I was involved in a hit and run a few months ago. Could not find a shop to get my car fixed and Georgetown Collision managed to get me in. I could not have found a better shop. My father in law heard their ad on the radio and suggested I give you a call. Extremely happy I did. Not only did they explain exactly what was going to happen, they went above and beyond to make me feel comfortable.Georgetown Collision are the definition of EXCELLENT customer service. If you are debating, do yourself a favor and give them a call! You will not regret it.I will 100 % be bringing all my cars to get fixed here from now on. Even though its 20 minutes out of my way. Its worth it.Thank you for fixing my car!
Reading all these reviews shows that this place is hit or miss. Our experience was definitely a MISS!Took 80 days to repair the hail damage on our Yukon. Honestly I dont have a huge problem with that. I understand it takes time to get parts and do the job correctly which is their promise and posted on every wall in the lobby area.My problem is that my vehicle was NOT returned to me in the condition I was promised and expecting even after being told it was going through quality checks. Scratched door handles, extra parts in the rear cubby, damaged bezels on the front dash where the leather is peeling off, masking tape and residue on the drivers door and stickers all over the windshield. Later found out that the fog lights no longer work.That wasnt even the worse part. I recorded the mileage when I dropped off my vehicle. They put over 500 miles on vehicle while they had it and returned it to me with the gas below E when it went in with 1/2 tank. I found butterfinger and snickers wrappers stuffed between the seats. We dont eat candy bars. So while I was using a rental car to get back and forth to work, they were using mine for who knows what! I dont remember agreeing for my vehicle to be used as a taxi.I HIGHLY SUGGEST TAKING YOUR BUSINESS ELSEWHERE!
After my car was in the shop being repaired for over a month and a half, my insurance company stopped covering a rental car. Georgetown Collision offered to reimburse me for the rental car during the 12 days that the insurance company denied extended coverage, since the repair took an absurd amount of time. They stated that I would be reimbursed, but covid-19 hit and I was blown off. Understanding due to the nature of the pandemic, I cut the company some slack and did not pester. My mistake because it is over a year later and I have not received a penny from Georgetown Collision. No calls back, excuses, ignored emails. Horrible company that scams teenagers out of their hard earned money!!!!!
Where to begin. the customer service is down right horrid. the women in the office seem to have no communication with the techs, and seem to never know the status or whats going on with repairs. it took them 2.5 months to repair hail damage. and when they told me it was finally done and they were doing there quality control check,(lol) I was certain i would be getting my car back in beautiful condition. WRONG. there were NEW scratches and scuffs on the car. the paint job was terrible and you could see bits of debris underneath paint. the INSIDE WAS COMPLETELY TRASHED. my roof liner was covered with oil and grease hand /finger prints on the entire front to back AND coffee stains on the roof liner?!?! . There was brown rust colored dust covering my entire console, dash and seats.the window molding was crimped and just shoved in the window. AND i was missing an interior PANEL TO MY CAR. YES!!! they actually lost pieces to my car and didnt say anything and just gave it back to me like everything was ok. I dont even know what to do about all of it. i had the lady in the office come and take pictures of everything and she said she would be passing it on to the manager. I have not heard from anyone as of yet. DO NOT TAKE YOUR CAR HERE. PAY YOUR DEDUCTIBLE AND TAKE IT SOMEWHERE MORE RELIABLE.
Superior work! Though, not a fault of their own, my car repair took longer than usual due to the supply chain constraints getting a new roof due to hail damage. My car looked brand new! The team at Georgetown Collision kept me informed almost weekly as to the status of the repair work. I will always recommend them to anyone for top quality work and communication.
Screw in a run flat tire is no bueno as you can’t patch. Have to recognize Georgetown Collision Lydia and Eli for honoring the $300 replacement, as it was incurred in their shop. No hassle, no issue, they just took care of us. This is the third car they have done work on for us and will continue to use them. Highly recommend….
I had my car here for hail damage repair. I was very pleased with the communication. Updates were sent by text, and I had no wait in the response time. From the first person I saw (Dolly) to the last person who handed my keys over, I was very happy!
SO IMPRESSED! I had my mustang that had hail damage here at Georgetown Collision and they repaired it back to excellent shape. They did a great job and highly recommend them for your body shop needs.
The work that they did was good but they didn’t finish the job. When I picked up my truck there was a missing hub cover on one of my rims. I asked the tech about it and he said “You can probably order one on Amazon”. My insurance company paid them $17,000 and I have to order my parts on Amazon to finish it myself??? The rim they replaced was gloss black instead of Matt black. Oh well!! And the Ram 1500 emblem is still in the back seat and they didn’t even order the Hemi emblem. They said it takes a full 30 days for repairs but they had my truck for 3 months!!! They did pay my deductible but by the time I take it somewhere to finish the job I’m sure it’s going to cost a lot more than the deductible. Don’t try to be cheap like I did. Go somewhere reputable and pay the deductible. It will save you money in the long run.
Have to say that the CSR Desiree was awesome! She provided me with updates, quick responses, and the status of my vehicle every step of the way! When you call ask for her shell get you taken care of with the most professional help Ive ever had with a collision company! And the overall work done on my truck was good.
