Snell did a great job at communicating what was going on with my car. Although the process was a bit delayed and my car was in the shop for longer than I’d have liked it to be, James kept me updated periodically and that made me feel comfortable about what was going on. I cannot say Ive had a more superb experience while dealing with car repairs. While it is unfortunate having to have body work done due to an accident, there are very few Certified Jaguar repair shops here that I trust to get the job done. I highly recommend Snell to anyone with a Land Rover or Jaguar requiring body repair. Our service advisor, James, did an excellent job keeping us informed of the progress through the end of the repair. When I arrived to pick up the car I found it detailed inside and out and the repairs like new.
I brought my SUV to Snell after a friend recommended them to me due to damage to the bumper and hood. Jordan assisted me from the moment I called to request a date to stop by for a quote until the very end when I picked up my car. I was pleasantly (and happily) surprised at the affordable quote for both areas and was given an estimate of 3 days to have my car fixed. I brought it in on a Monday and it was ready for me to pick it up that Wed afternoon. When I arrived, it looked amazing - it’s only 6 months old and I don’t drive it much but even with that, it looked better than brand new! I am very happy with the work and though I hope I don’t need any repair services in the future, I won’t hesitate to return if ever there is a need that they can assist me with. Definitely suggest anyone that needs body work/painting done to their car to stop by for a quote.
Work was of the highest quality and on time. James Bishop was truly professional and did a great job of explaining the procedures necessary to complete my repairs. He even offered to act as a Range Rover consultant if I chose to go to another vendor, which I never did but appreciated his sincere gesture.

The guys at Snell have been top notch! I recently had my car in to get some rock chips repaired on various parts of my brand new I-Pace and James and his team were really great. This is my first Jaguar and when I called all the dealers in DFW for repairs they all recommended Snell Collision so I figured that’s where I had to go. James made it very easy by taking care of all the insurance communications and kept me up to date with status reports all along the way as far as parts coming in and time estimates, etc. I’ve never had a repair shop give me as much info as James Bishop did. I had to get the windshield and headlamp replaced so he ordered those things after my estimate and let me keep my own car until the parts came in so I didn’t waste time with my car just sitting at the shop. They did their best to accommodate me and my schedule even through the holidays and I had a pretty quick turnaround. Thanks James Bishop and the team there at Snell Collision!

I had high expectations and Snell Collision did not disappoint. I had damage to my door, steering, possible frame and anything else I could not see from an accident. I was expecting the worse. It was such a smooth process getting my Land Rover repaired at Snell Collision. James went above and beyond to make sure I was taken care of. I would definitely recommend Snell collision center if you want a job well done.
I hit the side of my door and I needed some work done. The collision estimatior estimated it would take 2 weeks for the parts to be shipped and labor to be completed. They ended up going over the time frame because they broke my quarter glass window during the process. The adjustor called me and updated me about everything on a Friday and James waited to call that following Tuesday to tell me what was going on. James stated that I would have to pay for the broken window that their collision shop damaged if the insurance was not going to pay for it. The insurance denied him payment at first because he wouldnt give them a product price for the piece he needed. They ended up sorting that out and I did not have to pay. A couple days later and the day afternoon I was suppose to pick up my vehicle James called me and said someone messed around and left something near my car and it damaged the paint job they did for my door. Now, it is going to take the whole weekend to get my car. I asked for him to email me everything he told me and he got upset and said he will start to become distrusting of a person when they ask for something in writing. I asked him how could he feel like that when hes running a business and he hung up in my face. My car is not completed and now its in the hands of someone is coming off extremely shady. Please find another authorized collision shop. James Bishop is BAD BUSINESS.

Bought my first Jaguar before it was ready to be sold so it had to go over to Snell Collision Center to have some paint work done on it. Jordan was amazing! He hooked me up with paint for my wheels, Jaguar emblems, etc. He maintained constant communication and even did a short before and after video for me. My car looks amazing and made picking it up and driving it for the first time even more special!!! If this is the way all Jaguar owners get treated, I don’t mind taking it in for work to be done! Appreciate the awesome experience!
Slow service because of staff and parts back order but 5 stars for telling me truth.
Throughout the whole ordeal I was never met by person regarding the care of my vehicle or anyone to explain the process of how all the work would be handled. Not one person met with me to assure me that all work would be done to Jaguar standard. Not one process was explained and no one made sure I was satisfied with the work after. I was handed paperwork and my keys were requested and returned. I did ask if I would get at least a call with information, I was told yes but didn’t get anything until I called to get an update myself. The later provided updates were not accurate at all! At pick up my vehicle was dirty from the work and there were spots on my leather seats. I went in and informed the woman at the front desk and a gentleman did come out with a towel and spray, however, the stains were not removed. He closed the door after a few wipes and so I gave the situation the benefit of the doubt and didn’t go after to inspect. I should’ve because I was left with a horrible mess to clean up after. Atrocious way of doing business and most of all very-very unprofessional.
It was a pleasure working with James from Snell Collision. James provided daily updates and was responsive to my requests. They did an awesome job and I would highly recommend them.

This was our second time this year (it is 2020 after all) and both times the work, service and personal touch were unbelievably great. Quick and it is impossible to see any of the previous damage -- like new.
Our Range Rover was involved in a sub 5 mph collision. As a Range Rover certified facility, I did not hesitate to take our car to them, while living 90 miles East of Garland. It took less than 24 hours to receive a detailed estimate and set of photos depicting the damage. The estimate package was so well documented, that my insurance company authorized the repair, without questioning the quote. We received our car back in 7 business days, perfectly restored physically and electronically.
I can’t say enough great things about James and the work they performed on my vehicle. They constantly updated me on the process and went above and beyond.

Examplary service!I brought in my vehicle for minor collision repairs. I was impressed by the team’s professionalism and expertise, as well as with their customer focus. Chris Calderon maintained a very consistent information flow and dealt with my insirance in a prompt and efficient manner. He and his team went beyond expectactions to ensure I would be pleased with the repairs and adjustments always needed in those cases. I felt like I was the most importabt customer at all times.
Smell did a great job repairing my rear bumper and tail gate. They kept me informed and even helped take care of my service that was due and some curb rash on one of my wheels.

LOVE THIS PLACE!! We recently purchased our vehicle at Land Rover Dallas. We loved our Rover but there was something missing. We decided to take our vehicle to Snell Collision Center for some customization. Scott recommended we did a black out and that’s exactly what we did. Our Rover turned out amazing!! Our car being grey with all the black trims added the perfect balance between luxury and sport. Scott and his team were very professional during the whole process. Snell is EXCELLENT!! Had a horrible experience with Park Place BodyWerks for some damage to my F Type Jaguar. My insurance estimate was $4k, BodyWerks estimate over $8k! Took it to Snell Collision. What an excellent experience. They worked within my insurance estimate, turned the car around in about a week and a half (BodyWerks said it would take about 4 weeks). They called me with updates and found extra parts in the BodyWerks estimate that were not needed. That adjusted my out of pocket expense. I cant recommend Snell enough. Chris Ward was great to work with. Honest, professional and they did a great job. THANKS SNELL COLLISION!!!
