Friendly and helpful. Easy enough to mask & distance a bit while waiting, or they call and text to keep you updated and let you know when to pickup your car. Can pay online for contact-lite experience. No credit card fees when you pay with a debit card online.
I had promotion email for oil change which I can get service for $33.95 with discount. However it came out to be nearly $70 with $21 labor + $10.20 document fee + 3% of service when paying with credit card. None of these information was communicated prior to service. When service was done and Im about to pay, thats invoice they gave me. I feel they took advantage of me. I expected to pay around $35 and ended paying double of what I expected. If they let me know about this I would just go nearby bodyshop to change oil which is only $50 including everything. So disappointing. My appointment was 1:30pm and my car was ready 6:03. Their service overall is obsolutly terrible. No communication, no kindness, long wait.
Work was just factory recall but did get estimates for other work that I thought was overly pricey. Tried paying with a check but they want to scan my drivers license to accept check, a strict no no! Has to be a better way given the concerns about data safety.
I had great service and staff as always. But unfortunately they have a new policy to charge you an additional 3% when you pay. I kindly told the cashier that Id pay it, as it is posted. However I wont be back unless this new policy is dropped. Crisswell its 2021, your going to lose customers, is it worth it? Let me know when its removed and Ill be happily return!And btw, they did not tell me of this change up front. Not until you are standing in front of the cashier. This one horrible decision takes away from all the hard work the rest of your staff does, whoever idea this was should be ashamed.

I had very good experience last time I visited here to change my tires. Thats why I came back here for oil change service and this is so far the worst experience I ever had for car service. I was 10mins early to my appointment and I was served 27mins later! Whats point of making appointment? Also people here with red shirts were so rude especially 2 ladies. 1 of them was just so rude doesnt want to help customer at all. She saw me standing for 10mins and didnt care at all but when Doordash driver brought her lunch, she immediately welcomed him. So I approached another lady, I told her their door to enter the car was tight so I asked if they can help me with it. She said you have to pull your car inside or I cant help you with attitude! what kind of customer service is this? So rude and unprofessional. I wouldnt buy a car here if I knew the service here is this bad. I regret buying car here and I will tell my family and friends not to buy or have service from here. One of lady name is Carina and other lady name starts with L. Please work on their attitude and customer service.
Lost my bluetooth connection a few days ago. Dont know why but it happens occasionally. Couldnt fix it myself as I have in the past. Did I mention that Im in cognitive decline?Verizon couldnt help. Due to the pandemic theyre not allowed to go into the car. A nice young man at Chriswell Honda in Germantown was able to get it working. There was no charge (except for some self-induced guilt. Needless to say, Im delighted
Worst service ever. They say no appointment needed for regular services. However, when I went there they said appointment only. Phone service is worst too. I was not able to get a hold of anyone.
