I cannot express to you how disappointed and frustrated I am with trying to do business with the shop I brought my car in for soft tub issue. First they actually were so unprofessional the gentleman at the front Desk had no knowledge of how a business should be ran and he had no idea of a Mercedes. The shop gave me a incorrect controller part number they diagnose my problem wrong they wanted to charge me $2100 for a new module the technician refused to talk to me to help me understand my issue. I just think this shop should be rated -4 scores. I had heard great things about the shop prior to them being bought out by another company. I would hope that the new owners would take a look at who they have at the front desk and who they have in the shop. I was told that I will be called back regarding my problems and i have yet to hear anything from the owner, manager or anyone. I am just so disappointed that I wasted my time my day and going to the shop. Please consult another shop before going to this one because I assure you you will be very disappointed as soon as you walk to the door like I was but I gave them a chance

These guys have consistently gonna above and beyond to do right by me and my vehicle. The staff is very friendly and helpful and theyll take the robe to explain everything theyre doing in detail.

So the day before Thanksgiving I had a very specific bolt break. Nobody had the part. I had to get my kids to their dads. I called this wonderful business. He took my number and called me back with the blessing I needed to hear. He was just going to give me the bolts but I wanted to give him something. He was a true blessing when he could have told me he had them but I had to get it installed there. Appreciate the lookout. Good hearted people!

I went in because of an exhaust leak on my car, and i was told there was a huge hole in my exhaust pipe. I was given two prices by Micah — $215 to replace the part of the exhaust pipe that had a hole and $425 to replace the entire pipe. I sprung to pay the $425 to replace the entire pipe I went home and about 27 days later had to come back to find out the entire pipe had not been replaced... while they eventually did my second repair for free, it wasn’t easy to get the repairs zeroed out... I was recommended to go here by Carmax, but i probably will not be returning.

I had them put in my rear struts that I ordered brand new from 1A Auto. Once their mechanic Richard put the struts on, I received a call from Mike saying that the back-end of my car was on the ground so he said I would need a new compressor-pump. Richard installed the new pump and 2 days later my car was ready and seemed OK. 24hrs after I got my car, the entire back-end was sitting on the ground. I contacted them and was told that I had a bad after-market strut so I would need a new one. I explained to Mike(front-desk) that it sounded like a connection issue but Mike swore that based on Richards expertise, It was a bad strut and told me they would have to charge an additional $800 on top of the $1,594I had already spent to install another. I decided to pop open the panel near the back window where the top of the strut is located. I discovered that the old 10mm Hex nut($5 part) was still on the new strut with a cracked seal. Im not sure if the part fell into the car or got misplaced but when I put the new Hex Nut on that I had from an extra Strut shipped, Low and Behold my car suspension worked like New! So I was right, CONNECTION ISSUE.Maybe J & J have helped people in the past unfortunately I am out of an unnecessary $758.00 for a pump I didnt need. Imagine if I didnt check and spent another $800 for another strut only for the same thing to happen!I would not trust getting anything more than tires rotated from this place and will not be returning.

It’s not easy to find a trustworthy car repair shop. Obviously fixing the car is important but it’s so easy to get taken for a ride with suggestions for work made by less than honest repair shops. None of that here. My experience with J & J Imports was stellar start to finish. Even though I was late for my appointment, the front desk person greeted me enthusiastically & it wasn’t long before my car was back in the shop. While I waited, I enjoyed friendly conversation with Mike, up front. After they finished the technician & Mike both discussed the car with me & once asked gave me their opinion. Both were knowledgeable & forthcoming. The personalized service I received was fabulous! I left completely satisfied with Johnson & Johnson Imports. And it wasn’t a fluke. I have already been back twice with different vehicles & experienced the same great service & fair pricing each time!

My daughters car broke down at night on the way back to Chapel Hill, and was towed to Johnston and Johnston. Expecting the worse I called them the next day, they were very professional and extremely reasonable. It’s nice to find a mechanic who took the time to explain everything. They certainly could have taken advantage of the situation but diagnosed and fixed the problem within a day. I don’t live in the area but if I did I would I would be a regular customer.

As always, the service is great. My car is 13 years old, and theyve kept it up and running for several years now. They are quick to diagnose issues, and their estimates of cost are always spot on--no surprise add on fees at the end.

Excellent service is their motto and compass. They took care of my old Volvo and kept it running for years until I could afford another vehicle. Always gave me a loaner car to get back and forth to work.I notice they have a lot of women patrons and there is a reason for that. They are honest, fair and trust worthy men who are knowledgeable and kind.If a rebuilt part can save your budget and get your vehicle up and running, then they offer that option when they can. You ladies know how hard it is for us to trust auto mechanics because of how they try to take advantage of us.I wish my latest vehicle was not under a service contract that makes me have to go to the dealer for maintenance and repairs. When the contract expires I am going right back to Johnson and Johnson.They recently replaced the battery in my remote key fob. Getting 5 Stars from me is a rare thing. Mike and his team are the best. They are Honest and Good!!!!! I was certain my alternator was bad. They could have charged me for a new one. My new battery was the problem. They are trustworthy which is golden in a mechanic.

They have taken care of 4 Mercedes for me. 1/2 the cost as the Dealership and they have a Ceryified Mercedes Mechanic and I don’t use any aftermarket products or parts!! Micah has never led me wrong

I needed my MZ C300 serviced and the air conditioning stopped blowing cold air. Over $1600 later, no cold air when the air conditioner was turned on! I am working three hours away, and it is 86° outside and what an uncomfortable ride back to the shop. When I had called About the SU I told them the day and time I would be there. I also told them I would call on my way. All of this communication and nobody knew a thing.The problem was when the new air compressor had been put in an O-ring had been compressed and fluid had been leaking. And as they are evaluating what the problem is -although my car had originally been there to be “serviced”, (which would include checking tire pressures) they show me the inner aspect of a rear tire is showing threads. Ok- so they service my car but don’t notice that?So after leaving my car there a week, it has to go back in.Should I be uncomfortable with the fact that a dangerous tire was not picked up on a maintenance service?

