We had a pretty funky pre-order experience with another gamestop, however Bri was SUPER helpful and got it fully fixed as well as made it seem like it wasn’t a big deal! I absolutely adore her, and I will definitely be back to this game stop!!!

I have to say that Trent here at this GameStop was amazing to deal with. Best customer service I’ve had from anyone, anywhere in a very long time. I can’t stress enough how good he was at helping us out, above and beyond. Please keep him around as he does an amazing job representing your company.

This GameStop is my main GameStop. Cilla the manager is super awesome and always super nice. Our most recent endeavor was to get kingdom hearts 3. the nice thing about GameStop is you can put games on layaway until they release and slowly pay them off if you are poor with money like we are.

Georgetowns GameStop located in Wolf Ranch Shopping Center is always clean and organized. The staff are knowledgeable and patient lol. From toys, clothing, games, hardware and accessories, just ask and sometimes youll get an answer from a fellow shopper too. Mom and kiddo approved!

Cant wait till GameStop goes out of business .. I go in there and buy a game and Im over charged by 20 bucks because they say its a new game just wasnt sealed because they were using it for display.. Im sorry but if its opened its a used game. It was the only copy there or anywhere close so I had no choice.

The manager of the store(she had multiple color hair)spent 20 minutes in line trading in over 30 games for herself. Not sure if she was clocked in or not but there was only 1 other employee. She did this while 7 customers waited in line patiently. I guess this location dosnt know the time and place to do this..Customer service.

If I could rate lower I would. This is the only gamestop I have ever been to that WILL NOT LET ME BUY SOMETHING FROM. Not sure if its a new policy that customers cant buy items from and are told yes we have in stocks but you need to go online and buy it and they will charge you more but it will only be about 4 or 5 dollars more

Horrible store, how can you have boxes to advertise games, when you go to get them, oh sorry we dont have that. Seems this happens alot here at this location. This company needs to review whats important...the customers

Excellent service ! I was able to find the item I wanted quick and easily while having some fun small talk with the workers, the place was very tidy and well kept, overall a great experience!

Good place to stop by for deals on used games. Usually there are also a few clearance/discount items. Staff is friendly and helpful, but wont bother you if you just want to browse.

This store is self is not bad but the company basically Robs you with how much to buy back compared to how much to resell. If youre looking for used controller thay sell it for 45 you can buy a brand new one at Walmart for 50

Bought brand new game Sunday for 30.Brought it back Monday and was told only worth 10 since it was now used. They should really explain their policies better prior to purchase... Lady told me if i bought used I could have gotten more credit. Makes no sense to me. I think I should have been given some more preowned credit considering...

Edit: the manager (cilla) is rude as well so i dont expect her employees to be any better. Icome in here quite a bit but never spend to much time here usually cause its busy or i know what im going in for. I spend more time in the long line manned by one person more then then anything. My experience today could sum up most of my experiences. Rude employee (Mandie) with her fake polietness, i came to trade a controller and a few games. Which all are adult owned and played. For some reason she felt the need to try and charge a refurbished fee on all of them until i finally said something. I also hears ho lie to a customer that he cant cancel his preorder. Which is a complete lie i guess she just didnt want to have that on her numbers for the day. Calling everyone sweetie isnt customer servic. I dont know you and you dont know me or the 60yrold lady who said that too or anyone. Get some training please and its not your money its game stops money so dont try and steal mine.

I love this store! The staff is always so friendly and I just love the manager (I think shes the manager now) she is so friendly and recognizes me and my son and talk to us like we are friends.

I had a horrible experience. They didnt call for our (my husbands and mine) which they had informed us they would at the time we ordered it. The sad part was we were in town the day it came out but we didnt know it came out (moving does that to you). It takes us an hour and a half from where we live to get there and my husband cant normally make it as he usually works during their open hours. And then they refuse to let me pick up my husbands game even though customer support had told me that I had before that that wouldnt be a problem. All in all wouldnt recommend this place to anyone and my husband I will not be going back.

I enjoy every visit. Despite the distance it is to get there. I will be honest. Sometimes one of the employees comes across a little pushy, but I understand they are just trying to follow what corporate says to do.

Used to love this location when I was the manager of the Sprint next door. Just wanted to ask a simple question this evening and trade in roughly 25 PS4 games and a console to pick up a switch if they had one on stock. I used to come here exclusively so that I could support the manager with trade ins and subscriptions as I knew that helped them out. After calling at 5:55pm I was put on hold so I went in to the store at 5:59pm to ask since I was hung up on. I was immediately told the store was closed, so I took my kids and left. Funny enough, while leaving someone else was walking up with their console in their hand to turn (whereas I had mine in the car) and were let in, guess I will just get it all online and use craigslist for the old console, thanks for making the choice easy guys!

As usual, this is my go to store for pops and video games. Like how the employees can sometimes be very knowledgeable with certain items.

First off they do not deserve this star. Secondly I liked Gamestop because it was were I normally went to get my games. However when I went to sell some items they accused me of telling a lie as to how I had these items. I have never been so insulted by anyone at that store. They dont care about you or your service they just want your money. Game Exchange and pretty much anywhere else is 110% better than Gamestop. I will never buy another game from them again!

The experience my wife are four kids had at game stop at wolf ranch in Georgetown tx on the evening of September 8th was horrifying to say the least a random customer also shopping entered the store. Me and my family were just shopping and for about 10 min listend as a woman and her assume 7 year old child were cussing back and for loud enough for me and my toddlers to hear. And as to not escalate the situation we minded are buisness hoping the people of the store would enforce some kind of moral standard but the employers said nothing. Which in itself is understandable till the customers turned there sight on me any my family calling names cussing and we purchased what we went there to get dispite this unbelievably terrifying ridiculous experience. And the woman and child left the workers simply said sorry and that everytime those regular customers show up they respond like that. I will be leaving a review as well about this matter i hope no other family has to run into these people and hear the crule speech that is allowed to be taking place in game stop stores i did all i could to bite my tounge during the situation as to not scare my kids or put them and any more danger than what was allowed by the employers not saying to the rude ones to leave. Yall need to do better training and again i am beyond belief of the way this store is ran. Nice people but when u are the worker of a store u speak for the overal standards and if its customary that the regular costumers go and cuss loud then insult other customers for doing nothing more than minding there own buisness and getting a game well shame on Game stop!

Good if they have a early release but their trade value is a rip off.

I bought a GOTY edition of Fallout 4 but it didnt have any of the DLC and when I went back they said theres nothing they can do. Ill never go here again.

They didnt have what we went in there for and they didnt have it available online either.

They tried to give me “$10 trade in or $8 cash” for a game they sell for $69.99 used. I have since canceled my pre order for RDR2 through them and will get it elsewhere. These people are ridiculous.

The manager there is a pretty cool guy. I can go anywhere for video games but hes a friendly face and happens to always be there when I go in. It keeps me coming back and normally I hate going to game stores.

I love this store and most of the employees, however i did have one problem. I went in to pre-order something and one of the bonuses for preordering was a coupon for another game. I was told by a Pricilla that I was unable to get the coupon and would have to wait for the game to release in october.

Not what I expected I asked for an item on sale, the young lady brought me a totally different component. More concerned with watching the other cashier than being a help to customer.
