I loved my visit to this place but MAN there was nowhere to sit! Every table was taken and most people were working on computers meaning super slow turnover. Even watched a potential customer walk in with a laptop bag, look around, and walk back out. Nowhere to sit.Aside from that bummer aspect, the Rosemary Latte and Elote Toast was incredibly delicious!! Very unique and fun flavors happening. The staff was super kind and upbeat.

Modern minimalist in decor and precise + powerful in drink quality. This isn’t the place for you if you’re just wanting a cheap boring cup of coffee. This is a stylistic experience I’d you choose to accept it. I chose a Rosemary Caramel Latte and was not disappointed.

I love spending an afternoon here! Mythical has very unique drink options, but I usually go for a latte or a matcha. It’s all great. The space is bright and airy, the staff is friendly, and there are plenty of baked goods to choose from.We usually park in back and enter through the back door - easier than walking around the block. It can get warm in there, especially in the summer, so just be prepared if there are a lot of people hanging out.I definitely recommend trying some of their unique drinks. They haven’t all been my taste preference, but they’re fun to try! The baristas are more than willing to answer questions.

Great little morning stop, for coffee, tea or a bite to eat. My friend had the hot chai tea and avocado toast and I had an unsweet iced black tea. Both were delicious! Its a tiny place, seating is limited inside, but they have additional seating outside (could use a mister in this heat). It was busy the entire time we were there, and we werent fast enough, so we sat outside. They have a merchandise section, a water station, the core menu on the wall and additional seasonal menus up at the cashier. Everyone was friendly and I will definitely be back to try more.

To say I loved the coffee here is an understatement! The barista was super helpful with my handful of questions. I got a smoked maple latte with oat milk and it may have been my favorite latte I’ve ever had, so smooth and not overly sweet! So so good 👍🏻

Some of the best coffee youll have, ever. They have fantastic creations and plenty of options. Vegan and gluten free donuts and muffins, nut milks, and all kinds of things to cater to every need. They also have awesome plants for sale! Prices are great too! Couldnt recommend more.

I’ve had Mythical beans at a local shop but absolutely loved my first in person visit. From the minimalistic clean look to the friendly and informative baristas it was great. Coffee was on point. Shot of espresso was not only delicious to taste but also presented so well. Americano was good and so was their signature sage honey latte. Pastry selection was also worth the adventure... strawberry chocolate cookie was so good there wasn’t time to even take its picture 😆If you’re east of Phoenix then this is worth the visit.

Im going to tell you a little secret. This is the best coffee in the area! They are coffee wizards here. You must try what ever seasonal delights they have going on because those coffee wizards really show off their talents with the seasonal offers. They truly understand their bean and how to make it shine.

I think they have some really unique drinks and the matcha drinks we got were tasty! I just felt like most of the menu is on the sheet they provide versus somewhere you can see and look at if youre waiting in line.Update:Went again and the drinks are still good BUT ask for no lavender in the London fog. That was one of the most unpleasant drink things Ive experienced. The drink itself was good, but getting chunks of lavender was vile. I picked it up to go and had to wait to get to work before being able to get a spoon to scoop out the lavender, since its too small to get with fingers, to finally actually enjoy the drink. I know they like putting things on top but the other things cant go through a straw or a sippy hole. This was just bad. You expect a smooth drink and just get chunks. What a way to start a morning.

What can I say that can adequately put into words how amazing this place is. I just don’t think I can get close to describing how phenomenal my drink is every time I go. How beautiful and consistent they create the drinks. That’s exactly how you do it in this business. The baristas have a great vibe and awesome customer connections. The place is very hip and fun. It’s always busy when I go. We really value this place a lot in my household. I wish there was a closer one to my house so we could go more often.

Pay a little bit more ounce for ounce to come here vs a chain shop and you will absolutely get your moneys worth. The latte I had at my last visit was absolutely perfect as far as I was concerned, warm and comforting and mellow just like I like. The shop itself is a bit small so I wouldnt come here with a crowd but its perfect for self care stops.

Lovely clean urban aesthetic with pretty basic options of coffee, tea, and bakery goods. Great place for a date or study session, but very minimal seating. If you go during even slightly busy times, prepare to wait a while for a table or get it to go. Slightly overpriced, but you pay for the aesthetic of the place (if you can find a seat) and the fresh ground coffee.

5 stars for the atmosphere, menu, and decoration! However, the seating is really limited and was taken up by people hunkered down on laptops and not about to leave any time soon. I wasnt able to find a place to sit and got my drink to go. The London Fog latte was fairly priced compared to other cafes but unfortunately it was not at all good. Tasted like rosemary in milk, no tea flavor, vanilla, or lavender at all. I may go back to order something else during off hours, but not a great first impression.

Some of them best coffee around with really unique, seasonal options. Their London Fog is the best Ive ever had, and I love their overnight oats. They also have other gluten options, like donuts.