OMG where do I begin, first of all I wish I could give NO STARS !!!!PLEASE DO NOT TAKE YOUR CAR HERE, all of them are crooks from Dolly in the front, the other two girls who answer the phone to Manny who worked on my jeep! They are ALL IN WITH IT !It took them 3 months before I got my car back! A big scam asking my insurance for more money, over and over again! Manny said more things have gone wrong with the car! Which was a lie, I had a smallfender bender!!!It was so much, it was overwhelming and very stressful. Than they were saying I had to pay for my deductible, when they offer to waive your deductible that’s not true my deductible was $1000 I had to pay $500 to them, I was so mad,! The Radio commercial they run about waving your deductible is not true false advertising this place is terrible they are crooks I do not recommend this place to anybody!I have told all my friends and family and I made sure they tell everyone they know!I was so upset when I got my car back, it was making a terrible sound, not safe to drive!I had to take it somewhere else so they could look at it! OMG just writing this review makes my blood pressure go up!I have always use CALIBRE COLLISION in the past, however they couldn’t fit me in on time, that’s why I went to this horrible place!Calibre collision is a fantastic place to take your car, they do an excellent job always on time and always give you updates on what’s going on, I will always recommend Calibre Collision to everyone!
Not worth saving your deductible by going here. My truck was there for 29 days to fix a minor fender bender on the back. Yes 29 days!!! However that wouldn’t have even been so bad had the repairs been done correctly. They weren’t. In fact I’m still waiting on a call that the part is in for me to take my truck back up there to get fixed a second time. As you can see from the picture the part is bubbling out and barely hanging on. This picture was taken in their parking lot on the day I was picking up. This was passed by their inspection as “good to go”. Sad and like I said still waiting on the phone call to take it back. 11 days and counting.

I brought my F-250 to GT Collision to repair hail damage. The repair was very professionally done. My pickup looks like new. Dolly was very helpful. Christina was very responsive to my emails. It is a very stressful time with material and worker shortage, but Dolly and Christiana were very accommodating and professional in working with me. Thank you.

My vehicle was caught in a hail storm. Even though I thought the damage wasnt that severe it turns out I had over $3400 worth of damage. I took my vehicle to Georgetown collision for repair. The staff were great. They walked me through the process and made sure I understood their process and what was was needed to repair my vehicle. Even though they were extremely busy with hail damaged vehicles they assured me they would not cut corners in repairing my vehicle. My vehicle was ready in a little over two weeks. When I inspected my vehicle it was like it just came off the showroom floor. Would I recommend Georgetown Collision? Yes I would. If my vehicle needs body work again, they will get my business.
Georgetown Collision was one of the best experiences I have had when needing autobody repair. They were very courteous from the moment that I contacted them and followed through with everything they promised. Their communication was outstanding as they always kept me up-to-date on the repair of my vehicle. Most importantly, the repair quality was outstanding. In addition, I just had surgery a few days before the repair was completed and they delivered my vehicle to my home. Scotts team is outstanding, but a special shout out to Desiree for her professionalism and courtesy throughout the entire process. I would highly recommend Georgetown Collision for any and all of the services they provide.
This place is awesome they went above and beyond. They dealt with the insurance company which was being very difficult and the insurance adjuster which I havent named for but Im not going to say it in the review I want to say that Desiree Manny and Daphne went above and beyond they have helped me in so many different ways it was god sent that they were able to be here for me I recommend this place to anybody and everybody it doesnt matter if its hail damage or if you do like I did drive over a flood culvert they will fix your stuff and do a excellent job
PLEASE, PLEASE, PLEASE READ THIS! DO NOT EVER TAKE YOUR CAR TO GEORGETOWN COLLISION! If there would have been a zero star option thats what I would have left. Please read all of the reviews for Georgetown Collision and do not be fooled by the good reviews that they do have. I promise you they would not recieve any good reviews if they did not REQUIRE you to write them in order to save your deductible. You will recognize that when reading the reviews... because the customers who wrote the good reviews were very vague... as if they were only writing it because they were forced to in order to save their deductible. Very sad that even Scott (the Owner at Georgetown Collision) knows that his business is not good enough for people to leave their own good reviews...so he basically has to use manipulation to benefit his business instead of actually trying to help the community as he makes it out to seem on his advertisement. I love KASE 101 and always listen to the Bobby bones show. This is where you here the add for Georgetown CollisionWE WILL SAVE YOUR DEDUCTIBLE . Dont be fooled (read the fine print) you will find that in their paperwork they are responsible for absolutely nothing. Just know that your repairs could take months and insurance normally only cover rental cars for up to 30 days so you will be responsible for paying the overage. Their estimates are really high so the insurance is more likely to total out your car than fix it...which is what happened to us. Basically Scott looks out for the best interest of himself and the customers can deal with the rest...which is the opposite of how a great body shop should treat you. Scott is not a pleasant person to deal with! So I would definitely stay clear of this place!
