This is genuinely one of the most unpleasant pharmacies I’ve ever been to. I get my prescriptions from here once a month and every single time, I am talked to in an unkind way and am consistently not helped when I have any problems, which then prompts me to have my insurance company having to reach out and resolve the issue. I am probably going to start going to another place to pick up my prescriptions going forward, since it seems everyone who works in this pharmacy genuinely has no regard for customer service.

The staff are friendly, however I have ran into one person in the pharmacy that has a bad attitude. Im not the type to act like that so I believe I dont deserve to be treated like that.They do have a good selection of supplements some of them are pricey compared to other places but some prices are better.

The pharmacist named Chi was very helpful and personable. Some of the Walgreens staff are unwelcoming and cold, but Chi was a breath of fresh air! He administered my flu shot today and made it as quick and painless as possible all while being warm and friendly!

The staff are the rudest people I have ever met. We have been using them for 16 years,not anymore.

The people in the pharmacy are rude. They cut you off on the phone. They snap at you when you try to answer their questions. They are zero friendliness in the greeting and the end of the call was abrupt no goodbye, no thank you and and certainly no thank you so much for using Walgreens

PHARMACY: old white guy is SO rude! Many people have complained so I’m not the first. He is very impatient and kept rushing/interrupting me and when I couldn’t understand something and asked him he said “I’m gonna go now” and shut the window. He doesn’t need to be working there

Yall need to take those Dr.Reddy strips OFF the market! Those things are horrible. They are from an indian doctor, not even in the US, there is no telling how much of each medication is in it. These things make me faint, and have a panic attack, to where if i dont sleep it off i will feel worse and worse. They are a rip off! I will NO LONGER be coming to your pharmacy.

I have done business with Walgreens on Columbia Road, MILLEDGEVILLE foe a number of months. I require a specific brand of medicine that many pharmacies said they could not order - or would not even try - they said the new health law did not allow it. But when I asked Walgreens here in town, they were more than happy to try to get it. They not only got it but they make sure it is there every month when I need it filled. Excellence in a world where many no longer can help or do not care to help. I recommend Walgreens and its staff to all.

When we first visited this Walgreens, we were pleasantly surprised at the friendly and helpful disposition of the staff; until Friday February 17, 2017 when the pharmacy Technician Mary-Ann glaringly took my prescription! She was mean, uncaring, curt, and barely able to contain her disdain for helping me. I just had a tooth pulled, was crying and in pain, but Mary-Ann had no compassion for my situation. Well Mary-Ann, the day you are in need of some compassion, I hope you have someone uncaring and mean taking care of you! As a pharmacy Technician kindness should come naturally, maybe youll learn that then. I would have gladly given this Walgreens 5 stars...if it wasnt for the pharmacy Technician; Mary-Ann!

Horrible experience from the pharmacists. He seemed mad at me before I got the first word out of my mouth. Put me on hold for 15 minutes and was probably the rudest person Ive ever spoken with. Will take my business elsewhere.

The best pharmacy their is. The people that work in the pharmacy are always willing to help you in any way they can!!

They employees are very helpful and nice . The products that they sale are great too!

Staff goes out of its way to get you what you need when you need it. Excellent service, not found elsewhere.

Bren waiting for 10 mins now for a prescription that was called in at 430ish the following day. It is not almost 11am.Wish I coukd rate 0 stars.Then calls a woman that was waiting for hers to be filled too, that got here after I did.Formal complaints will be filed and investigation open.
