Very knowledgeable and friendly staff. Our customer service rep went the extra mile to help us locate and purchase correct parts. Prices are a little higher but they often have on hand the parts that other companies would have to order.

I like this store!!! I had to give a four stars which really should be 4 and a half, only because Of the slighty longer than usual wait.( Almost every trip there) Not because of the counter help, but it seems every time I go in there it seems theres somebody there that doesnt know what they want or what theyre doing (Customer wise),or their credit cards are declined over and over again!!! () Its a good Napa though 👍👍 a couple of stools would help the wait by having a place to sit......

Excellent service. Billy was very knowledgeable and knew exactly what we needed. Took it home and fixed the issue. Extremely pleased.

They abide by the Covid rules. Have most any part needed or can get within a day or so due to warehouse being in Charlotte on Wilkinson Blvd. Theres also a store at the warehouse if you need the part asap and can pickup call first to ensure its there (or check the website). I always do the research ahead of time to ensure I get the part I want as they have several variations of the same part from cheap import to lifetime warranty for the same item.

This store charges about 20.00+ more than the Kings Mountain Store, I was told because it is the corporate store and the one in Kings Mountain is privately owned. GO TO KINGS MOUNTAIN, STOP PAYING TOO MUCH

The service was great and they can get about any part you would ever need for your automobile but the prices are a little bit higher than other parts stores.

The guy Jeff that works here. The gastonia store on airline, is the most helpful and most knowledgeable guy in that place, the young man who delivers, Garrett, is one gorgeous dude and super duper at his job! Theyre true assets
