Orlando was very professional and provided probably the best customer service i’ve ever had at an auto shop!! On Monday he gave me a quote for my bumper I bought from ‘rock auto’ to be painted and installed, I took him up on the offer and he had it painted and installed on my car earlier today. After years of using service king and waiting months on end for a car to be repaired and with bad work at that a friend of mine suggested Orlando and his guys at Dallas Pro. I have been nothing but impressed with the work they do from my corvette to even a Hyundai suv they all come out looking brand new and done in days not weeks like other shops. They have fair pricing and are the nicest people to deal with. Orlando was very fair and did exactly what he said he was going to do including having the car ready and done on the day he said it would be done . All that is important but the main reason I will continue to keep doing business with him is his office is super clean, he makes staff wear uniforms and he runs a tight ship . At one point while picking my car up I saw him go over to an employee and basically show him the way things are done . ( It was a hose that was causing a leak ) I noticed it and he did as well and made sure and showed the employee that it is important not to overlook any detail while on the job .If he does this with that situation I am sure he does it with the cars as well.

The guys at Dallas Pro know how to treat a customer. My car was beat really bad from one of the many hail storms that we have. They kept in contact with me through the whole process. They handled everything with my insurance company and they even covered my deductible! To top things off, I wasnt able to pick my car up as scheduled, so they delivered it to my place of business! Car looked like it rolled off the showroom floor when they were done with it. I cant say enough good things about this collision repair shop.