Took my wife’s truck there to save money on the deductible and got the truck back with wires not put in the right place which caused my computer to go out cost me 2k to fix that as well as we got the truck back throwing 15 check engine light codes that weren’t there when the truck went in. Also the truck had no oil in the engine nor transmission fluid. This place is a scam. And to fix the mistakes they did they were gonna charge it to my insurance again so obviously there work does not have a warranty like they say they do. Take your work elsewhere cause this place will take all the money they can get and then some.
I experienced my first hail storm since moving from Massachusetts to Texas and boy was it scarey! I was so relieved when my boss told me about Georgetown collision and their deductible waiver program (idk about you but I wasnt ready to pay a deductible). From start to finish all the staff were so helpful and kept me updated as best as they could through the entire process. They even delivered my car to my job when it was done! Looks like a brand new car and I could not be more happy to have my baby back!
Im 18 & this is my 1st car. I specifically choose a car with no accidents because you dont know who fixed the car or the quality of parts used, or if they WERE used. Well someone backed into my car within a few months of me getting it & then I was rear ended just a few months after the 1st accident. Awesome right? My mom choose Georgetown Collision because they use factory parts & had good reviews. They actually painted her car due to it being egged & the paint looks really good. So to my car repairs with Georgetown Collision. I will say some of this wouldnt bother people which is why I included photos. The hood doesnt seem to be aligned correctly, its a little higher on the right & theres a larger gap on the left. The left front rests on the side on the left but theres a gap on the front right. Theres also a pretty large gap on the front passenger part of the frame where it meets the body (by the windshield) & the frame below the front passenger door has a gap & sticks out. The bumper isnt flush in parts & sticks out. The paint is also a bit blotchy where parts meet. The fog light inserts (not sure what they are called) arent in evenly. I havent been able to address this with them because I got my car back right as they issued the shelter in place so its currently not an option, not their fault btw. They do guarantee their repairs for life so Im sure they will fix it & I will update my review when I get the chance to take my car back. I guess Im just a bit bummed, as this is my 1st car & I just dont feel like its the same. The staff we have dealt with (its usually someone different so theres a few people) have all been nice. I didnt have any issues with getting updates or talking to someone when I needed to either & they had my car 1.5ish months (they were dealing with 2 separate auto claims at once).
Hail damage repaired to my satisfaction. I appreciate the OEM parts and lifetime warranty.
Update:Brought car back and was told the original Technician was no longer working there. They took my car back in for another week and it came back looking near flawless. The hood gapping issue, the rubber seal, the paint issue on the door, and the front grill was adjusted/was fixed. They also did some additional work to replace my damaged passenger mirror. Super kind to wait for me and walk around the car to ensure I was satisfied. Great work!Below is original review.Honestly, Im disappointed in the work. When I got the call that my car was finally done after waiting almost two months for the parts to come in (delayed because of the pandemic) and having some paperwork issues (that were my fault), I was absolutely ecstatic. The staff were super kind and let me pick up the car after closing time. I brought in another car that needed some cosmetic repair and quickly picked up my car to head into work for that evening.However, my car is not done. Only after driving for a short bit did I realize that there was quite a bit of wind noise from my driver door and I called Georgetown to let them know that there was an issue with the rubber seal on the door. They were super nice and told me to bring it in the next day to have a look at it.After I got to work I noticed more issues that I didnt see in my quick glance over of the car.There is rough paint on my door arch where it was sanded and never painted. The rubber wether stripping was not reassembled correctly and my door wont close flush (please see photos). Everything on the front is slightly crooked. The gapping on one side of the hood is massive and really tight on the other. I dont know if the hood was re-straightened or if its the front quarter panel causing the gapping.I hit a deer in the front slightly to the driver side just missing the headlight and it jarred the hood leaving a decent dent there. The other area that they fixed was the front of my driver door where a bumper flew of a van and hit my car. Did they get the dents out and paint match, yeah. Were they extremely generous to waive my deductible for the claims, absolutely. Im bringing the car back to get the above issues addressed and will update this review.
Brought in my jeep for hail repair. Everything seemed to have gone at a timely pace (was definitely worried since they were so busy but I guess I got lucky) they popped all the dents out of the hood and it seems fine. First time I have ever honestly delt with hail damage. They also did givey jeep back cleaning then I left it so that was really nice

Quality of work : decentPaint job : fairClean up : nope, engine compartment coverd in dust, truck dirty, inside very dusty.You would think in 75 days they would have time to clean up THEIR mess.Dont waist your time here.
Brought our car here for damage caused by a hail storm. We are pleased with the work the Georgetown Collision performed as our car looks like it did before the storm! Would recommend!
Our truck looks the same as the moment before the hail pumbled our truck. Yes it took a while but from what I hear from other who chose other shops our time experience was actually good.
The repair was done well and made in a timely manner. The shop even stayed open late on a Friday night for me to get my vehicle back. Communication was a little lax (ie. getting answers to all my questions) but all and all a great shop. If the need arises I will definitely use them again.
My 2021 Chevy Colorado was recently caught in a horrible hailstorm. Georgetown Collision did a fantastic job on bringing my truck back to showroom floor condition. Christina was a fantastic help working with my insurance company. She guided me through the process to help keep things moving along. Someone always promptly answered the phone anytime I had questions. It did take right at 30 days to get my vehicle back out of the shop but it was clearly stated to me before I dropped it off that it would probably take that long. They were really booked with all of the vehicles that were recently damaged by this storm. I will definitely come back to Georgetown Collision if I ever need any future auto body work again.
