We have ordered several items from this company. The latest is an air station. We received it much quicker than anticipated, which is great for business. Richard has been our contact each time. He is extremely knowledgeable, and has helped answer all our questions. Richards customer service is excellent and we would highly recommend him and this company.
We could not locate parts for a compressor in the time frame we needed from our other supplier. Was were referred to Lans for fast and correct service. They were able to come through and keep us running and locate the difficult parts to find! A pleasure to deal with and will recommend highly!

Called them to have my air compressor looked at because it stopped running. They told me a guy would come by on his way home from work. He looked at it and told me it needed 3 new capacitors. He called the shop to find out if they had them. They told him they did. He said someone would be out the next day to replace them. A guy returned next day with one capacitor. Didnt solve my problem. Never got an estimate on cost of repair. A month later I get a bill that was sent to the wrong address and I get a phone call from their attorney in Texas wanting to collect $290 for a service that didnt fix anything. I ended up settling for half because the guy did diagnose the problem. Dont think I will call them again. Ask for an estimate up front before any work begins

Horrible, showed up and inspected unit. Had no idea what he was doing. Stated he took a video to ask his boss.Never sentus a quote. 2 days later I had to call back for a quote. Never received any information or a proper quote. Dont bother calling them. Simply pathetic.
Very helpful right off the bat. Had an air compressor from the 70’s that there was no literature to get part info. Everything was worn away. Called Lans company and Rich sent out his guy Steve to go over the equipment with me and see what we could come up with for a parts list, completely free of charge. Steve showed up on time and called me the day before to verify our appointment. We went through air compressor and Steve had me a a parts list on the thing within a week. Everything I needed to know about the thing. Great guys that just want to help you the best way they can. Thank you Rich and Steve for all the help!

Do not do business with this company!! Unprofessional and not organized!! Received a quote for one price and then once the service was done it was $200 more. Called back for service a few months after and asked for a quote and the next day a tech shows up looks at my compressor for about an hour and a half and then tells me i need a part that they would have to order. Then i received an Invoice for $647.32. Then a day later a second tech came out and said he was going to change the part that i needed and worked on it for around an hour and then i was slammed with another $500 Invoice. Then i found out from their sales rep who came months later that there was never a part even replaced. I hear this company use to be reliable until the owner let his daughter Shannon run it and now she is threatening to turn my Invoice over to her attorney! Ha!
