I work in the same area and will stop here for iced chai lattes and muffins. I use the app you can order with and I have had no issues. Its very convenient! Its also super cute inside! It always looks clean and the staff are always smiling and having a good time. You can tell they enjoy working there. Definitely suggest stopping here for either a coffee/tea date, casual meetings, and just with some friends.

I’ve never been one for coffee but with the combination of a comfy environment, friendly staff, and well made drinks I’ve thi thoroughly enjoyed my time here.

I recently reconnected with a beautiful friend of mine. Coffee joints are our thing when possible. We grabbed a cup of Java at Coffee Rush for the first time and I’m grateful we did. Our experience there was top notch. Unfortunately you don’t run into too many people that deliver when making your coffee these days. I absolutely understand times get crazed when you’ve got a line of much needing, caffeine fixed people. There are some gems out there that most certainly call for the recognition. Kenny from the North Gilbert Road location is one of those gems. From start to finish was his effort and intentionality Superb! Kenny was quite the gentleman, very interactive, personable, funny, and well focused on the customer’s experience. Well done Sir. My friend and I thank you for adding a great vibe to our day.(I gave you my Word I’d compliment you Kenny, it’s so very well deserved. Thank you for directing me to Google Reviews.)

I will definitely be coming back here again to enjoy the lovely patio they have. The service was so fast and everyone so friendly and helpful. Would love to try the baklava next time it looks delicious. I got the Cherry Mocha and its everything I could of wanted. Mmmmm. Cant wait to come back and try more flavors! Not over priced either 👌

Favorite coffee shop in town for sure! Perfect for studying, hanging out with a friend or a perfect first date spot. Would recommend the Carmel macchiato frost or the mint mocha frost. The atmosphere and vibe feels very classy, and soothing.

My favorite coffee shop! Forget that mainstream coffee place, Coffee Rush has the best Iced Coffee and Frappes in town! I also love their Iced Chai w/coconut milk and their Italian Sodas are so refreshing. Dont forget to ask for a punch card so you can get FREE drinks!

These guys are absolutely my favorite place for coffee. Just their straight cappuccino makes those other guys (you know who)coffee taste like day old swill, not to mention their expansive menu of hot or cold coffee drinks, teas, & other offerings. They also have a good number of excellent homemade pastries, many of which are Mediterranean. And it seems like there is always a new one when I go in. All 3 locations have large covered patios with mister systems, with the one in Chandler being on a nice, quiet lake. And, being a family business, many of the staff are related and they are all just good folks, family or not, who know what it means to practice excellent customer service, no matter which one you decided to try.P.S. To correct Mr. Pandon Phenom, this location DOES NOT sit on the man-made lake, as suggested. Only the Chandler location does. Also, as far as I know from conversations with the owners, all 3 are still locally owned by the same family. And as far as his sub-par review of their coffee, his was the only review I could find that didnt think their coffee was better than others. Of course, there is no accounting for peoples tastes, so one would just have to see for ones self.

Today was my first time visiting Coffee Rush. They have a drink called Black and White which is both the regular mocha and white mocha. I decided to go with a blended white mocha. It was absolutely delicious and the atmosphere was perfect. I love the outside patio area and Im looking forward to it cooling down so I can return and enjoy it.

This is a super cute place with such friendly baristas! I love the open space, which makes social distancing easier. They do allow smoking on their patio, which im not fond of, but i just wont sit out there. No big deal. Oh, and their cheesecake is so yummy!

Was looking for something sugar free.. The barista recommended a peach and strawberry Italian soda.. it was phenomenal! Ill probably get it every week now lol.

Updated due to a recent visit! And New format!Location:Outside is nice as the location boarders a man made lake next door. Outdoor area tends to be crowded as there is only so much shade. The smell of stale cigarettes mentioned in my previous review is due to smokers that sit by the front door causing a stale cigarette smell to waft in.Service:There is one line but dont let that fool you. The staff tends to be very efficient and friendly. You wont find your self waiting forever for your drink like at a Starbucks.Product:The coffee here is very much average not much flavor and Incredibly over sweetened. While coffee here is not much to write home about (no better then your local Starbucks), it should not be forgotten that coffee rush offers Italian sodas and things you wont find at a Starbucks. This coffee shop once independently owned shop now a chain, once served a much higher quality product. It was good coffee and I like how they make it in front of you, customer service was great, and I really like the ambiance of the store if I went by myself I could probably sit for hours.

A good study location! I used to spend hours at a time here, working on homework and projects! The drinks are really good, especially the Caramel nut frost! They give you free wifi for 3 hours and there are plenty of seats and tables inside, as well as outside. There are a lot of outlets as well which I appreciate when needing to plug in my laptop, phone, etc. Overall this coffee rush location is a good one and service is always amazing!

I’ve waited months to write this review hoping my sentiment would change... but all is the same. Coffee Rush has good and decent everything - it’s their lousy customer service that ruins it for them. Owners down to baristas... bloodhounds confronting people to buy something (as if they weren’t in the mood for coffee already). They’re rude. Good coffee sure, but putting my money into this establishment is a mistake. The kindness and nice spirits are fake. Disingenuous even. That being said if you want coffee... it’s good. Lousy idea of what the customer is and what the value of a person is. Greedy bloodhound owners.

Anytime I ever go to any of the locations for coffee rush I always have amazing service in the drinks are always spectacular and I always enjoy the atmosphere throughout the whole place

This is a great place to study or hangout.You have a choice to either sit outside to smoke, and if you are lucky, find an outlet to be able to charge your devices, or, plenty of various size tables on the inside, to be able to socialize or get work done.Variety of coffee or non-coffee drinks to choose from, and adjustable to your liking, soy milk, almond milk, etc. Simplistic food selection; muffins, baklava, packaged nutrition bars. Staff is super friendly and chatty, but also quick turn around with the orders.