Mythical Coffee is doing everything right. The drinks, hospitality, food and space are all extremely well-done. I would recommend starting with their seasonal drinks, which are all incredibly nuanced and made with in-house syrups and sauces.I also got two different shots of espresso (on two different visits), a washed Kenya and a natural Ethiopia. Both were really complex- punchy (but not too bright) up front and rounded off with a sweet finish.The staff are extremely welcoming and passionate about what they do and serve, and you will see that with every visit.

This is everything that a local coffee shop should be. Homemade custom flavors, roasted coffee beans and high attention to detail. The owners are very warm and knowledgeable about all things coffee and tea. The espresso is flavorful and the milk was aerated wonderfully.The flavors I have tried only compliment the coffee, not OVERPOWER like any coffee chain does with their sugary drinks.Outside of the product it’s refreshing to see people sitting down at tables together for long amounts of time to talk and enjoy each other’s company. Seeing a place of community where people relax instead of people barging in and out constantly grabbing a drink while on their phone is amazing to see. I will be back many times more and continue to tell others about this shop.

The coffee was pretty good, I dont mind paying $6 for a latte if its good. And the menu overall looks interesting and good. But over $5 for 1 slice of bread with cinnamon or jam on it? I should have looked closer at the prices before ordering. I didnt expect 3 pieces of toast and a small latte to cost like $25Edit to reply to response: I had assumed it was more expensive since cost is added to items on postmates (which I totally understand, I would do it if it was my business too), so I checked online to see how much it would have cost in person. I saw the picture of the printed menu and it said the 2 types of toast are $5 and $4. Even if the toast I ordered would have been $4 before tax (which is what it looks like now that I checked again) thats pretty pricey for one slice of bread with cinnamon and sugar. Im definitely not saying the food and coffee was bad, and I would like to try more of the menu. I just think its pretty expensive.

This coffee shop is in a great location! So many delicious flavors and combinations. A little pricey but for the coffee it’s worth it! I am a little disappointed that the outdoor patio is not more accommodating to the amount of people. If it wasn’t for covid I would sit inside as they have a very nice social environment with plenty of seating inside. I would say you should definitely check it out! My friends and I all loved it!

JUST WOW. I went to this shop on a whim. I saw their sticker around town, googled it and decided to check it out after work. I go to a lot of coffee shops, and if a local one is around verses a chain I will always give it a try, but typically they arent any better than the go-tos. Mythical however was the exception. Not the rule. This place is so cute and the coffee was options were surprisingly vast, but more importantly unique. It was about 530pm when I visited so I went with matcha, and since its summer they had a watermellon version. Super surprised as it doesnt really seem like a winning duo, but I was very wrong. Ill be back to try the coffee option before work and Im already giddy. Worth a try at the very least, but I know Im now a loyal customer 🧡

Rude and abrasive staff. Will never come back here again. Told the staff I have a medical condition when asked if I have a mask and they told me to go outside. Discriminating against me based off my medical condition is absurd! Whats ironic is that it was packed inside and everyone sitting down wasnt wearing a mask or social distancing. Also, when the group of guys were closing the store one of them took off his mask. Will be telling my friends and family of this horrendous treatment.

Every time i’ve gotten coffee here it tastes awful. i had their lavender iced coffee and i could barely drink it, and then i had their cherry cordial iced latte and it was salty, it tasted almost like gravy. for their prices they should invest in some sweeneters 😐

Very cute small place to grab a expensive cup of coffee. Menu is small with no details. Staff were less than helpful with making recommendations for someone who is a first time customer. Store floor and counter were a little sticky. I probably wouldnt go back to expensive and not enough variety of flavors or options.

This shop is one of a couple that former Peixoto baristas started and it’s some of the best quality coffee in town. I’ve been to a ton of famous coffee shops up and down PNW and Mythical would even be a standout amongst those. The espressos and pour overs are top notch, and the espresso over a topo Chico is the new cold brew. The people who work here are all friendly and fun and the shop has a great vibe. Make sure to try this place if you enjoy coffee at all!

I can’t say enough good things about Mythical Coffee. Nowadays there are a million coffee shops but this one stands out in my opinion. I’m more of a drip coffee person but my first time in I tried the Lucky Charms latte and thought it was excellent. My next time in I grabbed a cup of Panama drip and thoroughly enjoyed it. I also like that Alex filled me in on the “process” for this coffee so I feel like I’m learning something.Atmosphere = 100Quality = 100Hospitality = 100

Eric and Kat were incredibly kind! This little coffee shop has biodegradable straws and cups, roast their own coffee, have delicious food items, and a euphoric atmosphere. I was pleasantly surprised with how delicious the Juniper/Orange latte was and the Chocolate Almond latte was impeccable, too! This is a family owned business and I truly love supporting them with their business endeavors. This coffee is outstanding as well. Please go visit them and send them some love!
