Amazing job by Doug tonight. He gave me the time and knowledge necessary to take care of my phone. Several times, I was headed out the door to get access to a computer or internet and he figured out a way to solve my problem. His patience with me made my experience at the store a positive one.

We visited the store on 9/19 to get a new iPhone 12 for one of the 4 lines we’ve had with AT&T for over 10 years. We were told we could receive a $350 trade-in credit for the iPhone 7 being replaced. The sales guy suggested we wait until 9/24 because we could get the iPhone 13 for the same price we were about to pay, or get the 12 for about $100 less. We thought that was a good plan. He also told us we could get $700 trade-I’m for the iPhone 8+ I was carrying if I wanted to upgrade also. I hadn’t been planning to. But that sounded like a good deal. So I said I would. I asked if we could just pre-order the phones and pick them up on 9/24. He said they wouldn’t come to the store and we might have to wait longer that way. He said it would be better to just come back into the store in 5 days.On 9/24 we returned to the store. But, now we’ve been informed the $700 credit changed and they would only give us $350. This guy disappeared into the back to talk to his manager. When he came back he said there’s nothing that can be done, but if we’d pre-ordered the previous night the $700 would apply. No efforts were made to get approval from someone with more authority to honor the deal we had been offered. So, the 7 got traded in. I decided not to upgrade the 8 in-store. I may still get one. But it will directly from Apple. That way it will be unlocked and I can more easily transfer to a new provider in the future. And AT&T won’t make anything from the sale.
Brandon was incredible! He worked very hard to fix an issue caused at another location. Don’t do any transactions unless it’s an official ATT store. The Sams club kiosk was an absolute disaster, they completely messed up our plan, our upgrade, and wouldn’t do anything to fix it. Brandon fixed the entire mess, and it wasn’t even his mess! Thank you again Brandon for all your efforts on our behalf.
After being with another carrier for over 20 years we finally made the switch to AT&T. Paul helped make this switch “not awful”! He was knowledgeable, courteous and friendly. The customer service in this store was great!
I initially changed over to AT&T online but there was a problem switching because I didn’t have access to my phone. So I went in and Paul helped me. It was quite the long process of canceling my order then switching over but he was super patient, helpful and had great customer service. Upper management you need to recognize Paul. I haven’t had a good experience at a phone store in a while. He also helped me out and suggested I trade in my old phone for credit which he looked up and specified the amount. It’s no value to him if I trade it in or not yet he went out of his way to give me great customer service.
Nya - the store manager was exceptional at handling a difficult situation involving a death in our family. Had to transfer a number from a deceased family members account to my account. She went above and beyond to assist us in a time of desperate need and it was appreciated more than I could express in words. I hope AT&T recognizes they have a great human and employee working at the Georgetown Tx Rivery AT&T store!

We went to the AT&T on Rivery in Georgetown & Chris was so helpful! Before there, we went to Williams Drive & was assisted by Daniel. He was rude as soon as we walked in and refused to take my daughters phone as a trade in. Spoke to Chris at Rivery & he was able to get the job done. He was extremely knowledgeable about the products and the deals that they had at the time! Thanks so much again Chris! We will be doing all our transactions there moving forward.

Jose, an elderly Hispanic man with glasses working at 11:36 am helped my husband out and was extremely rude when he saw that he wasn’t an authorized user. Literally dismissed him and simply rude. His tone of voice, mannerism, all of it. The way he handled the situation was unprofessional and very upsetting. Regardless of authorized user or not, there is a way that an employee should speak to the customer. I’ve been an att customer for 10+ years and never had we had something like this happen to us. Situations like these are what entitle employees to continue the terrible customer service in the world today.So sad.

After the tmobile sprint merger, we have been trying to decide if we would stick with tmobile and just continue service or switch to a different carrier. We chose ATT to look at based on service areas and recommendations in our community. Our lease contracts on our phones were up so we decided to visit both stores and check them out. Charles was excellent and knew what he was talking about and the deal to make the switch was a great one. So after a 15 years with Sprint and a visit with Charles and his great customer service, we are now ATT customers. Thank you
I previously dealt with the AT&T store on Williams Drive, and the overall experience and situation was awful beyond words. The manager Matt at this store went above and beyond to rectify the other store’s mistake. He was very helpful and respectful. I’d recommend utilizing only Rivery Blvd. for AT&T in the future.
I am never disappointed when I go in to this location. The staff is always friendly and helpful. A lot of stores/companies will try to up sell you on things you don’t want or need, but that wasn’t the case for me. Kenneth asked what I was interested in and listened, never pushing me to buy something I didn’t want. They are also doing a great job to keep staff and customers safe during this time.
Paul, who works there, assisted me with my technical issues where customer support staff would not. He was intuitive and helpful and worked patiently with me for more for than 45 minutes. Thank you for the suggestion, staff. This is the most powerful, affordable phone I have ever owned.I now work for Ibex on behalf of AT&T (First Generation) and my only aim is to be of better help to customers than the previous manager with whom I spoke was to Paul and I.
About a year ago we had some serious issues with the insurance on my sons phone. ATT was giving us issues on the phone to get it replace. Doug in the Georgetown location went over and beyond the call of duty and worked with ATT to see that it got fixed. He spent his personal time (day off) to see that it got fixed. He kept in touch with me till it was resolved!! Thank you Doug for your outstanding customer service!! I will always appreciate the help!!
Paul is the best!! I arrived at this location already VERY upset the other day from an attempt to set up services over the phone. I explained everything when I got there and was prepared to have a mediocre at best experience but I was so happy to leave SO IMPRESSED! Paul took the time to walk me through the whole process and pulled out all the stops to make what I needed possible! Paul and the other members of this team are top notch and I will ALWAYS visit this location for all of my future needs!

