It is unfortunate that I have to give a bad review. My sweet mother came in there to get her car fixed through her insurance. She comes back a couple days later to pick up her car and the battery is dead (she got a dent fixed, so nothing to do with the mechanical side). When she approached and told the manager about it and to ask him to fix it (since the battery died in the their shop) he was extremely rude. When she said she would wait until he fixed it he was smug and told her that eventually you’ll have to leave to return your rental so you should leave. I’m saying all of this in a nice way. He was so rude to the point of making her cry. When she went to our personal mechanic to tell him what happened, he calls the manager here. When he asked why he made her cry he just hung up the phone. Then our mechanic tried calling him several times and the manager kept screening the calls. Anyways highly DISCOURAGE anyone coming here! And if you’re the manager reading this, shame on you.

Excellent workmanship and customer service. I was very pleased with the work they did to repair the front bumper on my vehicle. I highly recommend them as they were able to complete the work in a timely manner--sooner that I expected. They gave me updates and kept me informed on the progress of the work on my vehicle.

I had such a great experience from over the phone to driving home, the customer service was fantastic. Mike was very professional, thorough, and friendly. I was also very impressed with the work on the car. It looked brand new and they cleaned everything inside and out! Would highly recommend

I had to have the rear bumper replaced, everything at Gerber was professional and very easy. My car looks like new, they handled payments through the other persons insurance and my car was washed when I picked it up. Im very happy with the company and will definitely return there if needed. The staff is very pleasant. They keep you updated every step of the way. The staff knew my insurance didn’t cover rental services so I was paying for my own rental car. One of the best car repair facility in this area. Initially, I was hesitant to take my car to this shop but I am glad that I did. They have an excellent service, second to none communication plan, and delivered my vehicle ahead of schedule. Bad customer service. Would not recommend to anyone. I call the shop talk to Courtney the receptionist. I told that I wanted to install a back spoiler in my Corvette.She told no problem they do that kind of work. She told to bring my car in for an estimate. I drove to the shop. When I walk in and spoke with Courtney again about the estimate for my spoiler she told they don’t do that kind of work. I ask why she told me over the phone that they do spoiler installation . She did not respond. She did not care that I waste my time driving to the shop just to find out they won’t installed the spoiler. Did not even care enough to apologize .

Having a fender bender was just the thing I didnt need the day before surgery. Taking the car to Gerber Collision a couple days later was as hassle-free an experience as I needed. I have a twelve-year old car which can be difficult to find parts for . The staff greeted me with a smile. Helped me through the insurance process. Got my car back to me in half the time they thought it would take. They even had to special order a part. When I got my car back, fixed and freshly detailed, it turned my initial frown upside down.

Outstanding customer service. I recommend highly. My vehicle was returned after an accident looking just like it did the day I purchased it from the dealership. They also did an excellent job keeping me informed of the status of the repairs so I never had to call them. Great, outstanding, and committed to servicing their customers. I can’t say enough good things about them. I would tell all my family and friends to go there. Take your vehicle there- I don’t think you would regret it.

Not only were the people who I interacted with at Gerber Collision in Germantown professional, but they were pleasant and light-hearted which made the whole situation very comfortable and I would say enjoyable. I was very impressed with the final outcome of all the work. And surprised that the car was completely cleaned inside and out which leaves a good feeling with your customer when they get in their car after the completion of your work. Best collision shop ever! Love the daily emails of status of work done on my vehicle. They took my car even though they were booked because looking at the wheel that was hit by other person, they couldnt believe the insurance adjuster let drive off with wheel unsafe condition!

I wish I could give 0 stars! I walk in trying to retrieve service for my Vehicle. The Lady at the Front Desk seemed disinterested and disengaged. I don’t know if it was because I was of different ethnicity? But she made me feel very Uncomfortable and wasn’t Very Helpful. Maybe she needs better Customer Service Training! First Impressions are everything when you’re in the Customer Service Field. I would think twice before getting Service here. Definitely weigh your other Options..

Excellent and very honest firm. When Nationwide totalled the car she drives illegally since they did not request the approval from the owner so I threaten to have the police to come to the impound that they use to get my car back and delivered to Gerber and they fixed everything and after a year the car is up and running without a problem. I will be taking the car back to them next week so they can do changes in the car since my daughter is starting her own business and she cant afford to buy a new car. This is a place that you can take your car for any work and be sure that they will do a great and honest job.

My husband was involved in a collision recently. He took the car to Gerber’s and not only was the work done quickly, it was done beautifully. I was really surprised with the quality of the work. I plan to take my vehicle in for a facelift in the near future. 🙂 Thank you.

