Service was excellent. My only complaint would be that after I walked in the door (and I was the only customer) the phone rang and the salesperson took the call which was ok,but instead of taking a number to call back. I had to wait while he assisted customer on the phone. I was on my lunch hour and had limited time, but also I was the 1st customer and he should have called phone customer back. Otherwise he was very courteous and helpful with my transaction.

Antonio was working with me getting a new phone and helping me work though all the issues of my old phone. He was extremely helpful and patient with all my needs and questions. All of the staff was welcoming and kept great conversation with me while waiting for my update. They even offered so many suggestions even though I was not working with them. I had a great experience and would definitely recommend coming here if you want an easy and supportive experience!

When in to this Store to switch from another provider had an amazing experience the three guys in the store were well educated and verse on cell phones.There were some hiccups from my last provider but the guys at the store took care of it for me in a timely fashion. Me and my wife have new phones now and we love them !!! thanks guys😃😃

Dont go here if something is wrong with your phone. They will attempt nothing and just tell you to call tech support after restarting it. Dont waste your time here, go to the verizon in independence, they are much more knowledgeable and willing to help instead of trying to go back to playing on their phone.

Incredible customer service, Jaime was a professional and new what he was talking about. Sold me on the new S9+. Will make this my favorite Verizon store in the Cleveland area.
Started out great but ended up getting terrible advice and service. Luckily Verizon corporate was able straighten it out. Well most of it. I ended up with a bogus $27 connection fee that the store manager, Jamie, who gave me the bad advice and service, refused to refund.So here are the details. I went in and bought a new iPhone 8. Then I wanted to take the iPhone 5 that I had replaced and move it to another line that had an iPhone 4 on it. So the manager, Jamie, tells me it will be $50 to do that swap but tells me he has a way to do it and it won’t cost me anything. So we go through all that and at the very end he says that it will be $24 Plus tax. I was a bit surprised because he said it was supposed to be $0. It was late and I was in hurry so I paid it.So next day I check my Verizon account and here he had added another line to my account that was gonna cost me $20 a month plus there was a $30 activation fee. I’m like what ???? So much for any savings, this is gonna cost me even more.So I call Verizon and they straighten it out, they told me it should have been no charge to just swap phones on an existing line and there was no reason to create the other line. So they got rid of the extra line and waived the $30 activation. But they said I would have to deal with the store to get my $27 back for the phone swap. So I called the store and left my number for the manager Jamie to call me back and he never called after 2 days so I went in to the store. Got absolutely no where this guy. He denied that he told me his way would be no charge. And he had no answer when I asked him why he added a line to my account without telling me he was doing it. Then he tells me there is a charge to un-suspend a phone. That is complete BS. You can go online and suspend and un-suspend all you want with no charge. All I had to do was do a SIM card swap and I would have been all set. I only let him do it because it was supposed to be no charge. Anyway I asked for refund because it was $27 I paid for what I could have easily done myself and he says no and that it is non-fundable. Nothing is non-refundable, that is just a policy.So be careful at this store. They will try and up-sell you while making it seem like the way to go. This guy knows nothing about customer service. Thankfully Verizon corporate is phenomenal. I will never step foot in that store again and I will tell anyone I can about the poor experience and service. So beware if your dealing with manager Jamie at that store. He is really slick and mis-leading. A terrible manager.
