New to the area and decided to give this quaint coffee shop a try. Super clean inside, fast and friendly service, and the coffee is delicious! Definitely better than any Starbucks experience Ive had, and Ive been to many across the country.

Biggby in general is better than Starbucks.. the staff at all locations are always more friendly, the drinks are better, and they dont focus on just the limited time drinks, you can pick from a much larger menu. The consistency is nice too. I can order the same drink from any location and it tastes the same. You go to Starbucks and order two of the same thing at the same time and they taste different.

Im a loyal Starbucks customer but I just happened to see Biggby Coffee while running errands for my mom and the employees were super friendly and helpful. And the most important thing of all is that their coffee was awesome. I got the Caramel Marvel with an extra shot and the price, quality, and taste were great. I even went back a couple of days later while in Georgetown and I purposely passed Starbucks to go back to Biggbys Coffee. I definitely recommend trying them out!

Perfect coffee everytime by the best baristas! Theyre so friendly and welcoming, always happy to be able to go here when going through Georgetown!

Ive only been there twice now and I absolutely love it. The line goes faster than Starbucks and the wait is never long. Very delicious coffee and food. I look forward to trying out more of what the menu has to offer. The employees are always awesome as well :)

Love that they give my puppy a dog treat when we go through drive thru. Waffle sandwich is amazing- wish it wasnt seasonal.

I am giving this coffee Company a star and that’s at most.I have truly wanted to like this company especially due to it being a newer coffee shop in Georgetown but I just cannot get on board. I just spent $6.46 on some of the worst coffee that I have ever had. This is the outcome each time that I have visited this business. I would put Starbucks on a pedestal compared to this coffee brand. I drove out of the drive-through and circled back around to get in line to get my money back and to give them their drink back and they refused to give me back my money. They did however offer to make me another drink which would’ve been great, if any of their drinks had some decency to them.There are definitely better options in the area as far as coffee goes.

My first visit and wont be my last when Im in Lexington. Enjoyed a great Cosmic Chai tea and a delicious ham & cheese on a soft everything bagel.

First time checking out Biggby. We all ordered something different and everyone loved their drinks!

Everything is good but the 20- 30 mins I sat in line today, if it will be this slow Id just get rid of the drive through because its not fast food.

Good coffee and fast friendly service but how can I give five stars to this place when the price of the coffee is just as high if not more than Starbucks? I do not know much about this company. Starbucks is known for paying their employees college scholarships and health benefits. Perhaps there is a reason behind the expensive coffee at this place as well. I am willing to modify this review if someone points that out to me.

Best coffee in Georgetown for sure!!! asked the barista to make her favorite drink and it was amazing!!! The passion and love fore what they do definitely came through

YUM! The bragel (brunch bagel) was awesome. I got ham and cheese on a blueberry bagel, which came with cream cheese on it, and a beautiful slice of cheddar. We got to pick the kind of bagel with which our sandwich is made. I also got caramel iced coffee. This could have been a little sweeter but thats what sweetener is for. The hubs got a banana berry smoothie, he says fresh and very flavorful. Enjoy!

Very good products, tasty coffee and breakfast sandwiches. Try the everything bagel with egg, sausage, cheese with cream cheese. I know that doesnt sound good with cream cheese but the server convinced me it was good and that was no lie.It takes a bit longer than other places but its fresh and hot.

Ordered an ice coffee and the coffee taste like it was old coffee that had been setting in the pot all day. Sadly I was also the only person inline waiting for longer than I should for old coffee. Yuck, I just felt like I had to warn people so they dont have this bad experience like I did.

Coffee was great, and nice variety for the family. The service was by no means friendly. I am not a Starbucks fan, but the staff is much friendlier. I like Biggbys coffee better Starbucks.

Good coffee, iced or other. I was there when one other person made their review. About the wait between church service, they were pretty accurate. They got there before two others left for the wait as well. All told I watched five orders get cancelled and walk out.The shop seems badly sized and the counter seems backwards for the work. Perhaps far too customer focused in their layout.Even though they had plenty capable of taking orders and running the register. I think they had only one person actually making drinks.Approximately there at ten thirty Sunday.

The worlds answer to STARBUCKS! Ive never paid 5 bucks for a coffee drink. My wife does a great job making them at home. But, these young adults are so nice, and such a joy to talk to, that Im happy to help keep them employed. Thanks, guys!