My place for coffee every week on Monday, double stamp night. Im usually here 3 times a week. Mo, the owner, stops at our table to chat for a bit. Cool friendly place and the barristers always know how I like my mocha, temp 162 degrees, no bra, no cap!

My blended coffee tasted more like a chocolate than coffee. Not a bad thing just not what I wanted. I wanted to taste of mocha, coffee and chocolate not just one lol.

The drinks are “fine”. Solid 4/5, standard coffee shop fare with real coffee, etc.The employees are pretentious and snobby. This coffee shop exhibits some of the worst parts of hipster culture, especially in how the employees act toward customers. Not “rude”, just extremely superficial, snarky, and sassy.The shop has a list of “rules” intended to control customers actions. “No outside drinks.” (This is actually against the law in Arizona). No music playing outside of headphones (normally I would not contest this, but in this scenario my wife had her phone to hear ear playing into her ear, because we did not have headphones with us.I was asked to move my motorcycle (I obliged), because of “weird Arizona accessibility laws” (according to the employee). I moved the bike for his satisfaction, but from one location that was not blocking anything protected by accessibility laws, to another that was not blocking anything protected by accessibility laws.Overall: a fine coffee shop I’m sure, but there is an extreme air of arrogance exhibited by the employees we dealt with. I wouldn’t say don’t go, I would just say the service may not be that friendly or considerate.

I always look for any coffee shop that isn’t Starbucks. We are staying in an rv park a few miles away, so this was easy to get to.Fastest service that I have ever received. Too our order and we had drinks it seemed. They were very aware and offered us a discount card and asked us if we were from Texas. It wasn’t until I sat down that it dawned on me that I had a race shirt from Texas. Very observant. I was impressed. A good coffee drink, fast service and friendly staff. How could you do any better? We will be back

This place is always a 5-star experience. Great coffee and tea drinks, as well as some various tasty snacks. Great atmosphere, as well. I often go and just sit out on the patio to enjoy my drink. The patio is large, and about half of it is covered, as well as a decent mister system. Plus, as a smoker, you can smoke on the patio. :) They even provide ashtrays!

I loved the energy in this place. Who i assume was the owner was acting as barista, still greeting his customers, calling his regulars by name and taking orders all at once. A unique experience and worth going just for the welcoming feeling. I had a red eye and was thoroughly satisfied.

Service was super rush and friendly. Guys serving were helpful and patient for our first time. I got a half caff iced latte(I can’t remember the flavor but I think it had caramel Torini syrup) and hubby got a cold brew. I think to best judge the coffee I need a full caffeinated drink. The coffee seemed similar to Bergies so not my favorite but much better than a chain. Top 4 for coffee and top 2 for service.The decor is super dated, like a tiki hut theme. The place could use a good cleaning, especially the floors and maybe get rid of the many fake plants. We will be back and I will try a full caff latte next time.

Its been years since ive been there.Staff was great, Drinks were great. But..It really needs a face lift. Front entrance Curb needs power sprayed masks and trash all over. Building needs fresh psint inside and out. Patio tables needs painting old synthetic plants need to be trashed. Its a great location!!! Plenty of seating and spaced apart. Again Food and staff are the best but needs a little tlc. Great hours.

Its a perfect place to go for a 1st date. The atmosphere is just right, perfect lighting especially out on the patio, hot chocolate is delicious, and not expensive at all.

I walked into the establishment “Coffee Rush” at around 9 AM to have breakfast as usual I read my newspapers and have a energy drink and breakfast at Starbucks because stores remain closed I opted for the Coffee Rush. I sat down to begin reading my newspaper and open my lap top due to the line of people I decided to wait for my turn to order breakfast at front however I was quickly called out pointing fingers at me by Ricardo an employee who begun questioning me about why I entered the establishment and if I was going to consume anything at all moreover he shout out that there’s a sign on front door NO DRINKS FROM OUTSIDE ALLOWED a sign that I did not see since entered the building wearing my Armani sunglasses and sun reflection on glass door. I am a business owner myself and here is the proof why retail businesses are dying; lack of effective communication and poor really poor customer service and little to no awareness of the new era of customers. I don’t normally write reviews because I have a extra busy agenda however I do praise those who excel at customer service and also inform others of my personal experience good or bad they now have information to make a decision by avoiding a mistake. I will never set a foot inside Coffee Rush ever.Have a great day!

This and the location in Chandler on the lake are two of my favorite local coffee shops. Theyre family owned and operated and their bean quality is quite good. The locations are also tidy and have nice patios. Theyve never messed up my order and theyre really quick, even with the weirdness of COVID-19. I really like their sugar free Frost flavors; Starbucks only has 2 sugar free flavors and they dont taste as good. Plus, theyre one of the cheapest coffee places in town. I think I usually pay less than $5 for a 20 oz. Frost (its like a Frappuccino) and you can add two extra shots for not much more. Even if you go for their flavors with sugar, theyre not sickeningly sweet like Starbucks, which I appreciate. I love this coffee place and I usually drive a couple miles out of my way and bother to get out my car just because theyre so good, the prices are great, and the ambiance is nice.

Always the BEST coffee made by the friendliest staff. I drive out if my way from Tempe to the Chandler and Gilbert Road locations because there simply is nothing that compares to their half-caff Americano--rich flavor! And the price is about $1 cheaper than that Starbucks place on every other corner. Love local and pass the savings on in a tip!!
