I stopped at Tran’s to get some light body work. I was in and out in 30 mins with a fair price. They knew what they were doing on body repair. Most of the complaints seem to be on the mechanic side.

I had my car towed here spent 120$ and then another 120$ to get back to my house . All I went was for my throttle body’s to get programmed my car sat there all day didn’t get an estimate or a time frame of when it would be done. Definitely would not like recommend . As I was waiting there were other customers complaining . Didn’t take a risk leaving my car there .

This was the worst experience I ever had they missed up my car 2 different times and still didn’t fix it. Also when I left my car to get worked on they left Greece stains all over my car had to take it back for them to take it off they also missed up a lot of other parts also he said he would give me my money back because he couldn’t fix it and took him 2 in a half weeks just to get the money ! Will never go there again

This place is great! They always have time to check out my car and fix it quickly, if thats what it needs. I always come here whenever I have an issue with my bmw and of course recommend this place to everyone I know.UPDATE: tired of taking my car back repeatedly for the same issue after Im told its fixed for sure this time. Wasted over $4000 getting the same issue fixed three times. Its weird, I take it to FT auto in downtown garland, and they fix it right the first time.

Zero stars if possible, my wifes car was brought here due to overheating. Towed $140 to get there, another $1,500 for repairs from over heating, same day after getting the car back it over heats again, they claim the cap came undone and all the fluids came out and again had to get it towed $140. The cap was replaced, topped off in coolant and car was running good they claim no issues, drove it home, the car over heats again. The cap was in place, I removed the cap and all the coolant was gone? Magic? I think not. If one takes a car its to be repaired. Not to have to repeat stress of it leaving u on the road after repairs. So I take the car back, pulled it since I am now down $1,780 and they now tell me the water hose and water pump is out. The car was brought there to be repaired the first time wouldnt u check what caused the car to over heat to begin with. Like you dont just repair what was damaged after it over heated, sense will tell you to find the cause of why it over heated as well to stop it from reoccurring.

They kept my car 3 months and still could not tell me what was wrong with my car. They changed my starter which was not the reason why my car wasn’t starting. They lied several times stating they did a diagnostic test on my car . They could not provide me paperwork showing the issues my car had . They took pieces off my car . These people are untrustworthy and crooks

I came in to have my 2012 Volkswagen GLI repaired. The oil pressure light was being triggered after long drive times and I had some hunches but no definite answers. I also though I had an oil leak near the passenger side motor mount. Ive owned nothing but Volkswagens for 10 years and Ive also worked on them. I know them pretty well, but work and life dont allow me the same time to work on them anymore.Came here hoping to get auto repair work done by Tom, the previous owner of the shop. I was greeted by what seemed to be genuine, hardworking techs., new ownership and new management; I was excited because the technician told me that they used genuine parts-- nothing but the best. The technician tells me that he isnt sure what it is but that hes going to do some tests for the oil pressure light, and that hes going to wash my motor to pin point the oil leak I thought I had.The next the same tech tells me that its most likely the oil pump, and that the oil leak I thought I had is grease. I tell him to get started on the job that was quoted around $600.After 6-7 days pass, I call up there to get a update on the vehicle. They inform me that the part will be in the next day. I call the next day only to find out that they ordered the wrong part, but the new part will be available tomorrow locally. Okay..I call up there for an update on the car after a few days. They say its done. Why no call?I arrive at the shop. Instead of the quoted $600 price tag, I was given a $455 bill. I assumed it was because they used a cheaper/local Autozone, O Rileys, etc part. I was fine with that as long as I could get my car back.I drive the car near by where my wife dropped me off at to tell her all is well, when we notice the smell of burning oil/rubber. I check under the car but with the cars splash guard it can be difficult to tell right away. We unknowingly drive home assuming its from the install, or from the last minute wash of the motor they gave before handing me the keys.I arrive home 3 miles away, park and take note that the car is leaking oil slowly. I call the shop to let them know that Im coming back and the issue. The technician argues with me about what happened, and blames me for the broken oil pan. Tells me that Ill have to pay out of pocket for all of it. I demand to speak to the shop owner. He says, I can see if he even wants to talk to you. The owner of the shop, Lali, takes my call and tells me that he will take care of it and to call him on Monday. This is Friday.Monday: I call them and speak to the same mechanic who tells me that theyre gonna order the oil pan and that it will arrive tomorrow.Tuesday: I call them again and speak to the same mechanic who tells me that they ordered the wrong oil pan.Wednesday: I call them once again and speak to the manager who tells me that they got the wrong part again. At this point theyre frustrated and begin telling me that theyre, the ones doing me the favor, helping me out, and trying to make me feel bad about their negligence.Thursday: I arrive after calling them once again to find out that the cars pan is done. They tell me that theyre going to have to charge me an extra $155 dollars for a oil change, oil and labor. I am disappointed but resign to paying, just ready to get my car back. I notice the splash guard isnt on the car, so I spend 10 minutes looking around for it and the hex screws while being blown off by the mechanic that took it off. I drive home after getting everything only to notice that coolant(G13) is leaking from the secondary water pump/or pumps hoses near the oil pan repair. I drive back to the shop and leave it with them frustrated.I went back and he charges me another $190 dollars for the pan thats already installed on my car. The owner tells me that I can leave and pay the $190 or leave at no charge with the broken oil pan reinstalled. Not helping me with the coolant issue, saying they were not at fault for any of the problems.Take photos, ask questions and do your research!