A deer hit our car in mid December and we had our car taken to Georgetown Collision. The whole team was extremely professional and did a great job on the repair on our car. Also Manny one of the techs their explained thoroughly everything that was done to the vehicle for the repair and made sure we were pleased with everything before releasing the vehicle. I will continue to use Georgetown Collision for any of my vehicle body repairs going forward.
The ladies answering the phones are ditzy and extremely unprofessional! I will take my business elsewhere. I dont know why this place wastes money advertising on the radio only to turn around and run potential customers off. UNBELIEVABLE!Edited to add: have you guys seen the reviews? Goergetown Collision is not a great place to take your vehicle. If youre ever in need of repair. They have the most awesome staff, very welcoming. The quality of work they do is HORRIBLE!!!!! I also love how they communicate they take forever to return you vehicle just to do patch work. They remind me of HarryWormwood on Matilda. Its sad that my Insurance preferred body shop will not touch our car now because of the HORRIBLE JOB Georgetown Collision did. Stay far away!!!! And our trunk never closed the same...OEM parts my A$$ more like bondo...I have pictures to show their work
Not only did they charge me close to nothing to fix the ripped front half of my car, they returned it in half the time they promised, had cleaned it inside and out, and actually delivered it to my house the day it was finished... Im blown away. Ive had great service at nice places (like Covert Cadillac - theyre great!) but this was on a whole other level. EVERYONE else in the business could learn from these guys. I will NEVER go anywhere else!PS - I have an electric car. Yeah, they fixed that. Oh, and there was ZERO wait when I got there. Instant service. Simply unbelievable...
WORST business decision I have ever made. RUN AWAY. It is not worth it. Use a reputable repair facility.
I’d heard their commercials for years and contacted them after a deer ran into the side of my car. I like that they do not provide an estimate until the car had been taken apart to really see any damage on the inside (of the door, in my case). My insurance company has a guy who stops by there frequently because of the volume of work they do and he kept me informed of the progress throughout the repair. The car looks great and I prefer that original manufacturer parts have been used.
I am very pleased with the professionalism of the staff. The work was completed alignment, oil change and other repairs in a timely matter. They diagnosed the problems, notified me, and fixed the problems. The staff are also friendly and considerate.
Took my car here after I had an accident that caused body damage ! I never thought I’d have the same car back and that it would look so good after getting fixed!! Desiree was a big help & my car was even detailed when I got it back😊

Like many others, I used the repair shop to take advantage of the waived deductible program. It is made clear that your car will be in the shop for at least 30 days, if not longer. My vehicle was in for 59 days. I am fortunate enough that I do not drive my car every day, and was able to use my husbands or another family members vehicle after I had to return the rental car. So, take that into consideration if not having a car for over 30 days could be an issue. The staff was very friendly and tried their best to give me an update as soon as possible, but sometimes I had to call back. My car was in the detail process for several days and my finish date was pushed back a few times. After detail, they ended up having yo.replace my battery. That was frustrating. They are a very large business, they know what they are doing, but I think atbghis time they have more business than they can handle. It was mentioned to me that they are in the process of hiring more staff. I hope that will improve the turn around time and communication. They did a great job on my car, the deductible deal was worth it for me to not have my car for 2 months.
They should rename their company Pride Collision Repair, because it is obvious that this company still takes that old school pride in a job well done. When I pulled up to pick up my car, not only did I notice that the repair was impeccable, but I also immediately noticed that they had completely detailed out my car, inside and out. I have had repairs done in the past by franchise companies where they literally just washed the area that they worked on. Not the case with Georgetown Collision Center. I dont know if this is standard, but they even went around my car and buffed out scratches that had been there for years. Really, I was just floored by the amount of attention they put into making sure my car left 100% better than it came. Even though this car is 9 years old, my Flex is still my baby and they repaired it like it just came off of the lot. They may take a little longer than some of the franchise companies, but the result was well worth the wait. They kept us informed every step of the way, and even found damage the insurance company had missed and made sure those repairs were made as well. I could not be any more pleased with the service we received or the result of the repair. I hope I do not need GCC again, but if I do, I am a customer for life.
I took my vehicle to Georgetown Collision because I had always heard their radio ad. The people that I dealt with were helpful and professional.My issue comes down to theft from my vehicle. I had multiple electronics in my vehicle that were stolen while the vehicle was in their possession. The vehicle is in a locked lot so it had to be theft from someone who works there.I voiced my opinion to employed multiple times and also emailed the owner. I received no response from the owner and the employees told me “I don’t know what to tell you. I asked my guys and they said they didn’t take anything. I believe the word of by guys”That’s great that you believe your workers but someone is clearly lying. These items didn’t just disappear. They were stolen from my vehicle.Be wary of taking your vehicle here.
You know I was a little worried when I took my SUV here after we were nailed by a deer of Christmas, because there were a ton of raving reviews, it was a little fishy you know... Welp I 100% GET IT NOW.These people were wonderful, they stayed within the time frame they provided, and went well above and beyond. My insurance screwed me over BIG TIME and they worked with me to help make it right. I would highly recommend them. Thanks a million yall.
