Hernandez will lie to get you to sign the papers to start the disassembly of your car.Know your worth and don’t dont waste your time here.I had to file a formal complaint with progressive for this business to have a scar on the record.

I was impressed how goood of body work. They did and this catastrophe was a very bad storm for everyone in my area where I redid Rx wires got crossed and there was no body shop within flint surrounding counties that could do the repairs I needed . AMM in Georgetown Texas stepped up to the plate for Farmers and myself and did a jam up job and in the timeliest manner they could . We had a little glitch due to the rainy monsoon season we are having here and a small area on the cab peeled them paint off and the truck had to remain in the shop another six days due to the Memorial Day weekend . AMM did a beautiful job

They completed job too early because my rental was expiring. They called to let me know it was finished the day before rental car was to be returned.When I picked the car, I had to take it back for another week. They never put the trunk back together, missing Mazda emblem from wheel and steering was awful.

They lied to the insurance company and didnt call back. Their customer service is very poor. They were asked 6 times to return the call on my truck. They still havent called me yet. The insurance company didnt even pay them in full due to the piss poor work and lying.

The staff (all of the staff) were extremely helpful and very friendly. They kept me up to date by the minute on what was being done. Impressively my car was finished fast and before expected. Again the staff was awesome. My car came out beautiful. They even washed it inside and out. Thank you all for making a bad experience (car accident) stress free. Ive recommended AMM to everyone at work.. AND A LIFETIME WARRANTY on the parts!!! Thank you AMM!!

Good workmanship and attention to detail, and they are very nice people who seem to know their business will but having my truck for a month and a half without ever once calling to tell me what was happening or what to expect was very frustrating; even when I called them to ask it took a couple of tries to get someone who knew something to call me back.

My insurance company told me to come here and I even had an appointment. They were very rude and not organized and just pretty much all over the place about how I didn’t have an appointment and they were just too busy for me. I ended up calling my insurance company and they even talked to them and they still wouldn’t help me. They are very disorganized, unpleasant and I’m glad my insurance company is finding another collision center.

I went there for an insurance estimate and they were so friendly. The process was fast and easy.

I took my Subaru Forester in to get hail damage repaired and I met Derek. Derek took the time to explain the process and what they could do and give me a realistic timeframe of how long it could take to fix my car. I felt extremely comfortable allowing for AMM to do my repairs and so I said that I would like to do business. Since my insurance was paying for the repairs, I even had car rental insurance that AMM even assisted with the rental process. This company knows how to do customer service the right way! My car was finished in 2 weeks and they even took out dents from car dings that were not hail. They don’t do the bare minimum...they go above and beyond. If I ever have to do bodywork again, they will get another visit from me and I have no problems recommending them to anyone that needs bodywork. Their jingle holds true if you’ve ever heard it on the radio, “Our reputation is no accident.”

Had my Dodge Ram repaired following a hail storm. Customer service was excellent, repairs were tip top. I highly recommend AMM Collision. My battery died during repairs and they reimbursed me for a new one!

They did decent repair work but they lost the wheel locker key and didnt replace it so I cant take my wheels of right now.

We had our car repaired at AMM in Georgetown. They not only got the damage repaired extremely fast, their staff was efficient and very professional. The repair work was flawless and you can not tell that there had ever been any damage! They made the whole process completely painless.
