I have own cars for over 50 years and in that time I have visit a few. This is the first time I have ever written about how the level of professional care was give from the time you enter till you leave. The staff attends to you with very little wait time, explaining what they will do and the cost with no surprises. This level of care is also given to their waiting area (p.s. check out their bathroom). If there is a better shop tell them they better step up their game because Mr. Noboby is a serious competitor. Thank you for everything and continue to set the standard.

Adrianne was great at the front desk and everything about the service was unparalleled and a great value. I was overdue on an oil change and felt I needed new front brakes. Dropped it off at 10am and was finished by 5. Everything was perfect. Just moved here in May. Will take my cars here forever.

This was my first time going to Mr. Nobodys. The lady at the front desk was totally awesome. She was a huge help in getting my paper work done for the 3 month credit deal. Im computer illiterate so she made my day. I bought 2 tires and they had those tires on the car and actually rotated my old to where my new tires would be on the front. And, he put my spare back under the care where it belonged. I was there for about an hour for the guy to install my tires. That whole team there is on point. I know where ill go from now on.

Came in for an oil change and tire rotation. Paid $120 for the service which is really high. I was there at 8:30 and was told it would take an hr and a half or two hrs before it would be done. Got a ride. Called at 12:00 and they were just taking it into the shop to start on it. Just not satisfied with my experience. Been there in the past and had good experience but this made me not want to come back.

An emergency with my radiator hose brought me into Mr.Nobody. Both my usual mechanics left town on Thursday for the long Memorial Day weekend til Tuesday. I came here from 42 positive reviews on Nextdoor.com which I frequent with my neighborhood.They fixed the radiator hoses and did not suddenly find something else wrong...which I always fear as a woman.I even took the truck back the next day and got them to fix 3 other small issues.I was able to wait in a clean lounge with a clean restroom!! Something no other mechanic I have had (4) has. They all want to to drop you vehicles off and I cannot do that. The 2nd day, they offered me a ride home to wait and came back to get me when the truck was finished (3 miles each way). Their prices were fair, employees polite and friendly, and now they are my new and hopefully forever mechanics. The lady who rans the desk knows quite a bit about cars. Always a good sign.

My car broke down (needed new starter) after hours and had it towed here, leaving my key and a note in drop box begging for help. The car was fixed and ready to go next day. I always leave happy whenever I go to Mr Nobody.

I told them the issue, they checked it out and confirmed my suspicion. Fixed it and had it back to me all in one day without costing me an arm and a leg.

I had my oil changed at Mr. Nobody and was really satisfied with the service. I am so use to going to places where they try to upcharge you for all sorts of things. They didn’t do that here. They did suggest new wiper blades, which I know I needed, and appreciated being able to get that done while it was there. Fair prices and great service, why go anywhere else???

They really came though for me when I was in need. I called at 8am on a holiday Monday in desperate need of brakes and rotors. They got me in and completed by 3pm. They even came and picked me up when my truck was ready. Price was more than fair, and the work was first class. Not a single noice when I brake. I recommend Mr. Nobody to everybody!

Cool calm environment over the holidays. Not a huge fan of first come, first serve over appointments. But it gives everyone a fair shot at getting in and out. Friendly, customer service and knowledgeable staff.

Excellent service. Ordered tires Friday and could not make appointment for installation. They worked with me and rescheduled install for today.Two tires rear. Rapid install and reasonable price.Two repairs later, one for AC and one for starter and still excellent reliable work. Drop off and pick up on way from work the next day.

Service was performed as promised and in a timely manner. I should have checked oil change price before servicing, was was quite higher than what I’ve normally paid at the dealership.

Got me in without an appointment, has a payment plan thing which was great since I didnt have enough to cover the cost of the fix. Only reason it wasnt 5 stars is cause I was told the part for my car would come Monday afternoon and my car should have been done early Tuesday, but the part didnt come til Tuesday and didnt get done with my car til 4 pm. (I work 3rd shift and stayed up all day waiting. Thats my only issue.)

I went to get an oil change and a tire rotation. I ended up needing tires and Ashley agave me a quote and got my tires quickly and had them on same day. I am very pleased with the service and her promptness.

Good customer service is hard to come by these day. Especially with everyone so uptight with all of this Covid mess. Ashley at the 501 E. Long Avenue location was awesome! I was a little aggravated after getting the run around from another local shop but Ashley went above and beyond to make sure I was satisfied! This is my first visit here but definitely will not be my last!