Never refund me for my rental car. My car way in the shop for over 2 months. I have written email confirming that I would receive reimbursement, but the refund was delayed to to covid and then they switched owners. The new owner will not take responsibility. I have been waiting patiently for over a year. The new owner refuses to contact me back or settle the issue. TAKE YOUR BUSINESS ELSEWHERE
We had small fender bender on the back corner of our Limited Toyota 4 Runner and Georgetown Collision was able to fix it to brand new! The customer service was outstanding, friendly and the work was flawless. We are very happy with the results. The only area they could improve on is the turn around time as it took a month for the work to be completed. That being said we would do it all over again as it is a breath of fresh air to have personal and friendly service.
Drove from West Austin to get an estimate. I was told that they could not do the estimate and that I would have to return the following week. I set an appointment the following Monday. Upon arrival, I was surprised to find that the estimator had made conflicting plans, and could only do a cursory review of my truck. I was then directed to a employee who took my information and had me fill out and sign several forms. I was then advised that they would be in contact. When I inquired about the, I will waive your deductible statement, I was advised that the company had recently been sold, and that they no longer honored those statements. I advised that the radio stations were still running the ad, and told them that it was the reason I had decided to driver up to Georgetown to get the estimate. I was then told that if my claim exceeded $2500, then they would consider waiving $500 off my deductible, but it was on a case by case basis. I returned home awaiting a call, but never received one. I called the store and was told to email the manager, which I did. I never received any response. I again called. I was asked to leave a message and that it would be returned. That was in excess of two weeks ago. Still no response. At this point, I would most likely not use Georgetown Collision for my needed repairs, due to the lack of follow up and false advertisements .
Repaired right panel on bed of truck and replaced fender flare. Did a great job on repair and got the job quicker than we were originally told. Excellent customer service. Will recommend to others!

Georgetown Collision finished repairs to my truck sooner than the time they estimated it would take. I picked up the truck and it looked amazing. Extremely detail oriented, very fair, and friendly service from all staff especially Michael Fullerton and Dolly. My truck looked like it was still brand new. Really happy with the result. I really appreciate their clear and efficient communication. They went out of their way to provide truly exceptional customer service and phenomenal car service. I also want to mention that usually when an auto shop submits repair estimates to insurance companies, the insurance companies usually decline some services that are deemed unnecessary. Not with Georgetown Collision. My insurance company said that their repair estimates were very reasonable which surprised my agent. ... Georgetown Collision feels like a breathe of fresh air. 10/10 stars! Will be a repeat customer in the future and will recommend this company to anyone in the Austin-Georgetown area!!!
Heard from a buddy about this reputable repair shop so took an opportunity to check into them. From the first call to the repair shop I was treated kindly and with respect. Once I checked reviews online and really looking into getting “quality repairs”, I decided to take the trip to check in person. I walked in and was immediately assisted and greeted with a friendly smile. I did make the decision to get repairs to my vehicle on just the respect favor and based on the friendly atmosphere and just the notion of knowing this place seemed genuinely interested in making quality repairs to my truck. It was a great choice and very smooth process. Definitely would include them in future repairs.

Everyone at Georgetown Collision was super helpful. From the time we dropped off the car, the staff was professional and friendly. Most of all, they were very clear and transparent about their policies and about the time required to do a good on the car. The staff was very helpful with the paperwork, and in dealing with my insurance company. They provided transportation to the car rental location, and made the entire experience as stress free as possible. They even offered snacks.From the front office staff to the technician who came out to take pics of the damage to my car, everyone was professional. This matters, because we have all been to dealers or other locations where we were treated badly, and paid a fortune for that experience. Not Georgetown Collision. I wasnt sure what to expect, and was worried about the remote location. But I was pleasantly surprised. Georgetown Collision is an oasis off of I-35, providing old-fashioned customer service, the kind we all remember. You know what I mean, friendly, competent, professional, caring, and most of all, transparent.When I picked up my car, it was painted like new.
I took my vehicle to Georgetown Collision a friend recommended me. The people that I dealt with were helpful and professional no problems the work they did to my truck very good work, but my Acosta sunglasses got stolen inside my truck when I call they told me that they seen the case of my sunglasses on the cameras first of all why where they going thru my glovebox when the repair was never inside my truck I try to speak to the manager/owner but no response i recorded a conversation between me and the employee stating that they did see my sunglasses case but I don’t even have that. Can’t trust this people
So far, the work appears well done. I see no issues with the repair and paint. The office staff is very nice. The work was completed sooner than the 30 days that was expected. Be aware, they only take cash or certified check for payment. They do not take credit cards or even debit cards without paying a significant fee.However, there are no safety precautions for COVID-19, not even in the office. No one wears a face covering in the office and even the driver did not wear a face covering while driving to drop off for the rental car. When my insurance called to say the rental car was only authorized through the next day, I called and was told the car would be ready to pick up the following day. The following day I did not hear from them so I called and was reassured it would be done that afternoon and that someone would call me back. No one called me back that afternoon but the rental car was still due back or I would be charged for an additional day. I then had to call my insurance company to get the rental car extended at least until the next day since I hadnt gotten my car back and hadnt heard back from them. They still hadnt called me so the next day, I had to call them to find out when the car would be done and ready to pick up and how to drop off the rental car and get to their location to pick up the car. ALL of their signs and paperwork you sign says Do Not Contact Your Insurance. We Will Contact Your Insurance For All Extensions, and that they would take care of all that. But clearly, they didnt take care of it.Also, once I picked up my car and was ready to leave, the stereo was on a station that clearly had been changed from when I dropped off the car and the bass/treble was changed and volume turned up so loudly that it startled me.
