Forgot to post sooner but about a month ago, we had the best experience with Ali and his team. I cant even really express the great service that we were given during the whole process. We needed to have a parasitic drain fixed that was zapping power from my wifes cars battery. I couldnt pinpoint where it was coming from so I took it to B&B on a recommendation. Best decision I couldve made. Ali was incredibly kind and wanted to help. He loaned me a vehicle to help get around for the time they had the car. They had to basically take the interior of the car apart to look for what was causing the drain, finally finding that it was the radio. They were able to fix the issue and now the drain is gone. It was a pleasure working with them and will definitely be using their services again.

Friday night was a disaster! My car would not start; it was towed by a company I didnt know to a place Id never seen. Yikes! As it turned out, this was a blessing. My car was taken to B&B Auto Repair and was cared for by a true professional. He phoned me on Saturday morning and told me the problem, the repair needed, the price and the time it would be ready. All were exactly as he said. While I waited for the paperwork, I overheard two customers talking in the office about the high integrity of the owner. The comment? I have been a customer of this shop since 2016 upto now, which is October 4, 2020 when I am taking my car that has just been repaired. The people in this shop are very nice and do an honest job. I like the fact that it is in very rare occasions when the cost estimate given before the work is done will go up after the work is completed. In fact, there are many times the cost has been reduced after the work. That is very unusual and is what I call honest.In addition, the quality of the work in this shop is amazing. They get it right first time. It is also very surprising to hear the words “I will not charge you anything because it did not take much of my time.” Very unusual indeed.Needless to say also, the charges in this short are extremely reasonable compared to many shops. Ali is absolutely amazing! We took the older BMW to several chain mechanics who said they were unable to work on the car. Another mechanic told us over the phone he did not have the capability to fix BMW electrical issues. Everyone insisted we had to go to the dealer, but the dealers we called wanted too much money, too much time with the car, and did not even offer a guarantee they could fix the car after spending hundreds on an “assessment”. Enter Ali. He is a genius, but more than that, he is an honest mechanic that works quickly and efficiently. Highly Recommended.

What can I say. A hidden gem!!! Let me tell you it is already hard to find a good mechanic let alone a honest one. This place has it both. The owner and his staff are extremely professional and transparent in their work. Ive had repairs done on 3 of my cars and have been happy with all of them. I was in Dallas for the weekend when the engine exploded underneath of oil. It turns out the timing casing developed a crack in it from the timing chain which was not installed correctly after a recall (Nissan Juke); the timing chain was rubbing against the timing casing. Well, being from out of town, where I am to go? Thankfully, I went here! I could not have asked for a better mechanic. He doesnt just work on vehicles, processing them in and out in a mindless way. Instead, he loves fixing cars! It is a passion! He brings incredible intelligence, curiosity, and personal INTEGRITY to it. Moreover, he saved me over 1,000.00 if I had taken my car to my Nissan dealership or even to my local Houston mechanic. He uses his past lessons and a wide array of resources to fix your vehicle. Absolutely the worst experience with any mechanic I have ever had. I constantly have to return to him to have the same issue repaired. On one issue he even offered to return my money after about five attempts of trying to fix the same issue. It was a simple battery issue! Save your money and time and go elsewhere. I wish I had not listened to the tow truck guy, his countryman, who recommended him. Dont waste your time.

I was purchasing a vehicle from my Aunt in town from Colorado for only two days to accomplish the task. The vehicle wasnt working so I had it towed to B&B. Ali was very busy but when I explained my dilemma he agreed to work on it as quickly as possible. By 6:00 PM that night I received the phone call from Ali saying that the vehicle was fixed and I would be on schedule to leave the next day! He even fixed extra items to assure my trip would be safe.This had already been an extremely difficult trip so this moment was to say the least my only silver lining. I returned to my aunts house only to have the vehicle refuse to start because the only key I had to start it was now out of battery!! It was 7:30pm by this time and Ali drove from his shop to my Aunts house to replace the battery in the key without even asking. I cant begin to thank him enough for his thoughtfulness and car in this situation. I genuine human and a great way to run a business!!! I had a carefree drive back to Colorado and the vehicle hasnt had a hiccup since.