Bought a set of tires in August 2018 for my daughters car before she left for college. Last week she was in Raleigh and found she had a flat tire. She took it to the closest tire dealer. The tire had a warranty but the dealer in Raleigh wanted nothing to do with it. They only wanted to charge her full price for a new tire. Sad that a company would take advantage of a 19 yr old woman. I called Mr Nobody and they called the dealer and there Distributor and made magic happen. The dealer in Raleigh reconsidered and replace her tire at no charge. Thank you Mr Nobody for coming to my daughters rescue. You have a great staff and dedicated to your customers satisfaction. Keep up the great work.

I had a great experience with Mr. Nobody. Bought some used OEM wheels and tires and developed steering wheel wobble. Another shop (I wont name it) charged me to speed balance the wheels, which didnt help, and couldnt help me any further. Brought it to Mr. Nobody. Long story short, Doug and the crew at Mr. Nobody spent an hour diagnosing the problem with my wheels and tires (which turned out to be simple, thankfully), fixed it, and didnt even charge me! Cant thank them enough! Will definitely bring my business here and recommend them to friends and family! These guys are honest, straightforward, and generous. All around good business!

I thought I had a bad alternator but after an electrical test Jeff determined it was just a lose positive battery connector. Talk about good honest people. Give Mr Nobody a try... Doug will take good care of you.

You wont find better service than here. All the staff goes above and beyond to get the job done. Ive had many awesome experiences here. Especially when Ive been in a pinch to get my car inspected they fit me in and I was very lucky to make it to the tag place in time. I think they are very honest and dependable.

My experience here was terrible. I called on Feb 5th and got a quote for 4 tires and the guy I spoke with asked if I wanted to sign up for the 90 same as cash credit option, he said all I needed to do was make my first payment of $53.50 when I brought the car in. I did that and took my car in on Friday Feb 7th and after I paid the $53.50 I was told that was a maintenance fee and it wouldnt go towards the cost of the tires. I told them to put my old tires back on and the manager, Tim Clay came out of the back and used profanity toward me twice. He said if I wanted the old tires back on that he wasnt going to balance them and I would have to drive the car with the tires wobbling. They agreed to give me the $53.50 back and I told them to go ahead and put the new tires on and Tim Clay stood across the counter staring at me like he wanted to fight. I will never buy another thing from this location.Doug I never received an e-mail from you. You can try it again or call me.

I own a 2003 Rav4 with 5 speed manual transmission. Now with a car that old things are bound to happen and I want to keep it because it is a 5 speed. Mr. Nobody is my goto. They get the parts in quickly and it is usually fixed in a day depending on their business at the time I take it in. Very satisfied with the friendly staff and the experience they bring to fix my little car. I wont go anywhere else.

I never do reviews but the staff at Mr.Nobody deserves recognition. They have worked so hard on my car trying everything possible to figure out whats wrong with it. They have been so patient with me and all my questions. My car isnt ready yet but I have all the faith in the world that they will figure it out and if they dont I know they tried their best. I highly recommend this location to anyone needing a honest and dependable mechanic. I would give them 10 stars if that were an options.

Ive been using them for a little while now, & Ive yet to have the LEAST little complaint about them at all. They are extremely professional in their appearance, customer service & work. I believe they are very fairly priced as well. You may be able to get it done cheaper somewhere else, however, sometimes you get what you pay for. Such was the case at another service garage that Id been going to for years. Management changed & so did the service.I also believe that theyre honest as well. No pulling the wool over your eyes tactics.I HIGHLY recommend them!

I have had all of my vehicles serviced at the Union Road location since they opened. I now have everyone in my family using them. Always excellent service and you couldnt ask for a friendlier group of people to do business with. I always price around when time to buy tires and Tim at the Union Road location beats the others 95% of the time. The other 5% I buy from him anyway because I know hell stand behind what he sells. Completely happy with the service that I have always received there.

I asked for tires to be rotated an oil change I was there before it opened first one in hour an half later I paid 43$ to have these services done I even said that’s cheap for oil change and tire rotation and lady said yeah it is to be handed my bill I went to get in my truck to find out tires was not rotated I went back in asked where was the lady man said she went out to the bay I explained my problem to be told I would have to get back in line behind 3 other customer’s I was mad so I left will not go back

Came here less than a month or so go a bought a new set of tires. And when I did so my tires are covered under warranty and was told they fix any repairs for free. Well now that it is time for a repair because I have a nail in my tire they are trying to charge me $10. I know its a simple $10 bucks but when me and my husband both heard him say repairs like a nail is free its kinda upsetting. Shouldve went to discount tire
