The people at the shop are nice until you realize they are really just trying to get you out of there face . They don’t deliver work on time or in a timely manner. Their communication with their customers is very poor . Also I was told my vehicle would be done well before the deadline ( day before my birthday) and guess what guys ? He told me the car would be done and it’s definitely past my birthday where I was stuck in the the house missing my preplanned trip, that was explained to them in the first place . DO NOT BRING YOUR CAR HERE .
After having a car reverse into my bumper, the drivers insurance company UAIC sent me here since this was their preferred/in-network repair shop.The owner took pictures of my car to sent to the insurance company, he told me he will contact me once he gets an estimate back from the insurance company. 1 month later in July, I call to ask hows the process going. He says that the insurance company has not responded yet.2 months after the accident. the insurance company contacts me saying they will not pay to fix my car since I was a No show, no call at THIS repair shop. What??? I came here and had the owner take pictures of my car. I call the shop and he says the estimate is already there. If the estimate was already there, why did he not contact me?After 3 months, the insurance company finally sent out a check to repair my car, which was not even enough to fix it. This shops unprofessional response to contacting me and handling the insurance claim was horrendous. Do NOT go here.
HORRIBLE SERVICE AND CHEAP WORK!! Abbi (the owner) ignored me on numerous occasions when I asked for an update on my car and he kept changing the dates/times of when it would be ready. Also, he scammed my insurance out of thousands of dollars by including parts on the estimate that he did NOT replace. Instead I got glued pieces and zip ties, missing caps off nozzles and they didnt connect my condenser motor back. Just too many shortcuts and pocketed the extra insurance money. I should have known it was a scam when he wanted my deductible in CASH or ZELLE only!! DO NOT GO HERE!!!
Abi was very nice from the minute I stepped in the door. He was always very attentive and gave me multiple updates on the car. It was done super fast and it looks amazing. I 1,000% recommend to anybody.

They were amazing and very professional. My car was stolen and when I got my car back from the impound lot the car thieves had crashed my car and trashed my car inside and out pretty bad, so bad we thought that the upholstery was unsalvageable due to the amount of drugs and fluids damage.These guys worked tirelessly to get my car back to pristine conditions and called to update me on my cars status keeping us up to date throughout the whole process. They repaired every damaged part and answered every question my husband and I had, going above and beyond to take the best care of my car.Their estimates for parts, labor and detail/cleaning were more than reasonable and I would most definitely recommend them for any collision repair or detail work you would need done for your vehicle. I will definitely be coming back should I need any services or body repairs done to my car.

I am currently sharing my story here to give vivid details on how I could’ve lost my life after my car had been worked on here at Prestige Collision Center. First lets say I had my accident on 11/24/20 and just received my car back last week January 14, 2021 and my car was completely incomplete. I would like to first start off by saying the communication skills were horrible from start I have no clue how he even received my telephone number. My car was making a loudly popping noise when I wanted to make a turn. I called Abi from the body shop and he stated to drive the vehicle through the weekend. So I took it to Firestone because I was terrified for my life because the noise was devastating. 01/15/21 then I had discovered a skid plate placed improperly. However, they fixed that issue. Once I left it was making a lightly popping noise. I then took it to Chrysler they took the car in and analyzed it described very details listed what Prestige Collision Center had improperly done: Motor mount was barely on causing hard vibration, my hood shifted, paint job horrific, door improperly placed, tires and rims were damaged in wreck he didn’t even try to make sure insurance replaced them. It goes on. He still will not owe up to that he does not know much about new cars especially 2019’s and up now. Since he didn’t complete his job Chrysler is having to go back and replace everything.

I originally left a negative review when they fixed my journey following a wreck. I felt they were unprofessional and causing me more stress. The guy working on my car concocted me that i was mistaken and asked me.to change my review so I did.Three months later my busted headrests STILL have not been replaced. I asked around two months after picking my car up and he sajd hed check then never got back to me. My engine has also been jerking and catching periodically since I picked it up. Poor service, shoddy work, not worth the stress. Take your car to a dealership. Dont be like me.

After being hit from behind from a driver on 2/2/2017. His insurance company American Access Causality Company approved him at fault. My adjuster Mark Justin recommend me to one of the body shop they work with in the area near me, and he sent me to Prestige Collision Center in Garland, TX.. I was a bit on edge because it was the insurance preferred body shop. But I was amazed at the customer service this body shop gave me and the concern they show towards me after telling them how unsure I was about this insurance company and paying for the damages. I was very pleased by Brenda and Abby with the way the reassured me about the repair process and making me at ease with the insurance company. Very nice and understanding people! They made the repair process smooth, I was very impressed by the body shop work and staff seeing that it just a small family owned I believe shop. But never the less they did not let me down!!! I dropped my vehicle off on 02/14/2017 and had it returned to me on 2/23/2017 by end of day. Great service! I would definitely recommend the body shop to others in the area!Over all I had a much better experience then I lead my self to believe I would have!

