I have been recommended this place countless times by VW enthusiasts. I am happy I came here for such a basic task. The oil change is HIGHER QUALITY than the dealership, CHEAPER than the dealership (20 bucks, not much but its something), and FASTER than the dealership. J is an endless encyclopedia when it comes to VWs, this was my first time meeting him and he taught so many new things about my car (2019 Golf R). He also has vast knowledge of the tuning and aftermarket parts for VWs. I trust his opinions. My engine is running smoother than when it came brand new from the dealership. The oil is superb. I used those guys before for tuning my GTI and I was pretty happy with it, so after couple of years I decided to call them again and make appointment to do some work with my new GTI,,, tried to call few times, and finally someone answered - but .... to bad, GUY whoever answered my phone was really RUDE and not professional. This is not a good way to talk to your customers .

Top notch service and knowledge

I have to say it is a pleasure having J work on my car and it’s been a learning curve for me ! I been to few tuner shops everyone is selling me there service not being specific but J is down to earth he will tell you how it is. I had my 2019 R 7.5 tuned around 13k miles and now I’m at 35k miles on stage 2 to Simplify it and the car is breathing like a gem ! Thank you for always being patient and working with me !!! If I could give this place 6 STARS I WOULD !

Had my TT in recently for the timing belt service and Jason was great to work with, explaining all the details of the car and things that typically break down on it. He took the time out of his day on my initial visit to take the car for a test drive and discuss some things that may be need to be serviced, the timing belt being one of them. Jason and the shop took care of the timing belt service in a day and also addressed a few other issues they noticed while repairing the car, which I was happy to see they did for me.I appreciate how Jason takes the time to educate you on the car/repair and doesnt just rush you in and out the door...I would recommend this shop to anyone looking for VW/Audi service, I will definitely be back again.

Jason is honest and fair in pricing. He really knows his way around a VW. From regular maintenance to performance modifications, he will be my go-to.

Jason is a true asset to the vw community in Chicago. He has taken care of not only our VWs but our other cars too. The most important thing is that he is honest and is always looking out for the customers interest. A perfect example was when I had dropped off my car for a wheel bearing replacement right before my wedding, unfortunately something else broke and needed parts. Being it close to a weekend parts were somewhat hard to find, but Jason was willing to overnight the parts from halfway across the country at considerable expense to him. Lucikly we were able to source them regionally, but Ive been going to him for over 7 years since. I would without a doubt recommend him to anyone. Also the quality if his work is exceptional.
