Before Beanz, there wasnt a coffee shop in the town. The coffee shop is not to far from the downtown waterfront. The Customer service and product selection was great. Hot and cold tea and coffee is made fresh daily. Lets not forget our pastries! Blondies, cookies, croissants 🥐 cakes and much more. Oh the sweet iced tea is oh so tasty! The tea wasnt super sweet like normal southern iced tea. The drink wasnt diluted and watered down. The large one cubed ice preserved the taste and strength of the tea. The drink was just what I needed on the hot and humid day.

I just stopped in to get a coffee for my ride home this morning. I will have to say hands-down the best coffee I’ve ever had! And I know that’s such a cliché thing to say but I’m letting you know right now I’ve tried every little coffee shop from here to California and up to Chicago! Well done! You will see me again!

Great coffee at a great price and the team behind the counter are awesome

When I walked in I was greeted by the most friendly person (who I I assumed to be the owner)The first thing I asked is if they offered any sort of nut milk. Sure enough, almond milk was an option! He made me a large iced caramel latte with almond milk and an extra shot. It was soooo good and definitely hit the spot!Then come to find out, the pastries that are offered are made fresh. My husband enjoyed the blueberry muffin that I got him!The price of the coffee and the muffin were both super affordable!Can’t go wrong stopped by BEANZ! There isn’t another coffee shop anywhere close, if you’re on your way to Charleston.

Im from out of town, but make a point to stop by Beanz at least once every time I visit family in the area. The coffee is great and there is always cheerful and amusing conversation if you want to be chatty when you order. Along with coffee and other beverages, there are tasty baked goods, too.Theres plenty of parking both in front of and alongside the store (where spaces are marked; these back out into a side street, just fyi). My last visit was a Sunday morning and every time a parking space opened up, someone was waiting to fill it. I dont typically drive somewhere just to get a coffee, but Ill take a drive to stop by Beanz! Its become a little tradition.

Best coffee in town!! Every time I am in town, I visit multiple times. I LOVE this place. I always get iced coffee with a different flavor and the owner makes the best suggestions. My brother isn’t even a coffee drinker & he loves their coffee. Also, can’t get enough of the ice cubes made of coffee. So smart!! Highly recommend!!

I am giving one star because they can’t make a latte or cappuccino as they can’t or won’t steam milk. I guess the next closest place to get a proper cappuccino or latte would be Starbucks at Pawley’s Island. I was disappointed. I’m not trying to be mean- you really must be able to steam milk properly if you are are a coffee shop!Update:Glad owner edited response to be slightly less vindictive than the original vitriolic response.

Coffee is fantastic; service even better!My Starbucks loving sister wasnt sure what to order, but the man behind the counter made a recommendation based on her tastes and he was spot on! (And Shes not easily impressed by real coffee).I got the iced Cafe with Kona ice cubes and I have never had better iced coffee.This man is a genius! Hope we can stop by again on our trip home!(As a bonus, the prices are fantastic as well)

Not a fake account as the owner would like. Just a person who thinks gas station coffee should not cost more than a buck. Small selection of pastries and room temperature drinks is a one star from a real human.

Stopped here on our way to Charleston. Lots of different coffee choices. We were disappointed they serve their coffee in styrofoam cups. Also coffee wasn’t anything spectacular. It was very similar to gas station coffee. Muffin tasted old and gooey.***Response to owner: Maybe when I questioned you about the cups you could have offered the paper ones...they’re no where in sight. 👍

Who wouldnt like this place?! It is a small town coffee shop with quick service! It fits Georgetown well. The owner is super nice and the shop is so clean! Coffees are amazing and the muffins are the best around. If your looking for a good brew, check them out! You wont regret it. :)

Nice selection of coffees with your usual type of latte and other dressed up coffees. Not nearly as expensive as some of those super named places. But you can walk in and walk out without a long wait and an empty wallets.

BEST COFFEE SHOP IN GEORGETOWN. HANDS DOWN!!!!!!! Been a regular since they opened. Jim always knows my order by heart. Give them a try. You wont be disappointed. Also in reading some of the reviews, it certainly is ones personal preference. I love the styrofoam cup. My coffee stays cold for a couple hours. I love the ice cubes are even coffee too. What a sweet place with great customer service and great coffee.

Just spotted this joint from the road on the verge of death from lack of coffee... BEANZ is a saving Grace. Owner moved down from the north east so actually knows what coffee is supposed to taste like. Ice coffee with the coffee ice cubes is perfect. Not to mention 3 larges was about the price of one back home...Keep it up, and best of luck.

This is the only place I was willing to leave my house after emergency surgery for a breath of fresh air, delicious iced frappe, incredible cream cheese muffin, and to get a few good laughs from Jim. I was in Georgetown on work and had a very long day ahead of me. Gas station coffee was not going to cut it so I decided to find a local coffee shop. My very first stop of the day was BEANZ. I walked in and the environment was very welcoming and it smelled great. The guy who I assume owns the place welcomed me as his eyes peaked over the wall that has the menu on it. The coffee is strong and it tastes AMAZING. It was everything I needed for the day! If you want good coffee, stop by BEANZ!

My favorite coffee shop in Georgetown. The ice coffee is a fan favorite. There are lots of flavors to choose from and you even get coffee ice cubes so your coffee doesnt taste watered down. Super affordable and a very witty owner who runs it all. Go get caffeinated!

Whoever thought of making coffee ice cubes for the iced coffee is a genius and deserves some sort of award! Grabbed one prior to lunch, drank half and left remainder in the car. Following a long lunch the ice had melted, but the drink was still delicious.Thanks to the owner who recommended the caramel-vanilla iced coffee to a non-coffee drinker! What a nice and enthusiastic guy!

The best Iced Coffee I have ever had!!!!! And I am not a big coffee drinker, so I can only imagine if a true coffee lover would try it. Fast and very friendly service. The place is spotless. I always pay close attention to that especially in the bathrooms, like I sad: It’s spotless. Every time I drive through Georgetown I must make a stop. So do the same, you won’t regret it.

We decided to stop in while passing through town, because we have seen it many times. BEST DECISION we made today. The coffee was amazing and the owner was beyond nice and happy to be there. I would suggest everyone to come here for their coffee fix!! We are surly coming back!!

I was in there today and the gentleman behind the counter to see how sleepy I was and I told her I needed the strongest he has got I asked about the 10-shot mocha he told me that would probably kill me LOL but he fixed me up with something perk me right up Im greatly appreciate I highly recommend this place they seem open honest and true southern hospitality

Very good coffee. No lattes, cappuccinos, mochas, no whip cream etc. Coffee and iced coffee. Great prices and just 100% coffee and I think espresso also with friendly service and a smile. They also serve 100% Kona coffee which is pretty rare to find.

I visit a lot of coffee shops and this one is average but the best around the area. Kona coffee was good but not amazing. Having a restroom to use would be nice too. Always worry about places that post signs on the front door: No public bathrooms.

I had a really bad headache and needed an expressive and I was so happy that they were open. Im sorry that is take out only they didnt look very busy so I hope youre surviving and I would recommend going there getting your coffee.

Great service, ok coffee.Ordered an Iced Americano and Creamy White Mocha, The Americano tasted like room temp coffee with cream and sugar and the Creamy White Mocha was ok but I could have gotten something very similar at a gas station.Edit: Apparently every other time Ive had an iced coffee magic was used to make the coffee cold. Its impossible to do with ice.

The caramel iced coffee is amazing. I got a 16 oz but wanted more. They have 24 oz i thought that would be to much but i think i should have got the 24 oz instead.
