This shop has excellent customer service and they got my truck done 2 days earlier and the paint job looks awesome. Not to mention they even cleaned interior and exterior and it looks like a new truck.

It was a very smooth process from start to finish. Management and team were extremely courteous and professional. Car looks like new!

I was referred to Sudden Impact by my insurance company. I will say that I was very impressed with the work done on my vehicle. My car looked just as new as if it came off a dealership lot. There were no signs of an accident anywhere on it! And it was done in a timely fashion. Highly recommend.

My wife was recently involved in an accident and our insurance company sent our 2011 Subaru Forester to Sudden Impact. I’ll admit I was a little nervous,but that quickly changed. Everyone my wife and I dealt with were extremely helpful, friendly and professional. They repaired the vehicle quickly and CORRECTLY. When I picked the car up I could see they cleaned the inside of the vehicle along with the outside. We’ve had our Forester back roughly a month and I can say we have absolutely no complaints. GREAT job and we are completely satisfied and will not hesitate to bring a vehicle here.

No one there wears macks in this time of pandemic. If they dont care about the customer how can they care how your car is fixed.
