Mark and Brian were extremely helpful! I had sticker residue on my back window that I couldnt get off myself, and Mark was more than happy to personally assist me with that, at no extra charge! Brian was wonderful and helped me find exactly the windshield wipers I needed and then installed them for me! Im very grateful to them both. The store was very clean and organized and Im sure it would have been easy to find what I was looking for if I didnt need them to also look up the required sizes for my car model for me. Thank you, gentlemen! Should I require more assistance, I definitely know where to go now! 10/10 absolutely recommend.

I had a really good experience at this location today! The staff was so polite and helpful. The employee that stood out the most was Krystal S, her energy was amazing. She sold me on a item that I had no intentions buying lol.Her enthusiasm and confidence in the product is what sold me to purchase the item, the drive that she had was amazing! Keep up the good work Krystal and know that you can be whatever you strive to be!The employee Tim was so patient even though the register was not performing as it should to print out the receipt for me he still remained professional and patient until it was resolved. “Hints” Autozone may need to change to a new program 😉~peace~

It’s policy that auto zone employee would change battery for their customers and the employee working tonight made excuses on why he could not change it for me. So went to another store where there was friendly staff who would change the battery for me

I was in process of getting a return corrected, they had $450.00 of mine floating around. They have a great staff but, the manager Lue worked diligently with corporate until the issue was resolved completely. Got all my money back on my card by the end of the same week. Once again that’s what makes a great store is great leaders. Thanks Again!!

I had a crazy problem with a warrantied part and Joann (not sure I spelled her name right) Didnt go the extra mile and try to help me. SHE WENT THE EXTRA 27 MILES AND FIXED THE ISSUE! Its people that treat customers like this that make me come back. I used to buy from Advance but they thru several things that they could have prevented cost them my business. Hats off to Joann at East Franklin Auto Zone!!!

As my friend was talking to her friend, after they checked out, leaving the counter, the 2 associates did not ask me if I needed help, & both walked away in 2 different directions. I was facing the register, while she was facing her friend. The only reason I waited around is bcuz my friend still had to ask them a question. One finally came back & asked if I needed help. I asked a question, but bcuz of how that was even handled, I was nice enough to brush it off, & say Ill take care of it later! I quit going there a long time ago. I made the right decision.

I had to drop in today to get new windshield wipers. Robert, an associate, was super helpful and really nice! He even offered to put them on for me! There was an issue on the back wiper and he double checked it and did the refund AND recommended where I should go to get one because they didnt have another option for my car. That service right there is why I will search for an Autozone before I go anywhere else!

Called 4 times on Jan 25 2020, spoke with 2 different people. Didnt say their name, asked for vehical info then put me on hold.............for 7 minutes then hung up. Immeadiatly called back, asked me for the Vehicle information and part I was looking for, then asked for the same information 5 times. Then told me they dont make that pary for your car (01 galant 2.4 brake master cylinder) then hung up. Called a different autoparts story because, who know maybe IM THE ONE THATS CONFUSED, (10 year Certified aircraft mechanic and 6 year ASE mechanic) they have one.Called the store BACK about 20 min later, spoke with a different individual said they would have to order one would have to come in pay for it and provide the core up front before they could order it. I asked for the district managers name and number. Didnt know the number put me on hold to go get it.Waited on hold for 3 min then got hung up on.IMMEADIATLY called back and it rang for 5 min with no answer....Called a different store got the district managers number and is awaiting a return call from him.I will NEVER provide business to this store. I will driver to the store on Wilkerson.

Came to get stuff to fix the truck and found a bunch of workers moping around, they complained the whole time I was there. Then when I get to the counter they wont even speak to me. Im here because Im having issues, I dont want to hear about yours. OReileys is Irish and they have a positive clientele working when I go there - If youre more depressed then the Irish you know somethings wrong.

Ive been there 2x the last few weeks. Zack G. an assistant manager asked me what I needed, but then was too occupied helping a customer on the phone that called after I arrived to sufficiently help me, so I left! Forward 2 weeks, I went in and an associate named Jamie helped me like one would expect. A 1 star and a 5 star experience between the 2 trips made me rate this store as a 3.

The person has been working there for years but every time we had a question, his answer was I dont know about cars, while waiting he apologized to the person behind us about the wait, even handing him a flier going over my dads face. Have never seen someone who was so disrespectful and unprofessional.

Sent my daughter there to warranty replace a coil pack for a Hyundai Accent, I have purchase 4 of them for a 4 cylinder vehicle. The one that went bad was the 1st one I replaced in October, 2014 have the receipt stating #2 coil pack. The counter guy looked at it got a new one said they didnt have the same look to he part so he was not going to replace it. REALLY? She called me, I asked about it, asked to speak to the manager, she said he got PISSED, all but threw the new one at her, of old her he didnt have time for this BS. May be time to start buying my stuff from ORillys since I dont like wasting peoples time or begging them to take my money.

If you happen to be a woman, I highly recommend shopping at any other auto parts location near here. Horrible customer service directly from the store manager. He was agitated at the get go and further aggravated the situation when I asked to use my dads commercial account. He questioned my connection to this account, even with the pin it required. There are plenty of customer service classes an individual such as him could benefit from, try one.

Tried to take a starter core to this location to get a deposit back. I explained the account they were trying to transfer the money back to was cancelled that day. Brandon told me it had to go back on the unactive card and that I had to deal with the bank. I told him I would have paid cash for the deposit had I known, and it was a bad policy not to have a fail safe measure, to which Brandon replied, not my card, not my problem.Never thought someone capable of managing a store could lack such basic customer service skills. Take your money to Orielly, they price match, treat you like a person and are more liberal with customer friendly policies.

Horrible attitude from the store manager. His name is Robert and I would like to let him know that I will NEVER EVER go back to his store again. He forgot to give me my change after paying for something there. I didnt think of it until I went to another store and realized he had forgotten to give me my change. Mind you I was very tired and just gotten off from work. I went back to him and explained that he didnt give me my change. I even offered to let him count his drawer see if he come up over in his drawer but no he slapped that money on the counter and threw his hands in the air. Realllly??? He looked at me like I was stupid and his attitude showed it all. Guess what?? Im calling the corporate office and letting everyone know not to go to his store. HORRIBLE HORRIBLE HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE. Yall need a new store manager.

They told my husband over the phone they had the part we needed. We walked 2 miles one way with our kids just to find out they were out of stock. They refused to call another store close to them to see if they could have someone from another store bring it. The only solution they offered was to order it and we would have to wait an additional 3 days. We walked the 2 miles back home and bought the next day at another parts store.
