Located somewhat removed from the busy street this is a great coffee shop for breakfast and lunch. Indoor seating area is very pleasant with large windows overlooking the patio area, which is even better than the indoor seating in the cooler weather. Menu has a surprising variety of items including excellent pizza choices. Our gyro sandwich did not look anything like what you may get at a typical Greek restaurant but it was delicious.

Super cute Indoor and outdoor seating available. Good beer and coffee selection but I come for the BEST cauliflower pizza in town! We always order the Meat Lova pizza with a salad 🥗 😋 always excellent customer service!

I thoroughly enjoy my visits to Four Silos. They are well priced and have a great coffee, food, and beer menu. Quite the hidden gem in Gilbert.I always like going here on weekend nights to catch live, local performances and sip a beer. They do flights and tasters. There’s a good beer variety too depending on what you’re in the mood for.Secret tip, they make their own homemade root beer and it’s delicious. Also one of the only places in the East Valley that has cauliflower crust pizza. If you’re in the area it’s definitely worth checking out!

This place is super cute and close to my house! I love their coffees and food. The servers are always polite and sweet. I love sitting in the outdoor area when the weather is not making me feel like Im on fire.

Im not really sure why people love this place. The drinks are pretty tasteless and the wait for food is not worth it. The overall customer service could be improved since it seems like people sitting at the bar get the priority care over other customers. I get that its fun for the employees to be able to chat with people at the bar, but when youre ignoring the line, it becomes disrespectful. I wont be back but I hope they do well considering its a small business.

Four Silos is a hidden gem in Gilbert! It is a must! It is locally owned and operated. The owners are absolutely wonderful people! Its the perfect place to enjoy craft coffee, craft beer and delicious bites to eat while you study, work, meet with friends, or come with family! The staff is friendly and inviting and will recommend the best drinks! You wont be disappointed!

I love this place! Its very cute being on the corner with friendly staff. Ive only had their coffee so I cannot comment on food or the alcohol. This is one of few coffee shops that does not destroy my stomach. Its always creamy and smooth in comparison to sharp with little added. Pictured is the smores hot and grasshopper cold. Asking for the drinks to stay definitely boosts their quality and appearance.My one criticism was the loudness of the guest singer. Many of the other customers came for an intimate hot drink amidst a cold rainy day. Was hard to hear my friends over the singing and the shop couldnt really open the windows. Ill be a returning customer I just hope it stays a simple cafe rather than a mini concert.

Four Silos is the “Cheers” of Arizona. We need places like this in every neighborhood in the US. A place that is locally owned, where the owner is every day, where the staff remembers your name, and your friends and family meet to connect and laugh! The beer is awesome (local brew!) and the food is made fresh in house. Top all of the above off with cool decor and a nice patio and you have the place in town. After seeing some reviews of Four Silos, it’s disappointing that people are giving it 1 star because of the mask policy and that’s all they base their review on. My wife and I LOVE Four Silos. We drive 25 minutes just to come eat here. I love being able to walk in and we don’t have to worry about having a mask on and get to see people being happy instead of living in fear. Four Silos is a blessing and we love the food, the drinks, the service is incredible and the owner is a great person! HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!!!!My favorite dish is the bacon ranch pizza 👌

We absolutely love Four Silos for its great food, drinks and the family friendly environment. The patio and the live music throughout the weekend is really a great way to bring the community together. Since moving to Morrison Ranch, we have become regulars here, we ride bikes there and even our two year old is like, “it’s Saturday, we’re going to 4Silos!!” Love that it is a locally owned business too. Came here for coffee with my girlfriend and her mom; it didnt disappoint! I got the espresso lavender tonic, and it was absolutely wonderful -- the lavender didnt overwhelm the flavor of the espresso and vice versa. My girlfriend, a chai aficionado, got the iced chai and approved of it with five stars. We also got the meat and cheese board and it was very good! Service was excellent as well. Ill make sure to come back here as often as I can!

I go back because i love their coffee. I am giving it a three star right now because i waited for 15 min for my coffee, no one in line, the person at the window was to busy talking to someone, looked like someone she knew. When she saw me still waiting she quickly made my drink.

Im so excited to leave this review. If youre looking for espresso shots done right, this is the place! Ive been in Arizona for a year and today I had the first good latte in that time. I used to be a barista, and could go in whenever and make my own drinks, so Im a little particular. The baristas here know how to make a shot of espresso. Im so excited to come back! We came early afternoon when it wasn’t very busy. Slow food service with minimal customer service. Outdoor seating is a nice feature but tables aren’t wiped when food is cleared which is pretty gross. Food tastes alright but technique could definitely be improved. Overall, underwhelming experience. I pray that as a local business they can accept this feedback and make necessary improvements.

I visited this place for the first time a week ago. Really enjoyed the environment as well as the friendliness of the staff. I had the IPA and tasted their Double IPA. I’ll get the full double when I got back...it’s dangerously good! Glad to have y’all in the area and I look forward to my return.

Bad news is the patio is packed with no social distancing. Also, only some of the staff wears masks. Good news is they have a to go counter outside. Unfortunately, the server that took our order from there was maskless.

This Brewery is delicious. We love their beer and coffee. We live in the neighborhood Morrison Ranch behind 4 Silos and love how convent it is to be able to get coffee right in our neighborhood. It is wonderful having a Brewery and a coffee shop close by in Gilbert. The Gilbert GOLD is so tasty, we are loving our growler. You can walk right to it. The staff is very nice as well. We cant wait to go back!