Only giving 1 star because you cant give 0, This place is a joke. Do not take you car to these con-artists. They had my car for almost a month. When I got it back it was filthy. After driving it for a day my bumper came loose. I took it back and dropped it off. After a few house they said they cant help me because i was hit. And there was a chip in the paint to prove it, but that paint was not chipped before i dropped it off. I got home, pulled the wheel well trim off and noticed where they drilled a hole thru my bumper because the could not get the factory holes of the bumper to align with the piece that it connects to. The place is a joke. The owner is a joke. DO NOT TAKE ANYTHING TO THESE LOSERS!!!!!!!!!
As an insurance professional, I must say I was impressed by how easy it was to deal with this body shop. My repair did extend a bit longer than they said but I understand how body shops work from claims experience. Communication with all employees is easy and clear. I expressed all my concerns to Abi and the rest of the staff regarding things such as parts, cost, etc. and they were answered professionally. I was updated on the process regularly.My car was deemed a total loss and Abi went above and beyond to correct that with the insurance company. I got to keep my car, with a clean title.
Like the fact that Mr Abi was on time with my vehicle and I would go back to him for more service if I needed it

This the worst place in Texas you could bring your vehicle to for repairs! Abi is the biggest LIAR I have ever met in life! If you are referred to come to there shop don’t! Just take a look at these reviews! Once the get your car be careful because if it’s not right it’s a done deal! I wouldn’t refer my worst enemy to this shop!! They have had my car since October in ‘17! It’s Jan 9, 2018 and it’s being towed to another body shop!
I just wanted to say THANK YOU TO MR. ABI & MRS. BRENDA for taking such great care of my baby (2015 Dodge Challenger). I was SO freaking upset when I was rear-ended being I saved for almost a year to get this car of my dreams. NOT to mention the ORIGINAL stripes go ALL the way back and most dont so that was my concern THEY GOT THE ORIGNALS and put them on. THEY DID GREAT. I was referred to this shop from the INS company. I did read the reviews BUT I AM SO GLAD I WENT with my first mind and seen for myself. I am so grateful for everything they did. My car looks BETTER then when it went in. THANK YOU MR. ABI & MRS. 2016 Black VW GTI1) The car was not ready in time. The delivery date was supposed to be Monday Feb 4th. It was pushed to Friday Feb 8th. It was still not ready. It was then moved to Tuesday Feb 12th, it was still not ready and then moved to Wednesday Feb 13th by 9/10 am. The car was not completed until 12:30 pm. Lie # 12) OEM parts were claimed to be install yet the shop manager refused to show me the receipts for these parts. Lie # 23) The inside of the vehicle had water damage/mildew. A quick interior detail and air freshener was put in to cover the smell. The carpet was not proper washed as that mildew smell came back after of few days of receiving my car back. Lie # 34) Lastly, swirl marks were left all over the car, including the newly painted hatch and bumper. I specifically asked TWICE if the shop new how to properly wash black cars to prevent swirl marks. I was ensured yeah of course. Big mistake. The wash was rushed, ONE rag was probably used for the entire car. The shop managers argument was my car was dirty when I delivered the car. That is true, but personally does not condone the lack of care/effort that was put into my vehicle considering the shop was delivered a check for over 5 THOUSAND DOLLARS. When I described how to properly wash a black car, I was told we are not a detailing shop. He wanted to fix/wax the car in house to help mask the damage done. My response was No due to the experience I described above and wanted monetary compensation so I could take it to a legit detailing shop to fix this. I was told No, I cant take that type of loss. As his 80-100k heavy duty truck is sitting in the parking lot. Lie #4Please, save yourself the headache and take your vehicle elsewhere. Read the reviews! My lawyer recommended this shop to me and I trusted their word. I should have read the reviews. Learn from my mistake.

Abbi is extremely rude and unhelpful. He is very determined to interrupt and speak over you. This is 3rd time to bring car back due to poor work, and even though he claims paint has lifetime warranty, he let me know he gets paid for every paint job they do ( even gets paid for having to do repaint job). The work done on the car (2016 bought brand new and repair claim was for hail damage) was very shoddy. The paint didnt match, texture didnt match, repairs overlooked, the windshield leaks, pinstripping had gaps in it, and the paint peeled. I have taken photos of the bad repairs on my car two times now, and both occurrences he yelled at me for no reason and objected to making good on any previous work done. I have never been treated so disrespectful in my entire life.This is the worst body shop in the DFW area.DO NOT GO HERE!!

Took my car here because insurance suggested it and I didnt want to deal with the insurance. But this is the worst place ever! Worst paint job ever they just paint over everything and you see all these bumps and dents they won’t fix and to top it off the worst service ever

Excellent customer service, good explanation about my repair and insurance, I was watching the process in your auto watch program and my vehicle was delivered on the promised date, there was a delay but they explained the reason for it and I was convinced, I really recommend this body shop for its professionalism and customer service !!
