I have had great service every time I have been to Auto Collision and Repair. Once, I have had a vehicle in need of body work due to a collision. The proprietor was professional, friendly, and honest. He explained everything so I could understand what needed to be done. The work was done in a reasonable amount of time and everything looked better than it did before the accident.I now frequent the establishment for maintenance. Again, everything is completed in a timely fashion.Everyone is professional and friendly.I have recommended them and will continue to do so.

I found this Auto Collision And Repair Company because I was hit by a deer. My insurance company sent me to them. What a blessing they turned out to be. Not only did they repair the damage done to my car by the deer.(serious bodywork), but they were able to make other repairs that my former mechanic could not, or would not do. Never mind over charging me for work they didn’t complete. Well that’s a thing of the past they’ll never see my vehicle again. But this new company they’re a keepsake. They are very professional, very friendly, and very courteous, in a nut shell they’re basically down-home flocks, The kind you just don’t run into every day anymore. My only regret with this company is that I didn’t find them sooner😢😞☹️🥺. I have been raving about them to all my friends in Seaford, Milford, Laurel, and Rehoboth Delaware. So if you “cherish your car”I would go and see them they’re great company!!!!

After receiving a quote for $2,000 for a small area to be painted on my vehicle I got another quote from Auto Collision and Repair which was under $2,000 for a larger paint repair (missed by the more expensive shop) with a life time warranty for the paint. James, knowing I was paying out of pocket kept the costs down even with a new windshield being installed.I highly recommend using Auto Collision and Repair.

I highly recommend this company for body work. Brought it buy the shop and they gave me an estimate right away. They had my car done in 3 days. The paint matched perfectly and they were able to squeeze an alignment in there as well. Very satisfied and Dave and his crew are friendly.

I was vacationing in the Delaware area when my fiances Ford van broke down. It was so awful!! I had it towed to a local Ford dealership where they wanted literally thousands of dollars for repairs. He recommended an affordable and fast towing service and I had our van re-towed to his shop where they were able to make ALL the repairs to our van in a very time-efficient manner and at a much more realistic and fair price. David was understanding, compassionate, honest, communicative, and I TRULY feel I lucked out in finding this business. I have already recommended this shop to my parents in Delaware. Car issues are TERRIBLY stressful, so I cant say enough about putting your vehicle in the hands of this autobody shop. Took a Dodge Caravan in to be painted. Job took 3X longer than quoted. It is very inconvenient getting around Sussex County without a car and I would be more critical except that the van looks so darned good! Recommend Auto collision for their work. Just be aware that jobs may take a little more time than anticipated.

Dropped our truck off for oil change, then decided we wanted the oil changed in our car. No problem. We just switched vehicles and both were done. Great people to work with.

Dave and his workers got my running after doing every possible and checking everything.To find out it was A brand new battery.

My father brought my bright red 96 Dakota with some front end damage into the shop to be repaired after having driven into a ditch on the side of the road.Before the Accident, the truck was straight and had a very high quality paint finish on the whole front of the truck and roof, as it had been done two years prior to repair the typical clear coat peel off factory Chrysler cars of that time period.Much of the work that was completed at Georgetown Auto Collision was sub par or not done at all.The front bumper was completely uneven, low on the passenger side and high on the drivers side, and paint was cracked around the mounting brackets.The drivers front turn signal was cracked and wasnt replaced.The panel gaps around the drivers front fender were completely uneven.The paint color was poorly blended and had runs on the drivers side a pillar and door as well as orange peel along the drivers front fender and door. The door handles were poorly masked off and paint residue was all over the edges of the drivers door handle and on the middle of the handle as well. All of the repainted areas should have been wet sanded and polished at minimum to meet the quality of the rest of the paint on the hood, cowl, and roof. I have seen better paint jobs at Maaco that cost half the price.During the repair process, somehow, one of the air conditioning lines had been cut. However no mention of this happened from the shop. I found this out after having taken the truck to another shop for routine maintenance.There was little to no communication from the shop to me about the progress of the repair that should have taken three weeks or less but took over a month and a half to do.When the truck was delivered, the sales rep looked over the truck thoroughly and advised me at that time that the repair would take 2 to three weeks and gave me an estimate of repair costs.However it took them almost two months to get the truck done to their satisfaction.They never told me it was done until I personally went to the shop to check on its status after weeks of no communication. Any updates I received from them were only gotten by me having to call them repeatedly.I have clear photos of the truck from before the Accident and after the repairs were done at Georgetown Auto Collision and the difference is simply unacceptable.I will not give them an opportunity to fix the poor repairs that they did because I personally do not find them to be a trustworthy repair facility and given that the bill came to over well over 2000$, I feel like I did not receive good value in any way for their services rendered. I am afraid that they will do more damage than good.I am having Chets Auto body repair all the terrible mistakes that were made and bring the truck back to its proper pre accident condition.And even though in the response to my review, he said he doesnt have any records with my name on it, he knows the truck, when this happened, who I am, and my fathers name.

Auto Collision completed a rear end collision repair on our 2011 Acura MDX. WOW, Car now looks brand new. We are especially pleased on how they were able to match the paint. Great work all around completed on time and per estimate.

I called this shop last week because the plastic sheet on the underside of my car came loose while I was driving on route 113, and it was catching wind and dragging on the ground. Even though it was 5 pm on a Friday afternoon, and the technician had already gone home, David told me to come by anyways. He reattached the sheet and tucked it into the lip of the bumper. He even checked put air in my tires when he noticed one was low. All on a Friday afternoon, and he wouldnt accept any payment. Great quality work and so courteous.
