light food stuff and drinks like coffee...and chocolate.. drinks are available...even the people are good and warm welcoming...on arrival to this shop.... I recommend to visit if you are on the way near by road..and some puzzle to solve and time pass activities are available too for fun and better experiencing the spot...