The owner Mike is one of the coolest dudes Ive had the opportunity to talk with and his crew mimics him with how kind and serving they are. Every time I have been to Four Silos, I am astonished with how great their food tastes, and how well the food pairs with the beers they have on selection. You can legitimately tell that a lot of thought was put into the menu and the creation of the food and beer available because not only is each food item super unique, so is every beer on tap. If you are even remotely concerned about COVID I would not recommend this place. I’m a lifelong Gilbert resident, and I was excited to try Four Silos as I’ve heard great things and I’m trying to be as intentional as possible about supporting local business during such a tough time. That being said I was really disappointed in their lack of safety precautions. They do not require customers to wear masks and had multiple full tables inside a fairly small area, with no open doors or windows to help with airflow. The staff are all wearing masks but it’s still very close contact and while it’s been shown that surface contact isn’t a huge threat to spreading the virus, I was uncomfortable with the cashier handling my credit card when I could have easily done it myself. There wasn’t a good designated space to wait for my to-go order away from the tables inside, so I waited outside.I went around the building and saw that there is a window to order items to-go but ultimately I do not plan on supporting a business that clearly has not taken the precautions necessary to help protect their customers. It’s restaurants like this that are exacerbating the spread of this virus a year later. Note: I still tipped 20% as I’m not going to penalize the servers for management’s recklessness, and I know they’re not paid enough as is, to deal with this.

Just to add on to a previous review, no one on staff is wearing a mask today. Its 4pm on a saturday. We will happily take our business elsewhere.

I usually order this drink without a problem and today was not the case, the girl asked me if I wanted a Cold Brew or a Latte like I was stupid, then I asked the girl behind the bar if she knew how to make a Cold Brew Latte? she said yes and they made one for me. Well my coffee looks and taste like you served a cup of cream and you added some coffee. I told them how my coffee had a strong cream flavor and then I asked how the latte was made? She responded that she used cream to make it. ??? I tough Lattes are made with milk!!? My coffee wasn’t re made for me. Anyway food was good but I feel service is not consistent.

I happened to come here on a busy Saturday night and I had to wait a good long while to get my 1 drink. That said, once it was realized that a few orders had gotten mixed up, I was taken care of right away! The nicest gentleman had re-taken my order and his friendliness and kindness made the wait well worth it. The drink was great too! I didnt catch the kind gentlemans name but, sir, if you are reading this thank you!

My wife and I just moved to town and decided to give 4 silos a try. We sat for over an hour waiting for our food. Nobody came and checked on us. I had to flag down a waitress and ask if our food was almost ready. She returned to tell me it hadn’t been started and she wasn’t sure what happen to our order.We politely said just close out our tab so we can go somewhere else as we had already waited far too long for food.She cashed us out, charged us full price for our 1/2 beer we drank and moved on to the next customer.Worst experience so far since we moved to Gilbert. We will definitely not be going back, absolutely terrible customer service.

Ive been here a few times. Tonight I was disappointed to see children sitting at the bar after 10pm. When I asked the staff, I was told this is a family establishment and the owner has 4 kids too. At one point the children were left alone in the establishment. This family made themselves at hhome in the place, children taking their shoes off, sitting at a table and the bar. I witnessed several patrons walk in, see there was no place to sit and left. The beer is delicious, the staff is friendly, but children do not belong at the bar...alone.

I stopped by for an afternoon coffee, was looking to support a local coffee shop during the quarantine. As I ordered I took a look at the beer selection and thought I would give it a try. First off, I may not be up to date on all the craft beer trends, but I was impressed that they pour and can the beer fresh right there. They dont just grab one out of the fridge. Its canned fresh upon order and you can watch them through the window. Since it was my first time, I got an assortment: double IPA, Pilsner, brown ale and a coffee stout. They were DELICIOUS! Each one was well balanced, had great flavor but not too much, was smooth and a real nice drink. (For the record I didnt drink all these at the same setting.) Congratulations to Four Silos Brewery. I will be back and highly recommend this local brewery!

Ive been coming here the past few months and the environment and customer service are top notch. Mike, the owner is personable and makes the effort to say hi to everyone that walks through the door. The breakfast sandwich is one of the best breakfast sandwiches Ive ever had in a long time. I also recommend their pizza, their Meat Lova andtheir wheel one that is solid! Their coffee and beer selections are unique and tasty. Give them a try, you wont regret it!

We’ve been to Four Silos quite a bit, and every time we leave there, we leave extremely satisfied. They have a very chill environment, with happy staff, and feel good music with a great vibe. The food is outstanding! I especially like their Swiss Turk with pesto, and their fresh, warm cinnamon rolls. Pizzas are super flavorful, too! Head over to Four Silos and you will be glad you did. Choose from their fantastic menu options. Don’t forget, they also have plenty of fabulous craft beers, coffee, and wine. Great job, Four Silos!!

This is an amazing cafe/bar. I came at night where there was live music. I ordered wine and the cinnamon bun, which was delicious. The staff went above and beyond to make sure everyone was satisfied. Love Four Silos and it is defintiely a place I would come back to again.

Got a nitro cold brew coffee with caramel and the breakfast sandwich! Both came out quick, the sandwich and all its ingredients were fresh as well. Nice atmosphere inside to bring friends, solo, or to just get some quick work done and enjoy good coffee and food.

Came here for a cars and coffee morning meet and had a delicious breakfast pastry and great coffee. Highly recommend coming here for a relaxing atmosphere.
