Took in a 1987 F-350 fire truck for a rear brake caliper leak. Drove the truck from Clayton to Carey and back with no issues. Chason looked at it and said it needed $3600 worth of work, but they could make it safe for $1800. I paid the $1800 and picked it up on a Sunday afternoon. Drove 8 miles and the engine began smoking and the transmission would not go into gear. I had it towed back to Chason. They called me Monday and I told them what happened. Called back to check on the truck on Weds, and they said it needed $3600 worth of work to fix it. When I asked him to help me understand what happened, he said I might as well come pick it up. I had it towed to another shop who said it now needed extensive repairs. $1800 gone for my truck to be worse off than when it went in. Do NOT recommend.

After 16 days I had my truck towed away from there. When I spoke to the service manager he said they’ve had a truck on the lift for three weeks. I guess that was supposed to put me at ease?

Okay, when it comes to reviews you need to know how their work holds up over time. I have a 2004 Excursion. Lost the HPOP in 2016. After searching for a place and after two recommendations from other powerstroke owners, I went to Chason. They replaced the HPOP, Turbo, IPR, 8 injectors, A/C compressor, Radiator, and did an EGR delete. The engine had right at 300,000 miles. I am now 5 years later and 65,000 miles on the engine. Their work has held up and the truck still runs like it should. It fires up in the cold with no smoke. I recommend them highly. The price was fair. Good work takes time so give them the time and you will not be disappointed.

Brought an S1700 International. Its not repaired yet but I was impressed with their knowledge, expertise, and patience encouraged me to go ahead and make this review. At this moment theyve already give me an update busted piston. They are also very affordable, not cheap but not overly expensive either.

I have a 1994 Chevy 3500 Dually that was having shifting and idling problems. I had the transmission replaced by a transmission shop thinking this would solve the problem......it didnt. Cost me 2300.00 and I still had the problem. Since then, I took my truck to multiple shops around the area and everyone I took it to gave me a deer in the headlights look and offered non helpful suggestions. I was told about Chason Diesel and decided to try my luck there. Thank God I did! Jason was extremely helpful and diagnosed multiple problems that I was unaware of and fixed them promptly at a fair price, I believe. Then Kevin, with his evident diesel motor knowledge fixed what puzzled so many others with the touch of one finger. I was ecstatic! Finally am rid of that problem. These guys are great! I feel like theyre honest, good people and will definitely refer them to anyone that asks.

Kevin and his team are A+. We have been using them for several years for injector rebuilding and injection pump services. Highly recommend. They are also an Alliant dealer which means they have exceptional quality parts.

We were traveling from NY to Fl, our 1994 Ford truck turbodiesel was running poorly and using large quantities of oil. We arrived at Chasons on a Monday morning without an appointment, they adjusted their workload to get us in quickly and help us on our way. They correctly diagnosed our problem as seal failures on the injectors. In 4 hrs they installed new o-rings and copper seal rings on all the injectors, changed oil and filters, and had us back on the road, our oil consumption problem solved, engine running so very much better. Great service from great people at a fair price, we were so very fortunate to have turned to this shop for our repairs, we arrived home safe the next day, no issues.

Man....i had a 89 corolla was not starting. Went to multiple shops they couldnt figure out problem. I took it here and they diagnosed the problem fixed it and my car works. This was a carbeurator problem no one could figure out. Whoever these guys are, all professions should learn from them. 5 stars is not enough. Deserve 20 stars.

I had a fantastic experience with Kevin and all of Chason Diesel. I brought in some different brand injector nozzles for my wifes Mercedes 300TD, and asked Chason to install them. One injector did leak at the halves, and I brought it back and Kevin tested and re-lapped it. Upon reassembly, the injector still leaked. Kevin suggested I bring the car in for him to look at. He confirmed it was leaking at the halves and there was likely some sort of crack in the metal body of the injector. In about 10 minutes, he had found an identical injector body he had lying around and put my nozzle in the other body and installed it on the car for no charge. Excellent customer service and friendly to work with!

Rebuilt my Injector pump 96 Mercedes. Great work!

We used chasen to repair our chipper.They told us to come get it once and we did. it didnt work they had stated that it was electrical now and they had to rewire a lot of the wires.well when we got it back i had noticed that none of the work they claimed to have done was done.the switches they reportedly changed had not been changed .i marked the switches with a marker in an unnoticable spot and when i looked they were the same switches that were there in the first place.they charged me 781.00$ the first time.And now they just charged me another 581.00$ the second time. i get it back this time and the key switch still doesnt work the starter doesnt turn nothing was fixed again and the same switches were still there with my mark on them.when i called and confronted them they denied it so then i told them to stop working at all on my chipper that i was unhappy and taking it somewhere else.when i got there the lead mechanic kevin accosted me in the parking lot and said i was the one that
