I love that the stores are nice and clean. When I visit the store I am usually greeting and asked if I need help finding anything. I love that the store associates are attentive and treat customers with good service.

Nice people that work there, always find what I need. I rarely do grocery shop there but their bakery and deli are very nice. Large parking lot means I can find a place to park easily that is nice too!

Best Target around. Big, clean, never too busy and well stocked. Customer service is top notch! I didn’t get a gift card from a promo and the cashier who was very nice (not his fault) directed me to customer service. They were busy and I just didn’t have the time. I happened to get a survey about my visit later in the week and I completed it and shared what happened. Stephanie emailed me directly and sent me a gift card!

Medium-sized target with plenty of parking, maybe more than enough. Target inside has carpet and seems outdated and not kept up to date, compared to other Targets, but it gets the job done, if the only thing youre looking for is shopping. The Layout is similar to other targets in the Dallas area so no need to worry. Workers can be very helpful, welcoming and nice, Service was not disappointing, as well as maintenance. Target was very clean and bathrooms were working properly.

The staff is great and mostly well kept. Special thanks to Ray, he did great for not really knowing the works. Bagged correctly and was friendly.

I always come here on the way home from work to get dinner and wine. Literally always so nice. I’m greeted on the way in they are so polite at self check out and tell me to have a good night on the way out. It makes my heart so happy. Nicest employees and service clean store. Target now has annoying cell phone service sales people accosting shoppers between electronics and toys. Today me and my young son got to hear several instances of profanity coming from the one younger guy with a tattoo on his arm. Great job, Target. I will not shop here anymore.

Went to buy some yogurt and other products... found that the yogurt was 10 days expired once I got close to the register. Luckily, the cashier was really sweet and apologized. Clean store, nice staff but check your dates on any products before you buy!

I am a regular client here. I shop every weekend for groceries. Tonight was the WORST experience with Tenisha ( cashier) she was extremely rude and throw my food at the bags. This is not Target customer service standards.

Rowlett -Lakeview: Special recognition to George, who went above and beyond to provide help repeatedly. Management/Corporate: take notice of this exceptional person. Despite being a busy holiday week, he was on the floor and in the back warehouse, helping me locate items from online and elsewhere. When I used the red phone for further assistance, he immediately ran to help me, additionally walking myself and items to the register, helped get everything scanned to the register, opened packaging to ensure items were correct, and even helped me load the car up! He was gracious, generous, excelled at customer experience, and went above and beyond to make shopping at this location a great experience. You do not find such positive, kind and exceptional employees everywhere, especially during holidays. Target Rowlett is full of them, but George deserves praise, thanks, and a raise or reward from management. THANK YOU GEORGE.

As I completed a self checkout, Target rep Laura, asked if I had the app. I rarely use the app but she helped me through it right there and saved me 10% in my sale! So nice and kind!!! She rocks!!!!

This is a really nice store, all of the employee’s are extremely nice and go out of their way to improve your day and assist you in whatever way they need to no matter how hard it is on them. The other day for example, I had bought a game that I had been excited about for a long time, when I got home however the game had been damaged so I couldn’t play it, I called the store and they went above and beyond to get this resolved as quickly as possible, the person I talked to was really nice about it, she actively listened and went out of her way to answer all of my questions and help me as much as possible to the point where I knew exactly where to go, and what to do when I got there.

The manger Keon treated us fantastic and provided excellent customer service along with associate Brandon. Very great experience will be the only target I shop at in the area. Love the bright atmosphere and ease of finding what I need.

During this crisis our neighborhood Target has quickly responded to clean, protect and to provide the necessary services, such as providing groceries and an available pharmacy. They are cleaning and have quickly provided signage to direct the 6 foot rule in addition to other signage to direct the limits in TP and meat. Also they have kept current updates on the Circle app and website regarding seniors, hours and other ways they are protecting their customers and their employees.

I was surprised to see how well staffed and friendly the employees were compared to Walmart

“Some” people who work in this store are very dishonest.I came and bought a FitBit and they purposely didn’t put the FitBit in my bag. I left just to get tot where I’m as going to realize my Fitbit was gone. I come back to the store explaining that my FitBit was never in my bag. They looked at me as if I was lying. A manager went to the back to see if they returned it to inventory - came back and said they didn’t. In the mist of all this one of the employee hid my receipt to show I purchased the item, luckily I saw where they tucked it away and instructed them to go and get it. After getting the receipt I walked with the manager to the back just to see the FitBit I ordered sitting in inventory, receipt matched the number on the FitBit.In a nutshell - I was legit almost conned by Target employees. This is bad business. Never using that location again.Advice: Check your bags throughly before leaving this store.

The wide lanes and multiple cashiers at all times. Prices arent the lowest, but definitely affordable.

The cashier named Lauren was incredibly friendly! She was very interactive and gave great customer service. I had an item that rang up incorrectly and she was able to fix it for me. She was very helpful. Also had quite a few employees on the sales floor greet me, everyone was very helpful and nice.

Stephanie who works here as a cashier was fantastic. She deserves a kudos from her colleagues. I was very shocked when I asked her about antifreeze and she gave me info about it and made me feel better once I bought the product. Also, she checked to make sure my dog toy worked before she scanned it to ensure the squeaker was working fine. Thank you so much Stephanie! Keep up the great work!! :)

In light of the health crisis going on around the world right now, my Target store appeared very clean, some of the employees such as my cashier, was wearing gloves and was very, very pleasant. I received excellent customer service. Employees are rushing to maintain shelves stocked in spite of customers grabbing as quick as the product gets on the shelf. Thank You!

