Friendly, and quick these ladies and gentlemen have some of the Best customer service Ive received, quick oil change while I sit in my vehicle is the best perk.They also service our line of diesel trucks with Popeye Transportation.

I brought my wifes car here for some work. After being quoted $500+ from more than one place for what amounts to a $60 part & limited labor, they provided a much more reasonable quote. Dropped car off at lunch, picked up after work.Very friendly service. I will be using them again for other auto work.

Mr. Hami is an excellent mechanic. He was able to fix my vehicle quickly and efficiently. Very honest. 10 out 10 would recommend this shop. Not to mention the customer service here is beyond amazing.

Very honest man

Quite possibly the most honest and helpful mechanic in the area. He will explain what the issue is and what needs to be done, and wont cheat you. The same rates I received in my 20 year old Jeep are the exact same I receive on my much newer Camaro. He will even remember you and the type of car you drive. Ive been a customer for about 3 years now, and dont ever plan on using anyone else for my maintenance work. Thanks, Joe!

Honestly one of the best experiences Ive had at any service place. The customer service of Joe is amazing - he treats you like family. After the first visit, Auto Act has become my go-to auto shop in Dallas. Fair prices, too!

An honest auto mechanic is not always easy to find, but if you can find Mr. Hamis small shop, your search is over. He is friendly capable, and his charges are moderate. And, almost unique among repair shops, he will even install parts you bring to him, when you find a job you started yourself turns out to be impossible without the right tools! Others have said he treats you like family, and its true!

I would honestly say that this is my go to Auto shop since i found out about it> Their work is quality and efficiency at a very reasonable price. I would highly recommend anyone to go over there and experience it first hand. With Auto act i always know am at the right place

Went here by recommendation and LOVED IT!!! Had to replace my coils and sparks plugs. Other shops wanted a fortune.I was So happy that Mr. Hami gave me great prices, great work and truly made me feel like family.

When I walked in the shop I thought it was going to just like all other ones but the owner and the mechanic fixed my car properly gave me the best price and they were honest about it not betting around the bushes like other places. Will recommend to friends and family.

Mr. Hami was absolutely wonderful to work with. I came in with several issues that the dealerships were going to charge me 800 dollars for. Not only did Mr. Hami give me an estimate that was 1/4 the dealerships price, he gave my 4runner a quick check up and refilled my tires air pressure for free.I cannot recommend Auto Act anymore. Not only is it a small family owned business, but its staff is astute, honest, and straight to the point. There were no run arounds or price gauging here.Auto Act may not look like much, but what it lacks in aesthetics it has in honest work, great prices, and personable employees who arent just working a 9-5.
