First time buying a car at a BHPH Lot and although a few sensors on the vehicle (270K Miles mind you) went out within a few weeks of buying a vehicle AS IS with No Warranty, Ahmad took awesome care of me and resolved the issues, no questions asked!!! Horrible customer service. Lied about the price. Told me it was 1800 but sticker and post online say 1500. Then proceeded to tell me I needed to leave and he MIGHT sell the car to me the next day if he wanted to. What kind of customer service is that? So much for the customer is always right. I will never be back. I’d give it 0 stars if I could. Beware of this place.

I will never purchase a car from here again and I do not recommend anyone else here either. Bad cars and full of lies. Prices are cheap for a reason. Car I bought was title washed and I wouldn’t have known if I didn’t live in SC and got it transferred over lol. It went down on me a couple months later. It’s no way to get in contact with them and the phone number they have doesn’t work. Owner so call left the country and I didn’t receive my title til 5 months later after paying for the car in cash. What a waist of time and money. Just my luck 😂

My whole experience with this place was troubling. Let me begin, I was interested in a 2004 Toyota. Prior to me, someone had already seen the vehicle and put a down payment of $500 and the guy was suppose to return THE NEXT DAY BY 12 NOON with the rest of the money. The guy on the phone told me I could see the car the next day after 12. The guy DID NOT return by 12 noon the next day so the guy gave him until 1pm (mind you, I was told 12). I agreed and waited. Finally the guy notifies me that they guy never showed up and that the agreement was officially over and that I could head that way to test drive the car. My commute was for OVER 45 MINUTES to Gastonia. Before 10 minutes of arrival, I get a text saying that the car was sold. Im trying hard to understand how that miscommunication happened. BUT WAIT, THERES MORE! The guy promises to make it up for me (he handed me 2 perfumes) and said to look around to see if I liked another car. I test drive a Mazda6 which the label on the window said 2002 but the guy told me was a 2006 (??????). I turn the car on and the car engine immediately starts shaking and the check engine line is going on and off. At that point, I could no longer trusts place for its lack of professionalism and lack of quality of cars. Buying a used car is already a stressful ordeal so please save your money and your time before you end up with a lemon car. Im almost glad I didnt get the Toyota.