Cannot recommend these people. I hope no one ends up like my brand new car. I went to Gerber over a year ago because my car had been hit on the back passenger door by a deer at a red light. Gerber had allegedly “fixed” my car or so I thought! Fast forward to recently my car started to make a strange noise while locking/unlocking on that same passenger door I had took it to my dealership “Volkswagen” only to be told that it appeared that the damage done to the inside of my car was not properly fixed, pretty much Gerber had just replaced my door and slapped some paint on it. They did not do anything to the inner part of my car causing the locks to malfunction, to fix the dealership was charging me because the damage was not covered by warranty. I angrily called Gerber questioning them as to why my vehicle was not done accurately and all I got was excuses. But they will “fix it” no issue as they should! Just be aware we assume these people are doing their job but clearly they are NOT! Here I am dealing with something that should have been taken care of almost 2 years ago this is ridiculous!

They took care of an accident rapair for my front bumper/bumper cover. Wow, very impressed. Sweet color match, nice line up on the hood lines (they had shifted a lil in the accident) and very fast turn around on the work. Would def recommend. They were great.

Can NOT recommend. I do not generally leave comments good or bad but tell others. This was so strange/bad I had to figure out how to share it. Drove there for an estimate. Spacious EMPTY waiting area, nice furnishing,1 truck in the parking lot, 2 employees sitting behind and 2 standing behind the counter one. Nope, they could NOT get me an estimate. Maybe tomorrow afternoon or the following day. I look around completely bewildered and stated the obvious..I was here NOW, the place was empty, No customers in the office area or parking lot. No Thanks Gerber there are too many other places to spend my $$$$ If you are that uninterested in potential business..I cant risk how it would be after you had the sale.

I took my vehicle into this Facility for repair to the front grill of my car, the work was completed in a timely manner but I do believe that it was very expensive probably more expensive than others. The work was good but not excellent, the staff was very courteous and respectful.

Long story short I had the Best customer service experience at this place, all the staff was very professional and always greet me with a smile and when it comes to the Cosmetic work and repairs of my vehicle was done fast and perfect.

Had a leaking problem with my car for several months and no one could figure out what the issue was.. Luckily i brought it to Gerber and they completely fixed the problem in under 24 hours ! Best place to figure out any issues you need for your car honestly, Check it out !

Anywhere but this place, they cut corners on repair. Counter workers where great, but the manager is so horrendous, if repair isnt done properly hell try to give you the run around instead of being accountable. I couldve gotten them into serious legal trouble for incomplete repair, but I decided to have another shop resolve it. Im happy to put this place in my rear view, also triple check your repairs - 1 star is too much, so zero stars from me.

Excellent ! Gerber Collision in Germantown Maryland and Gerber Collision in Dublin Ohio both do great work. Highly recommend, even if you stop there just to visit as Hello, before you need them.In the Fall 2017, our 2006 Volvo V70 was repaired at Gerber Dublin Ohio following a large deer collision that affected the front and side of the car. No driver injury and no car structural nor drivetrain damage (Thank You Volvo!). I was so pleased we increased the Gerber scope of work to include an out-of-pocket 4x4 cosmetic paint for rear fender.That 4x4 cosmetic area must have had something wrong in the original 2006 primer because it recurred in May 2018. Gerber Ohio was wonderful and offered free repair, but Germantown Maryland was closer to our Virginia home. We made the phone call, made the connection, had a single point contact, and delivered the car. When we picked up the Volvo the car was fixed, the car wash washed and vacuumed, and I was ALL SMILES at the quality of the repair, service, professional, and more importantly the consistent positive interface with Gerber MD and OH.

If I could give no stars I would the only people who are professional and know what they are doing are the receptionist. I was in a car accident and my insurance company suggested them. I get there to sign the authorization and ask them to make sure to check the front of my car and the engine as I was rear ended and I also hit some one I was assured they would do an extensive check and not to worry because they are in the business of making money this was Tuesday at noon I get a call on Thursday morning that my car was ready I was skeptical since they only had a day and a half to do the work I was assured the car was good to go and that the engine was cleaned. Well I pick it up Friday evening everything was fine. Saturday I drive less than 2 miles and my car starts to over heat! This has never happened before so I called my insurance company and they tow me to Gerber Collision they dont have technicians on the weekends so I get a call Monday and they say it is not related to the accident. Furthermore that there are parts missing from my vehicle and to call my mechanic. The first question that came to mind is how its possible for a collision center to release my vehicle knowing that it is missing parts how could they let a car go out that was not safe to drive they could not answer this question And when I ask the general manager he said he never told me he cleaned the engine and couldnt answer any of my questions the receptionist kept apologize and where shocked at the managers lack of response and lack of professionalism they kept saying they understood how I felt and kept apologizing to sum it up I dont have a working car I loss a day of work Saturday and gerber collision said its not their problem DONT GO THERE!!!!
