A quick place to get a cellular phone, cell phone accessories for a decent price. The warranty company isnt worth a dime. But, to each their own - I was with someone.

Yes I was in there store on Turney just an hour ago and the guy that helped me out Ahmed was great, I would recommend this boost mobile store they have everything you need he had the case for my phone and charger everything great experience there thanks a lot Ahmed.

BE WARNED!Ive bought charger cords from them a few times. They were always good.Today (8/26/2021), I bought 2 cords (USB-C).Went home and tested them. 1 worked 1 did not.No big deal, Ill just take the defective one back.I took the defective one back.I explained to them that it didnt work (this was the same person who helped me earlier).She plugged her phone in with it. She said, Its working.So I said, OK, can you try mine?Sure.I hand her my phone, she plugs it in and says, Its working.OK, can you show me?Sorry, it wont reach.Well, it didnt beep when you plugged it in, as it should when its plugged in. Can you re-plug it in again?She said, OK.She unplugs then plugs it in. NO BEEP. Then says, Yep, its working.In frustration I respond, No its not. It did not beep when you plugged it in.Yes it did. Im sorry but Im busy and since its not defective, I cannot take it back.She hands me back the cord.Dumbfounded, I ask, Is that it?Her incredulous response, Yes. Can I help you?Shop at your own risk. Just hope your item isnt defective...because to them it wont be.Also, the cord is still isnt working and she didnt give me back the box or my receipt.

I bought a 11pro showing love to a local phone store. And the mf phone was broken the battery never stayed in the phone ….. I pulled up to look about a refund or something and supposedly the owner becomes sick for at least 2 months I don’t stay in Cleveland so I decided to call instead of doing the pop ups (6+ times ) he answers and says that I took to long to come back to the store like awful customer service

Very nice store going to has a lot of good stuff and hes cheap and he will come down in price if you want him to I bought a lot of things off him already is it good man hes just getting over covid and pneumonia so I wishing well drop in and see him hes a good man

BEWARE: RIP OFF ALERT. I called to get a quote, for a family plan for 3, Ahmed wanted to sell me a Boost service for $140 per month+ activation fees(I would have been at well over $200 on the initial visit). I currently am with Verizon, I have 3 lines and a internet wifi device, my total bill through Verizon is $128 out the door per month. Verizon also gave me $200 per line($600 total) credit when i switched to them, they did not charge me any activation fee, and even offered me free phones as long as I signed a 2 yr contract. This is Verizon, a national organization with great service. Ahmed has a small store, he even charges and additional $3 for paying your bill in person. Way to take advantage of low income people that dont have credit cards or online ability to bill pay. You should get a discount for coming in with cash, not an upcharge. STAY AWAY, go to Verizon. Also there is nothing Fake about my review as Ahmed states in his response. These are facts!!!!

I left Cricket right up the street, dude there was zero help, kind of just ignoring us, rude.Called boost about activating a Sprint iPhone 7, the young lady to answered was super nice, helpful and knowledgeable.Met the owner, and his kindness blew me away. Went above and beyond to help us out, reskued the iPhone and activated it on my buyers account.Definitely would HIGHLY recommend this awesome place.
