I bought a phone from this store. Got home an found out that information on how to use the phone was not in the box. I call back an told them the information was missing. Omar argue with me that it was not. So now I have a new phone an dont know how to use it. Omar was very rude and funky acting like its my problem. Will not shop there again!

Seriously considering switching to Boost Mobile. They are offering a free phone and unlimited monthly service for $53/ month with no contract vs. Verizon...hmmm?

Worse customer service, go down the street hes much nicer and helpful. He didnt even greet us when we walked in. Terrible experience.

Store was very clean, I came in with a problem on my phone and the rep Abe took care of it very fast and its working perfect 10/10 would recommend!!!

Very unprofessional, Omar was cussing out a guy in phone who was trying to help him with activating an account and he messed up and put in wrong info but cussed the other guy out.