I was made to feel comfortable, and I was. Everyone was very helpful and friendly, they were straight up with me and told me what was wrong with the car and we discussed what were the best options and what needed attention ASAP. Thanks Micah

Recently had my 2015 Mercedes Benz serviced at Johnson & Johnson. The service was fast and priced very affordable. Had the same service priced at Mercedes Benz of South Point and the price was EXTREMELY high with other services added that where not needed. Mike and Manager Micah took care of everything needed to get my car on the road again. They have gained a happy loyal customer.

I have a 2008 Honda Civic and if you want/need your car fixed, you come here and I mean it. Two times Ive came here with big issues with my car and afterwards, absolutely no problems so like I said, if you need your car fixed this is the place.

First time customer and couldn’t be more pleased with the service I received for my car repairs. Not only were the repairs completed to my satisfaction but I was able to save a considerable amount of money compared to what the dealership would charge. Brought my 23 year old weekend cruiser here and they were extremely professional, honest and patient, which is the best traits of a great shop. Mike and Jesse helped me out and their professionalism was unmatched. I’ve found the shop for my BMW in this area and highly recommend them.

They do good work and seem to be honest. Just like all shops these days, even minor repairs are very expensive. The guy, at, the front desk is nice and easy to deal with and fairly informative. They are my goto when I want quality work especially if its under warranty.

I took my Subaru in for oil change, tire rotation & inspection. A leak was found that was minor but would take time to repair. I called ahead asking if they would be able to replace my drivers side mirror. The phone only rang twice before I was politely greeted by the owner of the shop. The price at the dealership was over $100 more than how much I paid here. Upon arrival, I was professionally greeted, my information was taken and it was not long before my vehicle was attended to and fixed. Bought a used 2005 Mitsubishi Eclipse from them. The price was more than fair and I could tell that the car had been given full maintenance before it was put up for sale. They were friendly, upfront, courteous and actually concerned about my purchase. I would say that they are the most honest used car dealership that I have ever dealt with. Purchased a vehicle 9-23-17. Had emailed twice with questions and got quick informative response. They damaged my truck, and have avoided me for weeks, I dropped my car off to get brakes, rotors and an oil change, when I came back to pick up my truck there was a huge sent in the back of my truck, Mike at the front desk, trys to tell me it looks like I may have opened up my trunk and it hit something, I was told the have video footage of my car going into the shop and they would need to review when the owner was in, I asked to also see the video footage I was told it would be available for me to see, and now no will answer the phone at the shop, and no one from the shop has called me back on anything.

Before I paid I asked the owner if they would be able to do the job and find the electrical issue in my Audi. He said YES with confidence. They never found the issue so they charged $300 for a new battery that died a few days later due to the unsolved electrical issue. These guys are a joke. The owner must have really needed the money bad.

Their work always comes in at or under their estimate, and they have never tried to up-sell me anything in the 10+ years I have been trusting them with our cars. There is a reason that my BMW 323i has 387k miles on it, and is still running great.....that reason is Johnson & Johnson. So I saw a very nice car, 2006 Ford500, and I test drive it and everything was fine. I asked them to take it to my mechanic, and that was fine. It would take about all morning because I dislike the idea of buying some crappy car with a bunch of problems (maybe is just me, some people might enjoy the idea).I needed the car until 11am, one of the guys said 10am is more than enough. Well, it wasnt. So the guy decided to keep calling me, like if that would help. I was 30 minutes away, and the guy said on the phone I would like you to be back here in 5-10 minutes, and I said that wouldnt be possible. He replied: make it work. Well...The car had a major leaking, the motor was loose, there was a leaking in the trunk, and the left wheel was loose as well. To fix everything it would be about 1100 dollars. So I asked them if they wanted to lower the price so that I could buy and they refused. Now make note of this, they did not know about these issues, and neither were they willing to fix them to sell the vehicle. What this means is that they dont give a cr@p about the buyer, and if he buys a crappy vehicle, then thats his problem, not mine.Never. Coming. Back.

I bought a used truck there and they were very fair and worked with me on the price. It was an older auction truck i bought for the farm and they had replaced parts to ensure the AC did not leak. Everyone was extra friendly and courteous going out of their way to be helpful. After I got home I realized some muffler noise was annoying so I took it back the next day and it was fixed no charge even though they were not obligated to.

All staff at Johnson & Johnson are friendly, professional and helpful. I wouldn’t take my VW anywhere else now that I found them. I’ve taken my car to other shops and was dissapointed in the service (returns) and cost. I recommend J&J to everyone!

I had a issue with my Saab air conditioner not throwing out cold air, they made every attempt to repair the air conditioner before finally having to replaced the whole unit. They are fair and honest and do a great job!

Excellent service and friendly atmosphere

It comes down to a simple, yet hard to find principle - trust.I trust the crew at J&J, period. I drive ~30 minutes, past several auto shops, to have my cars serviced by J&J.One day during my daily commute, my car lost all pick-up, and the engine was sputtering when idle. I called J&J, described the symptoms, and was told to bring in the car if it were driveable - if not, theyd arrange a tow. I managed to get my car to their shop, and despite their busy schedule and full bays, my car was diagnosed in the parking lot, brought around back, quickly fixed (bad coil), and ready to go - all in less time than it took to drive there from my office.As long as I live in the area, Ill take my business here.