The associate who checked me out was very friendly and I enjoyed talking with her. She initiated the conversation after seeing one of the bags I brought in for my items. She said she liked shopping there also (my bag was from Daiso) and told me about how the store in Carrolton is next to a great sushi restaurant I should try. It was just nice to have someone be friendly. Most associates are just not very personable.

This location has the sweetest people! I even try to only do my shipt deliveries from them. Everyone is always working hard and there to help.

Tried twice to purchase a lap top. Both time nobody was there to check me out. Nor were there anyone near to at least get someone to assist.

When no other employees were around to acknowledge if I needed help, Elan was there to assist me. He was very friendly and a great example of what customer service should be. Would give 5 stars if all employees were attentive.

Target fulfills the order quickly and brings it out as soon as I get there. Their speed makes their pick-up service stand out from others. If I need something now or very soon, Target drive up is the way to go.

I ordered a congrats cake for my sister who just got a new job. The cake was raw and not cooked completely. We’re lucky that I noticed because that would have made 5 people sick. I’m extremely disappointed in the bakery.

Shop here often; was a bit frustrated today with product not being in the proper space matching the price tags displayed on the shelf. The price check scanners are great but not when you must because you cant trust the price displayed. Its a combo of poor customer ettiqute and employees trying to keep things in order for customers. Love that is nice and clean always and every cashier has been friendly with a smile.

This target seems to have the worst staff on the planet. Check every item before you leave as it seems they like to charge you for items then keep them for themselves... Be very very careful as the manager there thinks it is ok to do this to customers....they have a new manager now.. thank god and service has improved

Fast and easy

I have a target red card and when I went to shop and check out I realized that I left the card at home—Target WOULD NOT look my card up by my drivers license and allow me to use it EVEN WITH NE KNOWING MY SOCIAL SECURITY NUMBER!!Every other store in kingdom come will allow you to do this—I had to spend $200 cash bc I didn’t have my card—this is stupidest thing I’ve heard

This Target is awesome. Good layout. Variety of items. Good gluten free selection. Starbucks. I would have given it 5 stars BUT the unisex/family bathroom doesnt have a changing table. There is definitely space for one, its huge (and was very clean!) I have an infant and a potty training toddler. Sometimes we cannot make it all the way to the front of the store and if Im already there, it would be nice to be able to change my infant too. If they add a changing table to the unisex bathroom, I think this might be the perfect target.

This is one of my favorite Targets in the DFW area. The store is usually very clean with friendly customer service. I could shop at Target all the time. It’s so great.

I went in as a last minute shopper on Christmas Eve. The lines were long and I thought it would take forever. Terrell was in the front and was amazing! I watched that man take charge and direct customers to certain lines/areas to keep the lines moving smoothly- and he did it with a smile and the most upbeat, positive attitude. I went in last night to pick up some things I ordered online. He was helping in customer service and had the same attitude and was laughing and joking with his coworkers. He is the kind of worker employers would and should love to have and the type of person you want as your bestie! Thanks Terrell and the rest of the Target Rowlett staff for always being pleasant and helpful!

Never thought I would review a Target but the customer service here is exceptional. I had 5 store staff ask me if I needed help finding anything. It was a breath of fresh air, usually I am running around the entire store finding a staff member. Very impressed, highly recommend this location

Really nice super target. Organized, clean and well-stocked. Employees have been super helpful each time I have needed help. The starbucks inside is nice too, with a bunch of little tables available.

There is an inconsistency with the Cartwheel program. This is one reason I shop at Target. My sister and I purchased an exact same item. Her Cartwheel showed a 5% discount. Mine did not. In addition, if you are going to offer a program it should be consistent. I tried to scan my receipt for the Circle program and it wont scan.

The sales associate was very helpful and informative. She took extra time to explain how the Target app works. She was very patient.

I love this Target! No matter what times I visit the lines always move quick. If the lines do start to stack they make sure to open up new lane quickly to meet traffic demands. They are in stock with what I am looking for and the staff is happy to help me. Sometimes the aisles can be a little picked over but there is always staff around picking up the aisles. This Target is my go to when I need something for my home or a gift for the kids birthday or Christmas

I love this Target! I have not had a bad experience from their staff.They are always eager to help when I am there. The only complaint I have is the bathroom could use a little TLC.

The store is always clean and neat. Staff are very pleasant. I broke my sunglasses on the way to Target and I took them to a lady at the eyeglass boutique in the store and she not only repaired them free of charge but she polished them (I hadnt purchased the sunglasses from Target).Their fruit assortment are great and the frequently have promotions on frozen pizzas. Steer clear of the pretzels at the Pizza Hut in the store, it taste s little of cardboard.

Bought an inflatable air mattress. The stock was good, but it was not displayed accurately. We had to check prices on each box at the price checker. We found one that will work but not the model we wanted.

Always clean and lately, very quiet. Doesnt really matter what time you go in nowadays it is usually not crowded. Love the lady at the Cafe, she is very sweet to my kids. :)

Its nice having a super target in a convenient location like this. the store is usually not crowded and the produce is typically well stocked. The Starbucks employees are amazing here and friendly as well.

My family has loved this target, until corporate came out with their new bathroom policy. Men being able to walk into the womens bathroom while my wife or daughter are in there? No. We hope to shop there in the future but not until they return to common sense.
