When I walked into this store, I was NOT happy...but boy did that change quickly! My anger was met with nothing but kindness from a nice gentleman named Song. He was able to very quickly resolve my issues with paying my bill as well as make me feel very important and that my frustrations would be handled. In a rush and couldn’t get my messages and internet to work most probably because of my grandsons but…anyhow, got to Verizon and Dewan immediately and calmly fixed the issues. He was very understanding and patient and I truly appreciate his kindness and professionalism.
I do have to say I’ve been lifetime Verizon customer, have had multiple store transactions through out many states. The customer service here is top notch, walked into today to get screen protector. Didn’t have in stock but the guy had spare in personal bag. So new protector put on and out the door for free. Thanks for the service!
Mr Song helped me with my phone, it was having problems with the settings and he altered the phone so it became a lot more simple.
Josh and Alexis are awesome! Josh helped me with insurance info to get my phone replaced. Alexis cleaned my old phone of my information to send it back through the glitching screen that you couldnt see. Definitely the best experience I have ever had at a Verizon store. Changed my plan when I went to pay bill, now it doesnt work and they dont have access or knowledge to put back the way it was.. Go to Corporate place. Thats where they sent me since they couldnt fix.

There are so many hidden fees that they will not tell you about until it is on your electronic statement. Then when you complain they will not correct it.We will never go back! I wish we had avoided this whole situation and gone somewhere else.Joshua is completely dishonest and so is the lady at customer service.Joshua is a past used car salesman and the only thing different about him is he doesn’t sale cars he sales phones!!!Joshua set up our new phones by transferring our numbers but never mentioned charging a fee for such. He had me go all the way home and return with my iPad so he could charge me 35 dollars more.We did not know we were being charged 35 dollars each until the end of the visit when we finally saw a receipt. Our past carrier did this free of charge.The buy one, get one phone deal was not actually buy one, get one free. We still had to pay 10 dollars for the second phone even though they were identical. In the ad I did not see any restrictions.Joshua told my mom after she asked about taxes that they would be about 3dollars per line like his!! Our taxes are actually 28.64 per month.Lastly our service is 80 dollars per line per month. It was suppose to be 70 dollars per line per month as advertised. When I saw the statement online the next day I thought it was a mistake so I called Joshua who said yes it was 70. He said he would print me off proof if I would stop by. When I did stop buy for the proof he said there was nothing he could print for me. I called customer service but they were no help.Very dissatisfied!!!

Im extremely disappointed in the service we received with this contracted company. Im sure not every representative will be as knowledgeable on all plans and services however I expect for them to be timely. We reported a stolen phone and the representative did not suspend the line until two days later. We incurred $500 in out of country calls. Please ask for verification if you are visiting this center with any service request. Im sure their very punctual with sales but I would advice anyone to contact Verizon directly for any service related disputes.
Coco was great! She let us know which promotion would work best for my family to upgrade. It was a quick and easy process. I think we went in during her lunch break but she didnt rush or give us anything less than great customer service. Thank you so much for your help! 🤗
Great customer service at my local Verizon. Employees where more then willing to answer any questions I had as well as let me know about any deals and promotions available to me. I would highly recommend Verizon due to the quality of customer service and there ability to answer all questions.

Called to get a price on a simple flip phone w/no internet. The person on the phone was polite. However the prices he gave me was like 300.00 for one and close to 200.00 for the other. Went to Best Buy got same phones under 100.00 same service !
My wife and I wanted new phone, Can to Verizon in Georgetown. The sale experts there are amazing, we had are kids with us making noise and this guys were in joying and laugh at there craziness. They hooked us up with cool phones and a cool free table. 5 Star services around.

Went in today and they where busy. They did not let that rush them when helping any of the people before me or showing me the same courtesy. Geoffrey was helped fun and patient with me. He showed me more then just what I came in for.
My wife and I had wanted to be with verizon for a little while now. Well Monday evening My wife had called and talked to Coco. She assured us that it was not as difficult as we were thinking. We arrived at the store and in less than an hour and a half we were signed on and with Verizon. The atmosphere in the store was absolutely pleasant and relaxing. Everyone there was attentive. Mike and Coco handled us like we were royalty and made us feel good about Verizon and our phones. Verizon really needs to keep people like Mike and Coco in all their stores. It wasnt all about the money it was about the service! Hell of a job both to Mike and Coco!

I had an excellent experience with Cassie at the Georgetown Verizon Branch!! I was in a real bad dilemma with something I did to delete a lot of important that I needed and she worked hard at it and was able to retrieve all of it!!!!Thank you to Cassie for her persistence and hard work!!!
I stopped for help in explaining a new plan. Luis was very helpful and thorough to be sure I understood. He also showed me new phones, and came in on his day off to work with me to set up new phones for me and my husband. He was wonderful! He showed me how they work, got our info transferred over, etc. Great experience!

