I purchased my F-150 from Richmond Ford West and that is where our incredible experience began. The sales team is amazing! No pressure just facts and options, they have what you want so they do not need to push. Very pleasant atmosphere, first ever for us in over 25 years. Most importantly Mr. Joey Foust (Guest Services Manager) is the perfect person for the job! He has been incredibly helpful with making the purchase, delivery and options/upgrades to our vehicle. He knows what each vehicle “Should have” (enhance protection of your investment)and would be “Nice to have” (Gucci / Bling your ride). I promise, you will not be let down at Richmond Ford West.

This is where we go for everything vehicle-related for 2 out of our 3 cars. They price honestly and they even told me I didnt need a full fluid exchange when they could have scalped me hundreds. My service advisor showed me the fluids under the hood, told me what color theyre supposed to be if they needed changing. Quick in, quick out. Convenient, close to both 64 and 295. Ive accessed it from both since we work in the area.

Nice waiting room, with a quiet section if you have work to do. Once my car was ready, the service advisor came in to the waiting room to review the work that was done. Then the truck was right in the service,lane ready to go with my keys in it.
