Went in to have my check engine light evaluated today. They greeted me, and evaluated my car right away. They were very friendly, and helpful. Plugged in the computer, asked me questions, and walked me through all the potential causes, as well as what to do next. Had a great experience with walton family auto, especially being a newbie to engine light issues. I am new to the area, and will be returning for anything my car needs in the future.

My whole family has been coming here for years for all of our auto needs.Just this morning I had to take my car in for what I thought was going to be a very long, expensive fix and it turned out to be a much smaller and cheaper problem that they fixed for me immediately. My van broke down at the park, my other half is a mechanic but with all of the covid crazy ness we moved before him. When I called him he sent me to this shop. They were amazing every last one of them there price was fair and they spoke to me as a person not a Woman. Im glad I looked further than the fixers at 40/42 who were unwilling to quote a job over the phone, despite me knowing exactly the problem and the fix. Their unwillingness to work with me led me to find John and the guys at Family Auto. John gave me a quote for the job over the phone super quickly, and had the part in and work done within a few days. Despite it taking longer than the book said it would, John kept his word and the price didnt increase. You can trust these guys to not rip you off, and do what they say theyre going to do. They will get all my business going forward.

This family-owned business knows what theyre doing. They are friendly, efficient, and courteous. There have been two occasions when I wanted to do something early--get an oil change and rotate my tires--but each time they insisted on getting the best out of the cars equipment. Each could wait a little bit longer. They checked my fluids and my tires at no charge, not even trying to get a sale! Family Auto is focused on the benefit of the customer, and that is why I will remain loyal.
