Please dont make a mistake. Buying a car from this dealer will result in LOSS.My wife and I purchsed a 2012 Volvo without seeing a mechanic first. Our mistake. Since purchasing the vehicle, which needed rear brakes, had a bad oil leak requiring timing sprocket repair, and replacing fuel pump; weve spent over $3400.00. I knew better than to not request a mechanic check the vehicle first so all thats on me.Lamar had told us his wife had driven this vehicle for 3 months prior to the sale. If that was true it would have been IMPOSSIBLE for him not to know of the oil leak. I knew it the day after we bought the car.The thing that bothers me the most is the LINE OF BS we were given. Lamar told us how much he valued relationship to his customers. Since our purchase he has dodged every call, message, and text weve sent him. He will not make contact, leaving me to make the simple, straightforward conclusion about this place of business and this specific businessman.His misrepresentation is due to the FACT that he is really a CON MAN. I filed a BBB complaint asking for a contact from this place of business and he still hides. My deduction from that is he must lack the responsibility, integrity, or even the courage to be a legitimate business owner.I learned my lesson the hard way. I hope you will not make my mistake.

Scammers!!! I guess my first problem was trusting a used car salesman!! Lamar and his girlfriend never paid for my GAP insurance although they added the charges to my Vehicle loan. The finance company and the GAP company both said that I would have to recouoe money from Lamar at iVUE cars… I have called and text Lamar who kept promising to fix the problem— refund my money…. Now he won’t answer my calls and HE IS NEVER AT THE lot. PLEASE CHECK YOUR GAP COVERAGE . YOU probably don’t have it

To be honest, I was not going to leave a GLOWING review for IVue Cars because we had some issues with the vehicle after we purchased it but Lamar is a man of his word and took care of the issues we were having.Most people are skeptical of purchasing a vehicle from a dealership and so were we. The vehicle was a present for our daughters 16th birthday and it was exactly what she wanted. We purchased the warranty just to be safe and it came in handy because the repairs were covered. My recommendation is with any used car, purchase a warranty for at least 6 months for peace of mind. Things sometimes do go wrong on used cars. Lamar does include a basic warranty but we upgraded to handle additional items just in case.

I purchased a 2012 BMW 650i Coupe on 4/30/2020 from Lamar at Ivue cars. I drove less than 500miles and the engine started a weird noise, i took the car to BMW for a service. The news i received from BMW was unbelievable, they told me that the car needed a new motor. I then spoke with Lamar and told him EVERYTHING that was said per BMW. I have yet to receive any help or response from Lamar at this point, Ive called the dealer and his personal phone and still he is ignoring me. The warranty that he offers from CARS is a JOKE!! If you are looking to purchase a vehicle I would MOST DEFINITELY LOOK ELSEWHERE!!!! The financial representative(Jeff) that financed me the loan have stopped doing business with Lamar. I encourage everyone else to do the same. I have documented every false promie from Lamar. Please do not fall for this con artist, Lamar is bad business!!! It is now 6/2/20 and I havent heard anything and my first payment is due 6/5/20. Lamar is knowingly selling cars that need repairs or are completely lemons. I hope this review saves someone else pocket before he strikes again.

Over promised under delivered. Typical BAIT AND SWITCH. I gave Lemar a week and $1k deposit to make repairs for tentative purchase. A week later I was told all repairs were done except the radio. When I went in to get my deposit back. GUESS WHAT?? None of the repairs were done. NONE. He lied from beginning to end. STAY AWAY FROM THIS DEALER.

We would not reccomend this dealer, they contribute to the reason folks dislike the automotive industry! They will be glad to sell you a vehicle but after that day do not expect any customer service! Just for example we were promised a part in writing that we never received, our 30 day tag expired, just very unprofessional, the transaction was a serious letdown! Unfortunately they acted as a typical used car dealer....sad.

I drive 3 hours to purchase a jeep for my birthday BUT when I got there the check engine light was on which I was never told over the phone. If I were told b4 I would have never scheduled to go to that lot. Very upsetting and disappointing.