I had a great experience at the AT&T location off Rivery Blvd in Georgetown that i wanted to make sure Paul Baldwin was commended for it. After struggling with customer service to port my number over i gave up and decided to visit the closest AT&T store. Paul was very kind, patient and helpful. He was able to port my number as well as answer all of my questions regarding auto-pay, voicemail and android settings. He made my transition back to AT&T smooth and painless and i cant thank him enough. A++!
Hello there!! I wanted to share that I, Angeline, came in to pay my bills! I have trouble using the machine and Kenneth was very nice to help me. He was very patient with me. I had a lot of questions about my billing and service. He was very observant and had great eye contact. He made feel very comfortable while I was with him and had great eye contact. He answered all of my questions and concerns! I’m very happy he helped me today!

I don’t have the words to express the gratitude that I feel after my visit today. From the moment I walked in the store until the second I left, I was treated with nothing but KINDNESS and RESPECT. Tammy was AMAZING and although Paul did not directly assist me, but he was great as well. There was one more gentleman present but I did not get his name. All three staff members were professional, knowledgeable, and seemed happy to be at work. I have been having issues with AT&T for months and 611 has been no help, neither has the retail store located on University in Round Rock. I have been having horrible experiences trying to get my issue resolved, The Round Rock store often over talks and belittles me. Today I was not afraid to ask questions and not made to feel like I was dumb. I really appreciate the sincerity of Tammy and Paul and them taking their time to help me. The experience was amazing considering the horrible one I had just had at the Round Rock location.
Terrible customer service, the wait time to be attended is ridiculous waited over an hour and half so decided to leave this particular location, service is unacceptable
Good practices with limiting people in store, after waiting in my car for a call to come in... I was in and out in 15 minutes with a new phone.

I choose AT&T because of their AT&T store. The staff is so helpful and always patience and provides me everything I need in one stop shop. I am not a very techy person and I need personal assistance to navigate my phone. They were able to provide Me everything I wanted and I went home with all the tools I needed. Great experience. I just left the store for the last time. The quality of staff at store level is bad as it gets. Too many times has someone tried to take advantage. Went in with an insurance policy I purchased from them.They dug in and claimed my only recourse was get screen fixed then come in and trade in and could purchase an I phone 11 for $700. I went on line and got a new phone through their insurance policy they sold me for $149.99 and can keep the old phone with the cracked screen .The pervasive level of dishonesty with staff on floor is something to avoid.
I visited this store after going to an authorized reseller in round rock who could not assist me. I spoke with Tammeshea Stewart and she couldnt have been more pleasant. She was very friendly and was able to resolve my issue and port my number over with no problem. I dont often take the time to write reviews but she make my experience so great that i had to spread the word. Great job! I will look forward to returning to this location!

Staff at the Rivery ATT store in Georgetown was stellar, but it took 3 visits and more than 4 hours total to make an administrative change that was necessitated by AT&T corporate’s arcane, obscure and unnecessarily bureaucratic account management policies.If you have some kind of ATT TV Service and Phone Service, DO NOT Allow them to “Unify” your accounts. You WILL be sorry.Again local staff at the RIVERY story was Great. Highly recommended.

Service was prompt and Paul was great. I was in and out in under ten minutes and my problem was solved.
My wife broke her phone and the bottom half of her phone was blank. Kenneth was a Jedi and worked his way through an invisible keyboard. Man was a genius. We got it all taken care of, even through social distancing, and couldnt be happier with the outcome.

Probably the worst customer service I have ever received. I purchased a hot spot that wasn’t working from the beginning. I took it in one week prior to my last visit and they said just take the battery out and it will reset. Worked for about a day and then I was having to take the battery out everyday to reset it.After calling AT&T customer service and they said to just exchange it. I Went to the store and told the rep that i was weary of getting another one and having the same issue I asked if I could pay the difference and just buy the next model up. I was told if I wanted to go that route I would have to pay the restocking fee for the faulty unit. After getting nowhere with the rep helping me I asked to speak to the manager. The rep told me that he was busy doing inventory. I again said I need to speak to your manager. He walked in the back and came out with the same unit I had and started to power it up. Again I asked if I could speak with his manager and the rep said he couldn’t be bothered right now because he was doing inventory. I elected to take my business elsewhere after wasting 45 minutes to an hour of my time at this store. I went to the Round Rock store and they did what I originally wanted to do without me even having to ask them to do it. If you have an issue I would definitely recommend taking your business to a more customer focused location.
Little guy at the middle table with glasses called me a liar about getting free replacements screens. Then I told him I normally go to round rock at&t he said that it’s only a round rock thing. He was very rude and unprofessional.

They’re very busy so getting ahold via phone is difficult. Once you get an appointment though, they’re incredibly helpful. Just be ready to be patient.
Made to feel like a fool. Was having an issue with Voicemail. Tech knew where to go in setting. I had looked there as well. But was unable to locate anything appropriate to my issue. Seriously considering an alternative to AT&T