The experience from start to finish was excellent. You do need an appointment there, but I did not know that unfortunately. After driving 45 min from Kyle, Dolly helped us anyway and was a joy to work with. They contacted us every time that there was a new issue. The people that they have hired there are all awesome and knowledgeable. Manny communicated to me when the car was done and walked me out to show me what they did on the car. My car looks brand new and I am so happy that I chose Georgetown Collision to repair my car.
My son told me about this place. He said he heard on the radio they waive the deductible. And yes it’s true they do! I got my car back yesterday. It took about 30 days to complete it. So far I’m very pleased with the work. My windshield was pretty much shattered. A deer ran into the side of my Lexus, bounced up in the air and came down on my windshield. There was tiny little piece of glass that got stuck in both front seats. They made sure I didn’t leave unsatisfied. Everyone was kind and professional. I will be recommending them to my friends and family.And I’m going to be taking my two teenagers cars there due to cracks in their windshields.
Georgetown Collision was absolutely wonderful to use. They were very professional, worked with me every step of the process. My car took less time than anticipated to repair, which was very helpful! They even took me to pick up my rental after the initial intake! I would HIGHLY recommend Georgetown Collision to anyone in need of repairs! In total my vehicle took about three weeks in the shop, and Georgetown Collision was in contact with my insurance company the whole time!
I was totally bummed the day I rear ended another vehicle and messed up the front of my suv. The next day I was driving to leave my kids at school and heard an add about Georgetown collision on the radio. After having 2 previous quotes with other companies done I decided I wanted to check out GT collision. From the first call I made inquiring about there center I knew I would use them. They use all OEM parts and no janky parts. They were awesome about keeping me updated on the status of my repairs and even detailed and Jennifer and Michael even delivered my car too me which was awesome. (Trying to move car seats from one vehicle to another is such a hassle and they just understood that). If your in need of any repairs whatsoever I cant encourage you enough to use Georgetown collision, there honest, effective, great customer service and care about the safety of you! I will definitely use them again if ever needed!
I was recommended to Gtown by another body shop because of the deductible program. I was a little bit wary at the beginning because they warned me that the car could be in the shop longer than my insurance would cover a rental. Fortunately I was lucky enough to get the car back on the last day of my rental coverage. The work looks great and all of the office staff are helpful, polite and professional, especially Dolly. They wont call to give you automatic updates, but if you contact them, they will get information back to you quickly. My car was in the shop ~3 weeks in total. Overall very satisfied. Worth the drive from North Austin.
Just dropped off my truck and everyone has been very friendly, they explained the process and made me feel like my truck was in good hands. Ill update this review once I get my truck back.
My car was in a minor accident. I heard about Georgetown Collision on the radio. I took my car in for the repairs. The owner Scott is one of the best guys I could meet. There was a slight delay do to my part being on backorder. My insurance provider was not helping and canceled my rental. These guys are so great that they offered, not only to provide me with a rental, but offered me a personal vehicle. Now that is awesome.If you’ve ever been to a place that you like but never want to go back to. This is the place. Because if I go back it means my vehicle has been damaged.
This is a going to be a very honest review of how the entire process went for my car repair.To start when they say theyll waive $500 of your deductible it is true! I saved over $1000 on that front since I had to do two different claims. But the caveat to that is I have had to pay $400 in a rental car because of how long the repairs took. This was partially due to my own planning and assuming my rental car would be taken care of by my issuance. It was only paid for the time of repair which was exceeded by over 3 weeks.The staff is beyond friendly. Everyone from the techs, to the secretaries. I swear Dolly knew my number by heart by the time I picked up my car. I will come back. I loved their service and how friendly they are. I just wanted people to be warned about the rental car issues.
Good work done to our vehicle and it has a lifetime warranty which is nice. The work did take a long time to be completed but in then end was not a big deal since our insurance covered a rental. They have had great customer service as well.
I first heard about Georgetown Collision from their ad on the radio saying that they would waive my deductible. I was skeptical at first, and noticed that they were in the process of making some large changes within the company when I dropped my car off. I was a little uneasy but was happy to have such honesty from Gloria, who checked me in and thoroughly explained how the process could take more than 30 days for the repairs. Over the course of the next 34 days, I did experience a few lags in communication from the staff in regards to the status of my vehicle. I received a call from my insurance claim manager explaining to me that the repairs on my vehicle have been put on hold due to parts of the claim that were not approved. My only issue with this was that I heard about it from my claim adjuster and not from the shop itself. After the insurance part was straightened out I was told that my vehicle was nearing completion through an email. In an effort to find out more information on the status than what I was provided, I made multiple attempts to call myself. I finally got in touch with Victoria, who was extremely helpful in explaining the status of my vehicle and got back to me as promised before the day was over. She told me exactly where it was within the shop and when I could expect to have it completed. I was happy to get the call on Monday which was a day before I was told the car would be ready for pickup. Overall the work done by Georgetown Collision looks great and I am satisfied with the repairs. My only constructive criticism would be to make sure and have proper communication with the customer if anything changes during repairs. I also understand that this business is very busy, as they are always on the run trying to do whats right for the customer.
