Had damage to the passenger side rear door and quarter panel. In addition I had scratches on the driver’s side doors and bumper. Since I was paying out of pocket I decided to only get the damage on the passenger side fixed. The rest was cosmetic and I didn’t want to spend the extra money. Richard (the manager) was very helpful and pleasant to work with. After 2 1/2 weeks I got the car back and it looks great! You can’t tell the damage ever existed. In addition, Richard buffed our all the scratches on the driver’s side for free. This shop is fantastic—the employees go above and beyond, the work is professional and everyone is a pleasure to deal with. The price was reasonable as well. Definitely try this shop out if you need repairs or a paint job; you won’t be sorry.

This is a good place to go get your car painted and worked on. Great prices and friendly people. Makes you feel comfortable there. Went and got some small work done but it was a big deal to me. Love how they made my car looked back band new ☺️

We were blown away with this shop. To start with, they were very respectful and knowledgeable. They provided an estimate that was almost half of other body shops and did not go over that price or the estimated time it would take them.What was wonderful is how much they went beyond their obligations to help us - they replaced a headlight that was out without an additional charge, as well as another small item we requested (we had the purchased the parts and had intended to pay for the additional work). When we picked up the car (was done a day early), it was sparkling clean, and you couldnt tell work had been done on it at all. The inside was cleaned extremely well (beyond just vacuuming).The fixes were perfect - its so rare that work is done on a vehicle that is indistinguishable from the original condition.TL;DR - Go to this shop if you need body work. They are great and my car came out looking so much better than even before the accident!

If you need any type of body work done, dont even bother looking anywhere else in MD. In my experience, getting a car fixed can be a pain and frustrating but not here. Richard, the manager, bent over backwards for me and getting my wifes car fixed and he beat the other three quotes I got by ~$500. Best customer service Ive ever received from a car shop. Did I mention their work is flawless? I cant even tell that the car got hit and they had it done in less than a week (and I dropped it off on a friday afternoon). Dont miss out working with these guys, by far the best auto shop Ive ever dealt with!

I took my car to this location to have some body work done after a hit and run. They did such a great job! The staff was very friendly and informative throughout the entire process. They finished all the work well before the quoted timeframe and it looks great. As an added bonus, when I picked up my car,it was washed and thoroughly cleaned inside.My car looked better than it has in years.Good work,guys!

I had a huge chunk of paint missing on the hood of my Chevy Impala and talked to Brian about repairs. He gave me a great estimate and matched the paint on my hood with the rest of the car perfectly! As a repeat customer, I highly recommend them!

They will charge you alot just when asking for a quote, they want $4000 for just paint and any dent to fix is above $500, might as well save money and look somewhere else they will just try to take as much as they can, when you let them know that somewhere else they will charge cheaper they get angry and say then go to them you should just go somewhere else.

I dropped off four sandblasted wheels for painting. I asked for four stock steel wheels to be painted black with the rim edge painted the body color. What I got for my $200 was bare sandblasted wheels with only the rim edge painted. I explained what I wanted done again and was told I had to come back on Monday. On Monday I came back and found my bare rims still sitting out front of the shop where they left them on Saturday in the pouring rain. They could have been stolen. At minimum they should have protected the bare metal from the rain. The owner?manager?painter? then explained it would be another $200 to paint the wheels. I declined their offer to rip me off for another $200 and was clearly unsatisfied. Part of the problem is a language barrier. Theyre Asian and it was difficult to determine if he understood what I was trying to get done. I thought he understood me well as I speak pretty good English. Painting stock steel wheels for a 1961 Buick is not rocket science but they botched the job terribly and then wanted more money to do the job right. How hard is it to prime and paint wheels and paint the edge the body color? I would not go back there and dont recommend them. I took my rims to another place to get them powder coated and painted (more $$ hopefully well spent).

I decided to take my car here because of the reviews, and lets just say I was so amazed. My car is only a year old and I was rear end, I honestly feel like my car look better from when I purchased it lol.. thanks guys yall are awesome😃

Had a rough morning got into a fender bender and messed up my plate and plate holder went to Chevrolet got the part they were busy and could not put it on. I was so upset wanted it done that day called to other places they were busy then i figure i try calling one more place and glen burnie auto body got me in within 30 minutes. Richard was the one who helped me. When i got there his worker fixed it for me i wish i got his name. They were all super nice. And on top of all that he even fixed my plate to where you would have never knew i got into a accident. Chevrolet said they wouldnt even be able to get the dents out. So this place is amazing and highly recommend this place. I know if i ever have to go to a body shop this is the first place im going they saved me money and time!!!

I brought my car to these guys to fix my side mirror. They made me pay the full amount to fix the car before any work was done. When I went to pick up my car, they put it across the street in an abandoned car park and my car has a noticeable dent that was not there before. They are the worst shop that I have been to and I would recommend anyone considering using them should stay away.

Had to visit for the same rust issue on my truck body multiple times. Never actually did fix the problem, had to go with another body shop. Come to find out, the used body putty over an old rag to repair a rust issue on my wheel well. Will never use them or recommend them to anyone looking for body/paint repairs.

I drive acura tsx and normally go to dealers when I need to fix my car. I had to my fix my front bumper and headlighs few weeks ago and I went to this local shop to just compare the estimations I got from the dealers. Manager Brian was kind enough to compare prices with the OEM parts and aftermarkets and helped me to figure out what would be the best ways to cut down the costs. I saved hundred of dollars just for the parts, and in sum I think I saved close to $700.00. Insurance? they already had the agent ready on the line when I schduled to visit the shop and Manager Brian dealt with all the processes to receive rental on the same day. Their skllied technicians made me happier when I picked up my car after few days of waiting. Now, for the extra cash I saved, I could afford better Christmas gifts for my family!!
