True professionals! They always treat me and my family amazing no matter if we are there for state inspection or services!

This place is horrid, for real. I went there giving them a chance off of word of mouth. Here’s what I got an oil change and my car returned with the drivers side window button broken off 😡 which was not in that shape when I dropped it off, all I needed was a oil change, 😢now I am wondering did they even really change my oil. Being that they showed no care and are not going to help me with or fix something that they broke off! They just laid the button on top of the window console as if I shouldn’t notice.

All the staff was great and friendly. They had me in and out very quickly for my yearly inspection. I recommend this place

Ive been using this shop for several years, so Im happy with Hector and Mike and crew. I trust them. Prices are fair, on the low side, but always in line. Alternators, shifter replacement, oil changes, alignment, electrical repair, side mirror replacement -- whatever comes up on my vehicles they do. Trust is the key to my repeat business with Hector.

Ive been taking my truck to this company for the last three and a half years. Theyre extremely fast with great work ethic. They have a small but air-conditioned Lobby that you can sit in and wait for your vehicle to be fixed. They pleasant to talk too and if they are going to take a lunch theyll let you know whats a good time to come back with your vehicle. Its difficult to call them because theyre always working. But other than that I take all my vehicles to them and all the employees recognize me. Thank you very much for taking good care of my truck and my timeframe!

Would not take a goat here for an alignment! The guy struggled with my Jeep and finally he gave up. When he took off the alignment machine he had my drag link all jacked up. I ended up asking for his tools so I could fix it!

After waiting for over an hour for service, I requested to have the alignment on my rear tire looked at to see if it was fixable. Instead of confirming that it was fixable they went ahead and did it without consulting me about a price or a repair option. This took quite a bit of time and when they finished they wanted to charge me $60 for the repair which I did not want done. After bickering with his manager for 15 minutes, the manager then told me that it was still going to be $60 or he would “undo” whatever repairs they did to my car. Not sure what he did but didnt pay him $60. Going somewhere else to make sure he didn’t make it worse. Bottom line... THIS PLACE SUCK!. DON’T WAIST YOUR TIME!

I asked a guy over there how much for alignment then he said 60$ I told him thats fine, after that when Im gonna pay the other guy charged me 70$ when I told him that guy told me 60$ he said no.

I tried to have my 1997 Civic DX hatchback inspected there, I was told that if they inspected it he would have to reject it because it did not have power steering thats fine I guess he was doing me a favor by not failing it but the car has never had power steering and I know I have had it inspected there at least the last ten years so I contacted DMV and will not be taking my business there any more.

Took my 1999 GMC Yukon Denali for oil change. Also had front brake pads installed. Good service. Good price. No waiting.

Ive sat here for an hour to get my inspection completed. It failed last week because my tint was too dark so I had to have it taken off and have it no darker than 32%. I had to come back here to complete the inspection and have watched several Latinos helped even though they arrived after me. Its hot, Im not and they know I have to wait unless I want to go somewhere else and pay the full price instead of $6 and some change. Still waiting.

Do not go here for an oil change. They drained my oil, and I guess they forgot to refill it. I realized the problem when my car started shaking violently when I drove it later that day. I had a mechanic take a look and there was little to no oil in the tank! In addition the coolant cap was left completely unscrewed. I was shocked it didnt fall under the engine.

Went for a safety inspection due to the age of the car.The owner did not know which inspection to perform. He asked for a copy of the previous inspection. He then tried to perform other duties that did not authorized. When I questioned him, he said I will make you fail the safety inspection due to the headlamp glued. I informed him that last year, his staff did not see a problem and I passed the inspection.He also said that the guy lost his license.Poor customer service. Had to call the police.