Edit: at initial purchase I was happy. That was until I had the time to get under the truck I purchased and realize they had just painted over all the surface rust that was underneath. And I mean it was extremely covered in surface rust. To the point where I went to undo a metal clamp and it crumpled in my hand. I looked for there business to udate my review shorty after and couldnt find it. Luckily google reminded me of the review because now there name on google reviews is .... All I can say is stay away they give small dealers the reputation they deserve.

Everything thing was great until after I purchased the car he was supposed to send me a new key and paint the hood 3+ weeks later I cant even get a phone call back and I have sent countless text.I drove out nearly two hours because I thought I was in good hands. Seems like all Lamar cared about was making a sell. So buyers beware. Just an update 3 months in and still no tags

Couldnt ask for a better experience. Mike and Teresa were great to deal with. Spent around 30 minutes just talking about cars and things with Lamar. And that was after they knew we wasnt going to be doing business at that time. They didnt have exactly what we were looking for YET (we are very specific) but will definetly be doing business soon and will make sure anyone who is looking for a vehicle checks them out first. About 3 weeks ago, my daughter and I bought a 2015 White Chevy Camaro convertible from Lamar at IVueCars. We couldnt be more happy with the service and integrity of this dealership. Lamar took the time to answer our questions and made us feel welcome each time we came in. He made sure that our car was in perfect working order and even put new tires on the car for us. I would recommend this dealership to anyone that wants a good used car at a low price. We plan on being a returning customer. Our son will be looking for a truck in the near future. Ill be back!!!

Lamar is a crook agreed to fix my truck after having it 2 days front end was making a horrible popping noise he agreed to fix the issues.. then stopped answering any phone calls then he give me the wrong tag for the truck and only fixed it after threatening to call dmv enforcement.. still have over 500$ in repairs need to be done to the truck an he refuses to fix.. buyers beware of these people only out to make a sell

Lamar is the stereotypical used cars salesman! He will knowingly sell a car that has issues, in Hopes the customer doesnt catch it until after the paperwork is signed. All his complaints are the same, promises to fix issues but then never answers calls or texts, leaves his poor wife to answer. If you do find yourself doing business with him and he promises to fix anything, get it in an IOU so he cant hide from it. Lamar do the right thing and follow through 100% with all customers.....

Unfortunately I didnt heed some of the negatives reviews prior to purchase but I should have. Even after getting the repairs to be completed in writing, they still have not been completed the work after nearly 50 days (a $100 replacement mirror). A multitude of unanswered texts and calls to Lamar and about 1000 excuses always blaming somebody else (family issues, new employee screwed up, file was lost, had to get a new phone, etc). Not sure how this place is still around. As I business owner myself, I could never imagine running a company this way. All promises until the sale is made and then you are on your own. I will be contacting the DMV regarding the non follow through of the written repair at time of the sale. Do yourself a favor, and buy ELSEWHERE.

Ok Im torn on giving a neutral review and negative review, I will leave it up to the reader to decide for themselves. This is partially my fault too. I purchased 2017 Dodge Charger Hellcat from Ivue 2 weeks ago, I glanced at the tires but didmt look close enough. The outside looked decent but on the way home it had been raining and the car drove like it was on ice. I inspected the tires very close when I got home and saw they were in bad shape, so I text Lamar and told him about the tires. I explained I should have looked better before driving off the lot but didnt, he responded to let him check into something and he would get back. The following Tuesday I text him back and he apol6and said he got busy, I sent him some pictures of some cheap but good tires I was going to purchase because u had no choice. Lamar asked how much they were and I told him, I would have been happy him paying for two of the tires considering I just purchased a $55,000 sports car from him. The whole set was only $500, after telling him the price he never responded back. I text him and showed him the tires on the car and that it drove like a new car, both response. I finally text him and asked if he was gonna be able to help out at all, NO RESPONSE just like the other negative reviews. This was a learning lesson from me to pay more attention, and remember you are buying a USED car from a used car SALESMAN! I love the car but I am very unsatisfied with how it was handled..