I had a great experience today with a young gentleman named Torrance. In 20 minutes, he solved all the problems and Ive been having with my LG 40. I have been hating this phone since I bought it a few months ago. Yesterday I spent about an hour and a half with a young man named Colby. A complete waste of time. He solved nothing. I went into Verizon today with the intent of cancelling all my accounts because I was so fed up with them. But, Torrance change my mind. I am going to stick with Verizon for a while but not because I think they are a great company or that they sell great phones with their LG products.
Micah was great. He made sure I was comfortable with every step of the process asking me probing questions and making small talk during the times we were waiting for the phone to update. I truly appreciate his customer service and believe that he will truly go places with his “can do” attitude.
I have gone to this location multiple times and have gotten a rude sarcastic tone when trying to get simple help. My galaxy s10plus has broken 2 times in 1 month and they are extremely unhelpful on what steps I need to take to fix it.
Got to the store around 10a.m. and no other customers. Camden was real helpful with the needs of a new Verizon cell phone. Thank you.

This is a great place to take care of pain meds buying gadgets. People are nice there I have to admit very handsome gentleman there but if they sell you anything youre going to say yes. The only thing I dont like about it is that their parking is terrible.
I have been a customer of Verizon Wireless for a very long time now but this visit today was the best by far. Ive enjoyed every single rep (Thien specifically) here but they always help me figure out what my bill is, how to figure out my phone, as well as amongst many other questions I might have. I will always come back to the store. Plus they are always nice about showing me something new about my phones.
I have Verizon so maybe Im biased. The service is great and since weve had Verizon forever they remember us everytime we go in. It feels like we are part of the family. Cant rate full stars because Im still mad that we used to have fully unlimited data but now the unlimited data has at cap around 10 gigs where you get pushed down to 3G and that sucks.
Kimberly Harmon was absolutely wonderful helping me get a new phone! She spent SO much time explaining the different choices and was very attentive to what I wanted. Then she was diligent, patient and thorough in getting everything transfered to the new phone. She was awesome!
This visit was a follow up but even though we had two different people assisting us the service was great and consistent.

I came in for the fourth time today to get my auto-pay set up the previous three times it never got set up and I was overdue and had my credit pulled so I came in today and got confirmation that it was set up and left very happy thank you very much

A now gone salesman here up sold us to the buy one get one free Pixel 3 phone. Well guess what, he never mentioned that I had to add a line to get the deal. Now I am stuck paying an outrageous bill. For three months they told me that I would be getting a credit. After fighting to no avail with their customer service department,. I will never go to one of their stores again . You may think you are dealing with Verizon but you are not. They can and will screw you .

After 3 unpleasant encounters with Verizon reps at various locations as well as the customer service helpdesk, I ended up at the Georgetown Verizon store giving it one more chance. I must say I was pleasantly surprise with the level of service I receive from Ravi and Jerome. Not only did they resolve my issue but the process was quick and painless. I highly recommend this location for Verizon related items. Save yourself the time and hassle of other assistance avenues and go see them.

We were in the Georgetown, TX Verizon store on Williams on April 29th, 2017. A very long story, but thanks to Brandon Davenport Johnson, who spent time trying to figure out our problem, we are very happy. Several representatives tried to help over the phone, but it wasnt until we went in, that we were able to get results that resolved the issue. On our way to Dairy Queen to celebrate. Brandon made our weekend a good one!

I went into the Verizon store here in Georgetown in desperation...my flip phone was no longer working and I knew they probably did not even make the one I had...but MARCUS was so patient and helpful with me and was able to find me another flip phone and get me all set up..i am on my daughters account and she is in tennessess...but he handled all the details and treated me I am sure in the same manner he would want someone to treat his grandmother ...peaches..thank you marcus for being king and respectful in this time when young people dont have time for old women like myself....

This store and Coco get an A+ rating.Coco hit home runs for us 2 days in a row.Our first visit to the store was to learn all about the various Verizon data plans and to find out about the special offers available to purchase new iPhones.We left the store with all of our questions answered.We returned the next day to purchase 2 new iPhones and change our wireless service over to Verizon. Part of our decision was because of the great promotional iPhone offers. But the rest of the reason we switched was because of Coco. She is professional. She is knowledgeable. She is patient. She is very helpful. Shes the kind of person with whom you want to do business.

I came into this store to buy a new phone and potentially upgrade or modify my existing service. The salesman was more concerned with selling a phone then properly taking care of my needs. Needless to say my account became a jumbled mess that ended up taking several months and billing cycles to finally correct. I was overcharged multiple times because my account was not setup properly, resulting in several phone calls to Verizon and multiple credits to my account.After finally getting everything sorted out, my fancy turbo charger quit working. Foolish me headed back to the place where I bought my phone just to be told by a different salesman that all he could do for me was sell me a new charger. What a joke.
