I went for a quote and no one was there to give me a quote directly. I gave the woman my phone number after she took pictures of my vehicle. I wanted a paint quote of a bumper cover, one fender and 2 side view mirror covers. I called the next day and was told they would call back in ten minutes. I called back 7 hours later and left my name and number again. Got a call back and asked about the quote. Had to wait a few more minutes while they tracked down an answer. 750.00 was the quote. They want to charge 200.00 dollars for 2 side view mirror covers. I was to bring IN THE PARTS, which are new in the box. I will go down the road and get it done for 350.00. I wanted to verify market prices. What a rip off.

I was not going to get this place but they had the curtosity to call me back when they didn’t answer the phone. So that to me made me believe they were in attention and wanted a customer and I appreciated that. I was told exactly when the job was and and if I had any and that was any issue to call them back and they were going to fix the problem at no cost once I paid... it took me 3 days for them to fix my bumper which I really appreciate because I need my car for work. Perfect timing!BUT had went to the location a second time around because the problem I had first was not fixed correctly or properly from the beginning. Had to return pay an additional fee and still left with the same issue. Was really disappointed because I wanted and I did pay a large amount for the labor so that the issue get fixed and not just left as it’s. Had to go to another location (Service King) where they actually fixed the problem.

Got in wreck and Called them. They got the estimate really fast and takes care of the insurance company if they are taking the cheap routes. Will use this place everytime.