Honestly Have No Idea how this place does not have 5/5 stars. Those other reviews have to be fake. Either that or there was a 100% business turn around. I read reviews all the time. I fully think these are the best way to advertise for a business.Fullertons; I feel it would be completely unfair not to review. This has been hands down not only my best experience with car repair; but the best experience I have received at a business EVER.This is not a fake review, I am from Pittsburgh and am down in Texas for work until May. You can verify the integrity of my review by looking at my profile.Long story short, my car got damaged from drive shaft that fell off of of a tractor trailer truck, closing I35 and having me and 29 other cars damaged. From what I could see, my two rims (bent) and tires (blown out) were completely damaged. My car was metaphorically screwed for a week or so. Upon calling Fullertons, not once did I get a rushed response, or any indication they were too busy for me. I am not an easy client, and expect perfection in car repairs like this.Turns out my car had about 3x more damage than thought. Marissa the receptionist and state farm rep, was awesome to assist me the whole way (along my multiple calls to see updates), and gave detailed progress on my car and a timetable. After receiving my car; I swear to you I did not recognize it. I never saw my car this nice, even off the dealer lot! They not only fixed all damaged parts, but fixed anything that could possibly go wrong (what insurance covered). They also completely cleaned my interior and exterior. Simply stunning, cannot use any other words to describe it. I cannot stress enough how amazing my car looked. I had my wheels plasti dipped before, but Fullertons powder coated all 4 rims! I have never seen rims shine and look so good; honestly.As you can see, I really could not be happier. I would have been satisfied if they did half of what they did (most repair places just to finish your car), but Fullertons honestly does not feel the job is done until you are overly satisfied. Again they are not happy at content, but want your expectations beyond indusrty standards. I cannot even fathom another place that came close here or in Pittsburgh to the standard of care and customer service I have received here.Unfortunately, I move back to Pittsburgh soon, but if I stayed in the Austin area, I would never even think for a split second of going anywhere else. You simply have an absolute gem in Georgetown for car repair. Thanks again to all the staff/painters/bodywork specialists/eletricians/ etc for all of the amazing work. Attached are pictures of my 2015 Chrysler 200S (new and improved!). Also to mention, Marissa and the Owner could not have been nicer or more professional to a client (perfectionist like me). The repairs on my vehicle took a while, but the job they did was fantastic. The staff was extremely helpful and very inviting. Days after my collision, my girlfriend also was involved in a wreck. I had her vehicle brought to Georgetown Collision as well due to the great job their staff is doing. Dolly is the best to work with and Alan the shop manager is a real professional and eager take care of you.
This is one of the best body shops I have ever been too. The whole staff is super professional and very helpful. When I first took my vehicle in I had a fantastic first encounter with dolly who helped get everything going on getting my vehicle fixed. I had 2 separate claims and they waived both of my $500 deductibles. I had hail damage and a damaged front bumper. With the hail damage I had over 300 dents and you can’t even see a single one. My front bumper was completely replaced with OME parts. Overall this company has made my car look the way I bought it off the lot and for that I’m grateful. I will be referring everyone I know about this place. I would give this place a 10 star if I could!
I took my Raptor truck to have some very light damage repaired. After 3 trips there still not satified. Clear coat sags, swirl marks from not cutting and buffing correct, and tailgate which was the only thing they actually had to do any bodywork on looks like a begginer worked on it.

Given the current Covid climate it did take longer then i expected for my truck to be completed. But that being said she is looking better then ever and my experiences with customer service has been fenominal. Then you add in the waiving of my deductible and the lifetime guarantee on the repairs made. I would have to say that it was well worth the wait. I will definitely be a returning customer.
I chose Georgetown Collision for the repairs on my vehicle after it was involved in an accident. In exchange for a Google review waived my $250 deductible. The car had front end damage and needed new parts, paint and mechanical work. Their intake process was very simple, allowing me to complete the paperwork online with eSign. They repeatedly say in the contract to expect your vehicle to be in the shop for 30 days, however we really pressed them hard and my car was there for only 19 days. Communication is not great, and there are a lot of excuses (like at most auto shops), but I am very happy with the quality of the work.
First time working with Georgetown Collision! I would highly recommend bringing your truck here if you want it done right. You can expect them to have it at least 30 days; however, the wait is well worth it. Everything exceeded my expectations. The truck looks really good. Although communication was rocky, it was resolved quickly! Very satisfied with the way the truck came out! I will be recommending to any other accidents need repairs!!
