We dropped our car off for an estimate because of a check engine light on. The guy there told my husband that they were busy that day and wouldnt get to it until tomorrow. My husband said he could wait till tomorrow and left the car there. We didnt get any calls the next day so my husband called to ask if they looked at it and they said no one had looked at it yet. Today is three days after we dropped it and I called to find out if they looked at it yet. The guy explained that they were short staffed because one of his men got hurt and thats why they havent had a chance to look at the car. I told him not to bother because we will just come pick up and take it somewhere else. I get a call a few minutes later saying that they actually did have an estimate for us???? Told me a couple of the sensors needed replacement and gave me a pretty high estimate. We decided we were not interested in having them fix the car because of the poor customer service we got up to that point and because we thought the estimate was overpriced. I called and told the guy that we were going to pick it up to take for other estimates. When my husband went to get his keys they tried to charge him $100 for diagnostic. We were never told about any fees for the estimate. After some back and forth with my husband about it they finally gave him our keys without charging the $100. Disappointed with the whole experience. I chose this place because of the positive reviews I read.

My wife and I both have classic vehicles, a 69 chevelle, and a 68 fury, and we have been long time fans of Reuben who just works the pit and stuff, I think, and the old man, his son who is also older (is that Patrick?), and one of the newer guys Brandon. They always have coffee, cool stuff kids could play with (but we never bring the kids or wait for very long), and really... my review is years overdue. I have been using them like 10 years now, and theyve always been really cool. There are two or three more guys worth mention, but I forget their names... one dude is beardy, one dude has a hop when he walks, a new guy named joaquin... and yeah all of em. All of em are real cool. I guess workin for Patrick is a good gig, and he retains people a long time?I am attachin pics of our two classics so theyll know its us. Idk if they know our names or not, but they know the cars. Thats a good thing.

I was really worried when I took my truck in for maintenance and was told Eric sold KK& is taking it easy. But to my welcome surprise I got the same great fast friendly good priced service as before. Everyone is great but I wanted to give an additional praise to Brandon. I had a auto lock switch that had been broken forever but he took it out try to find the part could not find so he took it apart and welded a piece of plastic back on an BAM it works! One thing Ive learned about this business owner and his manager, Patrick. They will do whatever it takes to make sure the customer is satisfied with the work they do here. I had a disagreement about one of the repairs that was needed and was totally and pleasantly surprised with the owners remedy. He agreed with me and I could see that what he and manager, Patrick, want to have satisfied customers when they leave here. I started coming here because I trusted Eric Doriot, the former owner. Ill have to admit, I have a renewed trust with the new owner. I will definitely be a return customer and I totally recommend this place for ALL your vehicle repair needs!

I think this is the first 5-star review I have given. These people are honest and do good work. I started using them for oil changes because they are close to my work, but now take repairs to them. I have even had my vehicles in need of repair towed to them from Wylie.They also seem to retain their workers as many have been there for years. I highly recommend.

Got truck inspected. The guy doing the inspection was rather rude, $10 missing from my overhead compartment, (I put that in there yesterday) door left wide open to the street/sidewalk (truck in back next to street) with keys in it, key wasnt turned off, had trouble starting truck. I have gone there for years and never ever had a bad experience, until today!!

The efficiency and expertise at this station is outstanding. The entire facility is very neat, clean and organized. The inside waiting area is comfy and a very nice waiting area was built outside with overhead cover. They go the extra mile!

The guys here are so amazing! They replaced my battery the day my car wouldn’t start in my driveway and even talked me through how to jump start my car. When I wanted to learn how to change my own battery, they let me get my hands dirty and walked me through it. Awesome service from some great men!

Best place in Garland to get your vehicled serviced and repaired. They replaced the alternator on my truck today as well as an oil change and tire rotation. Reasonably priced. Experienced and courteous techs.Great team.

The only place for excellent service

My wife went to have an oil leak checked which they did and diagnosed an oil pan gasket as the problem, then received a quote for the repair of $300 which seamed high but we saved some money up to make the repair then returned to get the repair and was told it would be $500 to change a $20 Gasket and 5 hours of labor (very high labor rate) and 5 hrs come on really. My wife informed them of the $300 quote that she was given and they told her the employee misquoted her, dont expect them to honer any quotes, stand by their quotes, and very high hourly rates and extended time to complete the job.

I came in for an inspection, and there were two people in front of me. After the two people in front of me were done and 15 minutes have passed I asked about the status of my car. They told me they hadnt started on my car yet I had been here for 45 minutes. Another 20 minutes and Im still here and they were very rude when I asked about the status of my car.

I love this place super friendly and they go above and beyond to make there costumers happy. I had a situation with a different oil filter and came back to be correct it and they gave me a 1/2 off for my next visit!God Bless y’all.

A little backstory. This started as a 1 star review. I was pretty upset about not getting a call after dropping my car off for service, and my car was locked up in the shop, stranding me for what I believed would be the weekend. I felt this was their fault, and was rather upset.The owners called me directly, and showed me that there was a glitch where for some reason my phone cant catch calls correctly. So their team had no choice but to lock up my car.The team took care of me, actually came and picked me up on their day off to save me the walk in the heat. And got my car back to me.I really cant say thank you enough. Exceptional service and Ill bring my car back to these guys for everything from here on out.

They have saved me several times with last minute oil changes and today replacing my car battery right before they closed...nobody complained that they would have to stay a few minutes late...just high energy and big smiles!! Rude told me one price over phone and when dropping it off. Then upon pix up the price went up 30 dollars. They would not change it back. To bad this place is close by and convent and I drive non stop for work so I get my oil changed every 3 weeks.

They were friendly and fast but their website is very misleading. It says they do tire rotations and I was informed after asking for one that they havent done tire rotations in 8 years. So they either leave that up purposefully or just dont care about having incorrect information on the website. Also, the price I paid was more than what was listed on the website.This is 2014. Fix your website.