Hands down my favorite coffee shop. Im so thankful we finally have one closer to home. The drinks are always great and the muffins cant be beat.

Best coffee shop in Georgetown! Maybe best in the state! Its got the friendliest staff Ive ever seen for a coffee shop and theyre always passionate about their drinks!

First time I went to this shop I was the only person there and the 2 mochas I ordered took 20 minutes to make. But the place was new and the staff was very young so I assumed it was just because they were still training. The second time I visited was a few weeks later. As I was walking in, a man and his two daughters were leaving and he was telling them it was taking too long and they had to go to be on time for the church service next door. The shop had 7 customers inside in total, and at least 5 employees working behind the counter making drinks. When I went up to order I was told by an employee that since they were being hit by the “church rush” it was going to be a while to wait for the drinks. I asked how long it would probably be and the employee told me that if I was trying to go to the church service that I shouldn’t bother ordering because it would be so long a wait. Which meant it was going to take at least 30 minutes to get my drink. Needless to say, I took her advice and left. The employees are very nice people, but they clearly have very little barista experience and training, which is why it is taking them 20 minutes or longer to get people’s drink orders out. They really need a manager on site at least to keep things flowing. When I went in this last time they were not nearly as busy as most local shops but were struggling to get orders out in a timely fashion. The coffee is good, but unless you have a lot of time to kill you’d be better off going to a Starbucks or another local coffee shop in Georgetown.

The most helpful and friendly service that youll find in Georgetown. Bright, clean environment with several different flavors of very good coffee. I highly recommend the frozen Teddy Bear with a blueberry muffin.

I have been here several times now and I havent been disappointed. Im a regular at Starbucks so getting use to the different flavors and way they make the drinks took some getting use to. The baristas are always helpful and have aways been nice. I would recommend it

Had the Gingerbread man seasonal coffee this weekend and it was delicious! I also recommend the Butter Bear.

I met Carrie, the owner, today and I had a Butter Bear Latte, both were awesome! Looking forward to working with them to promote our adoptable pets at the Scott Co Animal Shelter! They also give out dog treats at the drive-thru! 🐕😍Highly recommend Biggby Coffee!

Great selection of drinks, both hot and cold, with a fast moving convenient drive through. I highly recommend the Bragel sandwich as the bagels they use are excellent. In my opinion, Biggby is so much better than the more famous coffee establishment that there is no comparison. Do yourself a favor and stop by Biggby today!

The one positive is that the food quality is great (as it should be as most items cost more than comparable options at other coffee shops). However, wait times are always significant. Last trip ordered a speciality drink, two bragles, and a just a black coffee. Waited at least 25 min after ordering (drive thru, two cars in front of us). When we got our order, it was short one bragel and I had to tell them I ordered two. After getting it corrected and leaving/getting home, I saw instead of a regular black coffee, I was given hot chocolate. Not sure how because when I ordered I didn’t say hot, or chocolate at all. Had high hopes for this place once they started but seems wait times haven’t improved in our multiple trips since they opened, and if they can’t get a regular black coffee right, I’m not sure what could help... guess it is back to Starbucks for us.

Only got an everything bagel so cant give a good review on anything else. It was okay but Im spoiled coming from NJ where bagels are oh so yummy.

Just tried Biggby Coffee for the first time today and I am a huge fan! The staff was so courteous and helpful and the atmosphere is so cute and quaint!

Walked in at 3:10 ordered an black coffee iced and an iced tea waited 20 mins and walked out without my drinks. Absolutely horrid service. Plus I would’ve had to serve myself the coffee.. You’ve got to be kidding me, your iced coffee is hot coffee you serve yourself, I didn’t receive my self service cup of ice and missed my chance to pump coffee out of a tacky cafeteria dispenser. A crappy watered down iced coffee yummy. Umm here’s a hint prepare ice coffee properly if you call yourself a Coffee Shop🙄🤦🏻‍♀️ Save yourself the wait and crappy iced coffee and Go to Starbucks💁🏻‍♀️

Amaziiiing drinks! But terrible, slow as a snail service. Takes them 20 mins to complete an order of 2 drinks and 1 sandwich. Not a good idea if you have to be somewhere. The food is tasty and drinks are sooo much better than starbucks, and even panera. But they are too slow! I really hope they get faster the longer they are open, because I would love to go back I just hardly have the time to wait that long.Edit: I have raised to three stars because service has improved at the window. The employees are almost all very nice for sure. Just know that often they are short staffed and still take a while.