My daughter and I were in an accident that messed up the back of our families traverse pretty bad. They not only repaired it to look brand new it drives amazing and looks amazing inside. The staff is very respectful and polite. They did what they could to help us with updates and spoke to his insurance to let them know about extending our rental until our vehicle was finished. Loved the family feel when we arrived and all the kind words when picking up our vehicle.So glad my husband chose to have our family vehicle sent there!!! What can I say when they are the best nothing can be corrected
People were friendly and the car looked very nice. No damage to the car and it. Was nice and clean when I got it . However it took a very long time to get my car finished due to issues with paint. I had a hard time getting Allen to communicate with me these last two weeks. I also had asked Alan if he could give an oil change as a courtesy for them extra time it took. Well today i came to get my car and was told by him that he never promised anything to me.Besides that issue overall I am happy with my car
From the intake, Alan was very helpful explaining to me the damage that I could not see. He was very thorough and kept me apprised. Then Joe would call me with any new updates, and I was very appreciative for that. Mike, who is in QC, made sure my car looked brand spanking new. I can’t forget miss Dolly who finalized and called me when it was ready. I would definitely recommend this company.
Other than time in the shop and streamline of communication can be better. The work done on my vehicle looks brand new. I would 10/10 recommend to anybody needing any work done. They fight for you with the insurance companies. Lifetime warranty on work done. Best experience I’ve ever had with mechanic shops.
I will not take my car here again. The approximate 45 day wait was not worth the waived deductible since my insurance company only paid for my rental about 10 days. The work on the car seems comparable to other shops. No communication on the status of the vehicle unless you call and bug the staff. If you want to have the deductible waived, this shop is okay as long as you dont mind waiting up to 60 for the car.
I took my truck to get repaired I messed up my tailgate I walked in the office and the ladies had great customer service I received emails of my updates and then I got a call my truck was ready. I saw my truck and it looked brand new. They even cleaned my car looked very nice. They also waived my deductible.
I just picked up my vehicle from Georgetown Collision Center after it was involved in a minor accident. The staff was amazing. I started the process with Dolly. She was extremely professional and so so sweet. The repairs are perfect. 10/10 would highly recommend to anyone needing repairs.

I would rate them 5 if their communication with clients was better.. my vehicle was repaired and looks like new. No issues there.. my only issue was that I would call in to try and get an update and my original estimator would never return my calls. I then started dealing with Allen I believe was his name and I had no issue get updates from him. I 100% understand you all are busy, being that you are a very busy with client intake, dealing with insurance company, amongst other things. But I simple call back, when I called, would have been nice.. all in all, Id do business with you all again.
Dolly was very helpful in this process, having not had an accident in almost 30 years, it was nice to have a company that walked me thru the process and was patient with all my calls and questions.
This is my second time here and they did another awesome job on my vehicle. Couldn’t ask for better customer service. They were all willing to help and answer any questions that we had. Will be back in the future if we ever need any body repairs. Thank you Georgetown Collision.
Horrible 0 stars stole some glasses inside their case worth $200 that I had in the glovebox and denied it didn’t think they needed to open my glovebox to make outside repair. And when I called to ask about them the lady said that the glasses weren’t there but they did see the case in their cameras but the case wasn’t even there when I got the truck. I called a couple times to ask for the manager but they said he wasn’t there to call back if I wanted too because he was just gonna tell me the same thing.
The repair job they did on my vehicle was great. It looked like new again.
Patience is a virtue, I took my car around 7/13/2020 and go it back on 09/03/2020. Car was in great condition, everything that I wanted for them to take care of they made sure it was done and some. I was pretty satisfied with the work done to my car and would highly recommend this shop for anybody that is looking to have some work done on their vehicle.
The car had quite a bit of damage to the back window and the back bumper. All of the communication from Georgetown Collision was timely, respectful, and honest. We were kept up to date every step of the way and we were happy to see how pretty our car looked when we came to pick it up. Everyone in the office is friendly and takes time to explain things to you. Hopefully, we won’t need their services again, but we’d happily recommend and use them again if we needed to.
Had my bumper replaced. They guaranteed OEM replacement on all parts and the paint match was perfect. They were up front about the expectations of having my vehicle and the time frame they would have it fixed which is always a complaint with body shops giving you wrong timeframe and not having any open communication. They were good about giving my insurance agent updates on the progress. Me. Dolly made the process of getting the car in the shop and the paper work a breeze. Upon pickup my car was fully detailed inside and out, that was the extra mile!
I was so upset with myself and when I hit my car against the garage wall! But Georgetown Collision came to the rescue! I had heard their commercials on the radio and just had to give them a try. I was nervous about going to a new repair shop, but when I called, Beckie put my mind at ease and helped me through the process. I was able to drop off my car that same day! Everyone that I interacted with at the facility was friendly and easy to deal with. They sat me down and explained everything to me in a manner that I understood. They also explained their quality standards and the care that they put into every vehicle. I left my car there and in less than two weeks, it was ready! I received the same great service when I went to pick up my car. I was handed my final paperwork and we did a walk-around my vehicle to make sure I was happy with the work that was completed. I definitely was!I will definitely recommend Georgetown Collision to anyone for their excellent customer service, attention to detail, professionalism, and the great quality of work!
