I has the most wonderful experience at this Starbucks than any other. The two ladies working the counter were very nice and when I had asked for extra whipped cream and two toppings, they really gave me extra unlike other Starbucks stores. They went out of their way to make my day much better than before.

Honestly this location’s drink quality is trash. Sad because I love the employees (especially Josiah) and it’s right next to my house but most of the time I will drive out of my way to the Wolf Ranch location because I can order the same exact thing and it’s way better. I’m not sure if it’s the espresso machine or the way they’re trained to make drinks but any time I give this location another chance I regret it. Especially for $6 a drink

This is my favorite location. I always order my modified white chocolate mocha and its always delicious. I dont know his name but he has red hair and he is the one who usually makes my drink. Thank you so much. Hes the only one who makes the drink just the way I like it.

Great location. Baristas are super friendly. One of my favorite places to meet a friend for coffee. Drinks always taste great. Store is very clean. Drive-thru is just as friendly as well. Employees always make me smile or laugh. Fun place to visit any time of day.

Love this location!! Staff are always very friendly and fast. I sometimes order a difficult drink and they always make it no problem where at other locations they either wont or are rude about it. I could be on the other side of Georgetown and still come to this store

Im never impressed with my latte at this location. It is always weak. If you go here I recommend just a regular drip coffee.

Its a Starbucks but my issue with this location is that people are being allowed to bring dogs in. These are clearly not service dogs. They were untrained and should not be allowed in the store.

The cashier that they had Megan, best cashier Ever! Every single time Ive ever gotten a drink from her it was correct! She is an asset!!

Waited 20 minutes for a lemonade, never got it. Very busy drive-in; in fact, drive-in customers took precedence over walk-ins. Only two employees, and only one making drinks. Not their fault--managers fault for not staffing adequately. No apology, no refund offered. I will not be returning.

Bought an breakfast English muffin w/ egg white and ham. It was very good.

The staff here are friendly and try to get your name every time. They make the drinks and order accurately. The atmosphere is not noisy. The wifi is strong and there are usually seats availale.

Over priced for bs coffee

Super friendly staff! They really try to please. If it isnt right, they will fix it. Fast friendly service is worth the few bucks more for a fabulous drink and food.

Friendly staff but i guess not enough of them. Oh so slow! Took over 5 minutes for the first person in line to even get served and waiting more than 10 minutes now for a cappuccino when there is only one person ahead of me.

Consistently takes over 10 min for an order of moderate complexity. While the cashiers are quite pleasant the baristas are rude. In addition i feel like they intentionally make difficult orders taste bitter/off. As sad as it sounds to say its a safer bet to drive to round rock than stop at this location.

Great location. But seriously consider placing a drive-thru sign, blocking people from jumping in mid-line. Super annoying when youve driven around the building to enter the right way. Happens EVERY time I visit.

Good location. Nice evening wine bar. But very difficult to tweek your order. No regular iced coffee. Wont or cant split muffins or buns so butter will melt when heated.

I tried to go to this Starbucks tonight. I arrived at 9:37. A customer outside informed me that they always close at 9:30 on Sundays. They may want to consider changing their online hours.

I come here a lot when I can and I have a little bit of speech impediment, employee said, Im sorry I cant hear you (chuckle sound). I felt really and wrote it down on paper and show to employee what I want. She looked at me like crazy. I finally said it again and she like okay. Yeah that was great experience.

Dont get me wrong, I LOVE Starbucks, but this location is just awful. ALWAYS ALWAYS ALWAYS packed. They cant make a drink the same way ever, they wont let me pay with a 20 most of the time, they never put the correct number of shots I order in my drink, and then to top it off, they act as if you are inconveniencing them by paying them for their service. If there was a closer one to me I would frequent it. A lot of days, I just dont want to deal with it, so I will drive all the way across the lake to the store with good service, times, and product.

Fast, friendly, accurate, makes the best tasting drinks. My preferred Starbucks, even comparing to North Austin ones. Keep it up!

I come to this Starbucks quite often, but today Jill was at the drive thru. I had ordered a blonde roast with classic syrup. When I reached the window, she asked me to taste my coffee to see if they had put the classic syrup in my drink because she wasnt the one who made it. Turns out there wasnt any classic in the coffee! So Jill took my coffee back and added my syrup for me. I know this was not a huge deal, but the fact that she took the time to add my syrup so that my drink would taste how I planned it to, meant a lot to an avid coffee drinker. Thanks, Jill!

Genuinely good service folks. The line can get a bit long and slow though. Havent tried the beer at night though.

This is a great place to relax/work or simply hang out with your friends while enjoying a great cup of your favorite coffee drink.

Horrible customer service and very slow and unfriendly employees. I have made multiple mobile orders here 10-15 min before I arrive (knowing they are slow) and my drinks are never ready when I get there. Unwilling to accommodate.

I am not usually a reviewer but I have been to this place more than a few times and they make terrible coffee compared to other starbucks. They brew it way, way to hot and it always taste burnt unless you ask for them to cool it down. The two other places in Gtown brew way better and never had an issue.

I had a great experience at this location! The staff is extremely knowledgeable & friendly. Jason, one their barristas made a great recommendation to me which modified my favorite drink the White Chocolate Moca, giving it a smoother taste, & a higher concentration of caffeine without even changing the price! (In over 10 years of being a frequenter of Starbucks this recommendation has never been made to me). Thanks again Jason, Ill be requesting my White Chocolate Mocas this way from now on!

I come to this location about twice a week (for the last year). The staff has been very kind and friendly pretty much every single time Ive come. There was one barista who wasnt very friendly (like, not at ALL) but I havent seen her in a while so I dont think she works here any longer. My drink is always made correctly, and fairly quickly - this is my usual experience as a walk in customer. The drive thru line can sometimes get a little long (like 4 or 5 cars) but thats pretty much par for the course on any drive thru.

Im a customer for more than 15 yrs and I drink expreso frap almost every day. I come to this store no one greet us, the floor was dirty, the coffee station trash can had trash over the counter. I order my coffee as always. It tasted different no taste a coffee at all and the lady(no name tag) said “that’s the expresso frapp” I told her it didnt taste the same she didn’t offer to make again I actually had to ask her (also for my daughter that also order the same and was the same). She makes a new one and asked me to try. I tried and again I told her its not tasting as the expresso frapp I always have also my daughter said hers was bad too. Then when she saw we both for 2nd time noticed the coffee didnt taste the same she said “oh is that we are out of coffee base” I didnt realize we ran out of it”. Then she made it the 1st time knowing it was not going to taste te same but also when she made it the 2nd time she knew and asked me to try it and see if I was dump enough to say “yes, now is ok”. Very disapointed. The manager refund us the money since we decided not to get a coffee at all and were very unkind no professional and to make it worse lying to customer about the coffee. Also that store has never been that dirty and with not a good smell and hot ac not working I will not recomend that store. The service is bad, store is dirty and personal is horrible

Like most Starbucks, we have gotten to know the staff over the years, but each year we see new people come and go. The coffee experience stays the same, which keeps us coming back. Seating isnt that cosy, and it is a busy place.

Competent staff, great WiFi, and plenty of outlets inside and out.
